It's frustrating to praise the local team and be unable to complete the survey on the Corporate website. I've been doing surveys without problems for years until now.
To resolve this, I suggest:
1. Ensuring the website is working correctly.
2. Investigating why my recent attempts have failed.

Today, 2-16-23, I returned two sandwiches to Burger King at the drive-thru because the buns were too hard. After getting replacements that were also hard, the manager stepped in to help. However, a male employee made inappropriate comments. Despite my attempts to speak to the manager, he continued to be rude. When I asked for his name, the manager couldn't provide it. He escalated the situation by coming outside and harassing me, leading me to fear for my safety. I called the police out of concern for my well-being, and they took my statement. I left as soon as I could as his behavior was alarming. I intend to involve my lawyer as this behavior is unacceptable. The Burger King staff struggled to control the aggressive employee, and I believe action needs to be taken. The incident was very distressing, and the behavior displayed was unacceptable.

I visited the Burger King at [redacted] Route [redacted] in Ocala, FL at 5:30 PM today to order two Whoppers. Despite placing the order through the app and selecting the BOGO deal for a total of $5.69, the app froze without providing a code due to the lack of Wi-Fi. The drive-through instructed me to proceed to the next window. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, they refused to fulfill the order without the code, insisting I go back to the line and refresh the app. I opted to stay in the drive-through, leading to a confrontation. Eventually, I drove off to avoid further conflict. I've been a loyal Burger King customer for over 50 years. I will not return until this issue is addressed satisfactorily and will share my experience widely.

I have been a regular customer at Burger King on [redacted] Hampton Blvd for some time now and have always been satisfied with the service. However, today was a different experience. When I went in, I had to wait for over 5 minutes to redeem my rewards for a hash brown before ordering my meal. The staff member seemed confused about the rewards on my phone, making me repeat my order. Then, when I asked for the hash brown, it became a big issue as she only wanted to give me the meal. Despite my insistence, she finally gave me the hash brown but just stuffed it in a sack instead of putting it on a tray. She mentioned only one coupon per order, which I found frustrating as I've never had this problem before. I requested to speak with the manager and eventually got the hash brown, but by then, my meal was cold. The staff member had a bad attitude, and this unpleasant experience is making me consider finding another place to eat.

On February 25, [redacted], we visited the Burger King drive-thru at [redacted] Boone St GA Kingsland. We ordered a combo meal but did not receive a receipt. When we asked, the staff member explained that the printer was not working and refused to provide one, displaying a rude attitude. Dissatisfied with the service, we requested a refund because the fries were cold. The young woman became upset, and a male employee approached us abruptly, asking what we needed. We reiterated our request for a receipt or a refund, but he claimed they couldn't issue either due to printer issues. He suggested we go inside for the receipt, but we insisted on getting it through the drive-thru. Despite our persistence, they kept the food, refused a refund, and denied us a receipt. The encounter was recorded, and we are seeking a resolution. The staff's behavior was unacceptable for a customer service setting, and we believe Burger King should address this issue promptly. Yesterday, I placed an order for breakfast in the Burger King app. After being charged on my credit card, I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order. I recently visited your restaurant at [redacted] West Green Road, Houston, TX [redacted], and I've repeatedly encountered issues with my orders being incomplete. On 03/02/23, I ordered two Whopper Jr meals with no onions or pickles, but one with mustard. Unfortunately, both burgers had mustard, causing my child, who is allergic, to have a reaction. I visited the Burger King drive-through to order two cheap Spicy Chicken Jr. sandwiches for myself and two Rodeo Burgers for my son with mozzarella sticks on the side. My wife, our two children, and I had just returned home from SickKids Hospital in Toronto to our residence in Alliston, Ontario, Canada. We visited the drive-thru at BK along with other customers and ordered four Double Whopper combos. After waiting for 15 minutes, at around 10:20 p.m., we reached the payment window. On February 21st, I placed an order through your app for pickup at Black River Blvd in Rome, NY. Upon arrival, the staff could not locate my order despite me showing them my order number and the pending charge on my card. I was required to pay again. Though I contacted customer support on the app and was promised a refund of $27.16, I have yet to receive it. The pending transaction became posted, and despite an email confirmation from the restaurant assuring me of the refund, it has not materialized. My attempts to follow up via email and the app have been unsuccessful, with promises of a response from the restaurant within 24-48 hours going unfulfilled. I would like a refund for the incorrect order I received at a Burger King in Davenport, Florida. I ordered three meals: two chicken meals and one Whopper meal with cheese, accompanied by an iced tea, a coke, and a root beer. Despite requesting a correction for the Impossible Whopper mistake, the replacement was hastily prepared and unsatisfactory. The Impossible Burger was left on top of a poorly made, burnt, cold beef patty, rendering the meal inedible. The workers' laziness is evident, as they simply disregarded making a proper Whopper with cheese. Additionally, the iced tea tasted contaminated, which led to its disposal, and the regular coke was substituted with a diet coke. Due to the distance of the restaurant from my home, I am unable to return to address this issue directly and instead request a refund to be credited back to my payment card.

I recently filed a complaint about the poor food and drink quality at Burger King located on the 17/92 in Davenport, Florida. I spoke with the manager, Melissa, regarding the issue. Melissa did not apologize for the inconvenience and insisted I return to the store with the receipt, despite the considerable distance involved. I expressed my frustration at the long round trip drive and suggested she could retrieve the order details electronically. I suspect she was the same person who mishandled the order by replacing a burnt burger on top of the Impossible Burger. Melissa did not acknowledge the errors made. I informed her of my intention to seek a refund or escalate the matter to corporate, to which she responded casually. I expressed my dissatisfaction with her attitude and insisted on a refund. I believe that if Melissa is indeed a manager, she should be held accountable for her actions and I stand by my request for a refund.

I worked for 3 days. The GM initially scheduled me off for Saturday and Sunday but changed it last minute, wanting me to open on Saturday. Due to a storm knocking out power, my alarm failed, and I overslept. The GM marked me as a no-call-no-show and removed me from the schedule until Wednesday. When I called as instructed, she informed me that I was fired because she does not rehire individuals and planned to cut my hours regardless. This incident was my first time missing work. I am concerned about potentially facing eviction due to this situation with the GM, especially since I have an 18-month-old daughter.
