During my visit to the Burger King in Cherryville, NC, last Thursday, April 6th at 6:02 pm, I experienced a disappointing service. I bought two meals for $11.99 each along with two sprites but was given a tea instead. Despite waiting for an impossible burger, the order was incomplete and poorly made. Upon returning home, the sandwiches were burnt with missing ingredients like lettuce and tomato. The service was so underwhelming that I am hesitating to return to this Burger King branch. I hope this was a one-time mishap as I have always been a fan of Burger King. I attempted to contact the store multiple times, but their voicemail was full. I am considering going back for a refund, but the poor experience has left me uncertain about ever dining at that location again.

I recently started at my local BK this past Saturday, but had an emergency that caused me to be late. The police came to my residence due to death threats from my landlord just before I was leaving. I explained the situation to the manager when I arrived, but he sent another employee to inform me that I would be contacted to start on a different day. Recently, the manager called and said I shouldn't work there due to being late and having "issues." I clarified that the lateness was due to the emergency. I tried calling the BK after the incident, but the number was not working. The manager's name is difficult to pronounce as he is an older Chinese man with 35 years of experience at BK. I mentioned buying black pants and shoes for the dress code in the interview. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, so good shoes are essential for my shifts. The manager was rude on the phone and abruptly hung up on me. I texted him expressing my disappointment. The BK location is in Raritan, NJ [redacted]. My name is Christina R. and my number is [redacted].

I had a terrible experience at the restaurant when I complained about my Mom's Chocolate Milk Shake, and the shift leader was rude and racist towards me. Despite just requesting the right order, I was met with hostility and inappropriate remarks. I am upset by this behavior and feel the need to report it to the home office. The shift leader's discriminatory comments and refusal to address my concerns are completely unacceptable. I aim to ensure that action is taken to address this mistreatment, as it is not right for anyone to face such hostility based on their race. Additionally, my order was incorrect as they failed to include cheese on my Double Whopper when it was clearly stated on the receipt.

I had a terrible experience with the manager, Marissa, at the Waldwick, NJ Burger King on April 15th at 9:30 am. She was rude, disrespectful, and abusive towards me. As a local resident and long-time customer, I was shocked by her behavior. When I urgently needed to use the bathroom, I encountered a situation where another customer was occupying it, causing me distress. The manager, Marissa, was unhelpful, and her attitude was unacceptable. I felt threatened and stressed by the encounter, affecting me physically. I have reported the incident to the local authorities and the company, but have not received a response. It was a traumatizing experience, and I hope that necessary actions are taken against such behavior.

I had a disappointing experience at the Burger King on [redacted] Boston Post Rd Milford, CT [redacted]. Two weeks ago, I went in the evening, and while the staff was busy, things took a turn. An employee rudely told me I had to wait, even though I was patient and quiet. Despite being understanding, the same employee started screaming at me aggressively, causing me to leave without ordering. The next day, my attempt to contact the manager was unsuccessful, so I went in person. To my dismay, the same rude employee claimed to be the manager and offered a feeble excuse for their behavior. I asked for an apology, but instead, I was told to contact corporate. I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional conduct and lack of accountability shown by this manager. Such treatment is unacceptable and hurtful, particularly when undeserved. Regards, Natasha Tyner.

I received a $10 Burger King gift certificate in September [redacted] but found the balance was zero when I went to use it. After contacting Burger King customer service, they provided a statement confirming the zero balance. When I checked with the merchant who issued the gift card, they confirmed the initial $10 value. Despite efforts over the past few months, the discrepancy remains unresolved. A closer look at the statement revealed a deduction labeled as "system [redacted]," leaving me puzzled. I hope to shed light on this issue and would appreciate any help or insights. I have a screenshot of the statement available if needed. Thank you for your assistance. - K.O.

I accidentally left my purse at the next booth which was cleaner, and the cleaning staff moved it to the manager's office. When I got it back, I noticed that a $10 bill was missing. I requested to review the security footage with the manager, but they claimed to be too busy. Despite involving the police, the issue was not resolved. There were only four people in the area at the time, and no one else was nearby.

I visited Burger King on East Broad Street in Whitehall, Ohio at 12:20 p.m. today. When I arrived, I found the doors locked and when I approached the man at the counter, he shook his head at me. I was about to call the corporate number displayed on the door when a younger girl emerged and began to curse at me, using inappropriate language. I felt disrespected and proceeded to call the Whitehall police to report the incident. As a government worker, I take this matter seriously and will be pressing charges for the hateful language directed at me. I am seeking a representative to reach out to me regarding this unacceptable behavior.

During my lunch break, I visited the Burger King located on S W Military in San Antonio, TX. I had an unpleasant experience with a staff member, a big black girl who was on her phone and showed rude behavior towards me. Even when I asked for assistance, she continued to ignore me and ran to the back. The man working there mentioned they were understaffed despite the restaurant being empty, with only my brother and me as customers. I left feeling very upset. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have experienced consistently cold meals and encountered rude service at the Sparta NJ store #[redacted]. Despite being one of the few customers present, we had to wait for our food, which arrived cold. I have never been provided a detailed receipt to know what exactly I paid for. It's disappointing as my local store in my hometown is usually fantastic. Thank you, Debra S. at [redacted] Marion St, Laureldale, PA [redacted].

While working at the Burger King store in Olney, Illinois, I found myself in a difficult situation. The manager ended up pregnant with my child, and there was an attempt to conceal our involvement and erase any trace of my employment there. Feeling disillusioned by the way things were handled, I made the decision to leave. Despite the potential for career advancement at Burger King, it was disheartening to see the manager, who was clearly violating corporate policies, retained while I was being shifted to night shifts for a quick promotion to manager. My honesty led me to step away from the store to avoid being entangled in a situation where power was being misused to conceal inappropriate behaviors. The owner, Mark, along with the general manager and staff in the Olney Burger King location, were aware of the situation. The inappropriate interactions, including sexual acts within the store, have left me feeling uneasy about the whole experience.

I had a disappointing visit to Burger King in Smyrna, TN on Industrial Boulevard. The food was subpar and the employees were using inappropriate language. I reached out to speak with a manager about my experience, but so far, I have not heard back from them or anyone at the restaurant despite being promised that the issue would be escalated to a general manager. I even filled out an online survey requesting contact but to no avail. I can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you, Suzanne.

I recently placed an order at the drive-thru and unfortunately, when the cashier handed me my change, it fell on the ground. When I asked for assistance, I was rudely told to retrieve it myself, escalating the situation. The store manager's response was disappointing; they asked me not to return, labeling me as a troublemaker. Instead of addressing my concerns about customer service, the manager defended their employee. This experience has left me feeling mistreated and unwelcome at a place I have frequented for years. I am now seeking a meeting with the District Manager to address this incident.

I visited your Burger King location on Westbank Expressway in Marrero or Harvey, LA. The total was $21.27, and it was around noon. We paid in cash but were not given a receipt. After being asked to park, we waited almost 20 minutes for our food, which was not brought out to us. When I went to the door to inquire, I was told to wait in line again in my car. The employee returned with our order but couldn't explain the delay. Upon returning to my car, I found my wife injured as she tried to retrieve papers that fell from my pocket. I would appreciate a call at [redacted]/[redacted] for further details. It was difficult to receive the 4-digit code by text on my phone, so please email me instead. Thank you. - Michael Williams

I recently visited Burger King in Mooresville, NC and ordered a Classic Sandwich, 2 large orders of onion rings, 2 sundae pies, and a large non-sweet tea. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect. I received sweet tea instead of non-sweet, found french fries in my onion rings, only got 10 onion rings in total, and felt disappointed by the Classic Sandwich which lacked a toasted bun and seemed to have only one beef patty instead of two as shown in the picture. To make matters worse, one of the sundae pies was flattened as if it had been crushed under a box. I paid $18.29 for this meal, but ended up throwing it away. The decline in the quality of the food is disheartening, and I've had multiple similar experiences over the past three months. At 72 years old and living on a budget, it's a significant expense for me to eat out, and it's disappointing to consistently receive subpar meals from Burger King.

I placed an order at the Carlsbad, New Mexico location 30 minutes before closing time. When I arrived 10 minutes later, the place appeared closed, but the drive-thru menu was still on, and workers were present. I waited at the speaker for about 2 minutes with no response. I then drove to the window and knocked. An employee who was mopping answered. After informing him of the order and lack of response at the speaker, he said they would help me soon and offered a drink, which I declined. Shortly after, an employee with dyed yellow/green hair approached, saying she had already closed out and provided a refund. I took the bills but left before receiving the change. As I drove off, she threw the coins, hitting my truck. This behavior is unacceptable.

I visited [redacted] West Roosevelt Blvd in Monroe, NC [redacted] on 5/6/[redacted] and had a bad experience with David. There was a line of customers and only one cashier at the front. Despite waiting along with other customers, David did not come to assist us until a different customer of a different race approached. This was unprofessional. When I addressed the situation, David was hostile in front of his staff. This is not how a manager should treat customers. I would appreciate if a district manager could contact me regarding this matter. Thank you.

My grandson, Izyk Bell, used to work at Burger King on Rt. 8 (Pittsburgh Road) in Butler. Despite putting in hours, he never received his pay. Concerned about unsanitary conditions, he decided not to continue working there. Despite having his contact information, the management did not reach out to him. Reluctant to confront the issue, he is considering letting it go, but I know that Pennsylvania labor laws demand employees be compensated for their work. Before reaching out to Pennsylvania Labor Relations, I'm hoping someone here can offer guidance.

I want to bring to your attention the closure of multiple locations. This situation could have been avoided. Instead of shutting down, consider expanding your locations. The main issues lie in poor advertising, unattractive color schemes, and unprofessional locations. To outshine the competition, focus on promoting your excellent products and reputation. Consider a complete overhaul of your branding with bright and appealing colors. Critically assess cleanliness and professionalism by conducting regular spot checks at every outlet. Revitalize the brand by prioritizing the quality of your food over gimmicky marketing strategies. Embrace the potential for improvement and strive to reclaim the standard of excellence that made your burgers a favorite in the past. Making these changes could elevate your company to new heights and increase profitability. Let's work together to turn things around for the better.
