Hello, I need help to play videos on CNN.com. I have been unable to watch some videos for 2 to 3 weeks, especially videos without a story. This issue happens even with videos that have a story. When I click on the affected videos, a "chasing circle" appears briefly, but the video doesn't play. I've tried using both Chrome and Edge and allowing all scripts on the page with AdBlocker Plus, but nothing works. Even my sister, who uses a different computer on the same network, has the same problem. As CNN is my preferred news source, I sincerely hope this issue can be resolved.
