I have frequented the Burger King in Hunt Valley, MD for many years, but today's experience at 12:30 pm has left me extremely disappointed. As I approached the drive-thru to place my order, I witnessed an unsettling incident where one female employee was loudly reprimanding another female employee, who appeared to be in tears. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and certainly does not reflect good customer service. The atmosphere at this location is usually friendly and calm, so this was quite shocking. Another customer in a truck behind me also witnessed the scene and drove off after exclaiming, "never again." This experience has soured my opinion of this establishment, and I will not be returning in the future.

I visited store #[redacted] at 6:21 pm for dinner at the drive-thru. My order was [redacted], and the check number was [redacted]. Rashawn took and served my order. After paying, when I asked for my change, the cashier said she had already closed the drawer. I insisted on receiving my change since I work hard for my money. The cashier called for help, and a man tried but couldn't open the drawer. Finally, the cashier came back and threw my change at me. I was upset by the lack of customer service and professionalism. The Consumer Protection Act of [redacted] states that consumers have the right to be informed about the quality, quantity, potency, purity, standard, and price of goods or services. I had two visits to Burger King, once on 8-3-[redacted], and again on 11-3-[redacted]. On 8-3-[redacted], despite ordering online, when I inquired about my order in the outlet, I was informed it was being prepared; however, after an hour, someone approached me to ask about my order again. On 11-3-[redacted], after ordering four BK meals, I received my order after 10 minutes, but unfortunately, the burgers and their patties were not hot and fresh. I intend to file a complaint about this level of service with the consumer court and request a refund.

I ordered using your app at the Burger King located on [redacted] South State Street in Zeeland. Despite following the app's prompts, when I arrived at the drive-thru, my order was not ready, and I was asked to come inside. However, even after waiting patiently, the staff could not locate my order. I was double charged for a purchase that was not fulfilled. The manager and employees were unhelpful and standoffish when I inquired about the extra charge. I am left frustrated and unsure of how to proceed to get a refund. Hello, I visited Burger King in Vineland, NJ, located at Main Tree Shopping Center on Main Road and Chestnut Ave. Initially, they refused to accept my app points code. When I got home, I discovered they gave me a fish sandwich instead of the Big King I ordered, and a Dr. Pepper instead of sweet tea. They failed to provide a receipt. Good morning... This is the third time I comment and the issue persists. The Burger King in Naranjo is neglected, the lady who serves at the drive-thru window is the same one serving inside, causing long waits and delivering cold hamburgers. On top of that, when asking for ketchup, they give mayo. This is the second time this has happened at this restaurant. I'm not against the workers; they are doing their best. But the lack of organization is noticeable.

The Burger King on Ringgold Rd. in East Ridge, Tennessee frustrates me. Every time the staff seems trained, they replace them with new employees, causing chaos. Despite being a loyal customer daily for lunch over 5 years, today was a disaster. I waited my whole lunch break for undercooked meat with missing cheese, forcing me to toss my meal and leave without a refund. This has happened around 40 times, and I can build enough ductwork in 30 minutes. Why can't they get orders right in the same time? Despite Burger King's long history, they still can't seem to get it together.

While waiting in the drive-thru line, I was shocked when an employee aggressively yelled for me to move forward. I was further surprised when he threatened me. When I reached the window, the situation escalated as the employee continued to yell. Thankfully, the manager intervened and apologized for the employee's behavior. I was at store #[redacted] in Macon, Georgia. The employee's name was Tamika, and my order number was [redacted] at 2:56 pm. My name is Dwayne Fisher. Store BK #[redacted] had a chaotic drive-thru experience. At the payment window, I had to wait for them to confirm if my order was ready, causing delays in the long 15-minute line with five cars ahead. I ordered a classic melt, small fries, and small onion rings, but had to repeat my order several times, even at the window. When I reached the food window, I was informed they were out of Dr. Pepper, even though I hadn't requested it. This store definitely needs improvement.

I contacted the Burger King store in Bogalusa, Louisiana to inquire about my application status. I was instructed to ask for Mrs. Barbra or Mrs. Shaunda. However, when I called, a woman named Mrs. Joanne answered. Despite my request to speak to a hiring manager, she rudely responded by asking what I wanted, then abruptly hung up on me without confirming the presence of the managers. I found her attitude unpleasant and unprofessional, and I intend to report this incident due to her behavior, which was unwelcoming, especially as a customer inquiring about job opportunities.

Store located at 90 Woodberry Lane, [redacted], seems to have an ongoing issue with long wait times for dine-in orders. I visited the store #[redacted] at 2:50 PM on 3-27-23, and encountered a similar situation. Despite being told the drive-thru is busy, I noticed the inside cashier and prep person working efficiently on drive-thru orders while the drive-thru clerk stood idly at the prep area. This inefficient process continued to repeat, causing delays for dine-in customers. It would be beneficial if all team members worked together to serve customers promptly.

I had a frustrating experience at Burger King in Wesley Chapel on Highway 54. They made a mistake with my order because I paid for two separate orders, but I only received one order packaged in two bags. When I addressed the issue, the staff seemed more focused on blaming Burger King protocol rather than acknowledging their mistake. Despite my clear request for two separate orders, they insisted they couldn't package hot and cold items together. I suggested they place the hot items in a separate bag inside a larger bag along with the cold items, but they were not accommodating.

I've been experiencing an ongoing issue with Burger King concerning my food allergies. Despite repeatedly requesting no cheese, my orders continue to have cheese on them. Today, I received my order with cheese again due to an error in the order process. After contacting the manager, I was met with rudeness and was blamed for not communicating clearly. I placed a mobile order at the Burger King in Eunice, LA. The app was only displaying regular menu items, so that is what I ordered while in the drive-thru line. Upon reaching the drive-thru speaker, I was informed they had started serving breakfast and could not fulfill my order. They declined to replace the items due to inventory concerns and could not provide a refund, advising me to contact customer support. After reaching out for assistance, I was informed that it could take up to 48 hours for a response, leaving me without a refund for an uncertain period. This delay seems unreasonable given that the issue was not caused by me. Ordering from the menu offered on the app, I now face losing my money temporarily. The process for handling such situations could be improved. As a long-time loyal Burger King customer, this disappointing experience may lead me to avoid Burger King in the future, which is disheartening.

I visited Burger King on Coursey Boulevard in Baton Rouge, LA this morning. The manager served us. When my husband ordered an egg and cheese croissant with onions, he was informed they don't serve onions until lunch. Despite other Burger King locations accommodating this, he settled for bacon. Unfortunately, the croissant was hard so I returned it. The manager replaced it, but the next croissant was also hard. Even after requesting crispy bacon twice, the replacement had raw bacon on it. As a result, my husband had to remove the bacon to enjoy the croissant.

I was at Burger King located at [redacted] Terry Road in Jackson around 8:00 p.m. on April 7th. I was in the drive-thru when the young man asked me to wait for 15 minutes. Despite my willingness to wait, he instructed me to pull around. When I attempted to enter the restaurant, I saw the manager, cook, and cashier gathered in the lobby, distributing cigarettes. Finding the door locked, I returned to the drive-thru where there were already several cars ahead of me. The young man prompted the other cars to leave, but then told me to wait for 15 minutes. Refusing to leave, he eventually came outside and insisted that I move. After a brief exchange, he threatened me, claiming he had backup. I informed him that I would contact the appropriate channels regarding this matter.

I visited your New Brighton branch this evening with my 8-year-old son after a lovely day out. The place was crowded with groups of teenagers running around, some even on electric scooters. One of them took my chair without asking while I was getting our food. When my son pointed out that it was my chair, the teenager replied rudely. He insisted on using the chair to charge his scooter next to my son and even sat at our table, joined by his friends, making my son very scared. We had to move tables but eventually left our food as the teenagers were causing chaos by helping themselves to drinks and running wild. The staff seemed to be aware of the situation but didn't intervene, with one female staff member appearing familiar with the group. The entire experience was terrible, and my son was left traumatized.

However, the same manager refused to honor the code, trying to downplay his previous behavior as a "misunderstanding." Burger King recently notified me via email that my Crowns are set to expire unless I make a purchase within a week. I find this policy restrictive as it pressures me to buy within a specified timeframe. I value loyalty programs that do not have expiry dates. If this cannot be resolved, I may have to consider discontinuing my patronage of Burger King. Other establishments such as Farmer Boys offer alternatives that do not have time constraints on their rewards programs.
