I recently signed up for a free trial of Bumble Boost, however, I didn't find the boost beneficial and decided to cancel it. To my surprise, I was already charged before the trial period ended, even though I attempted to cancel on the 26th. I was expecting to have until midnight on the 26th to cancel without being charged. I would appreciate a refund for the charge and look forward to continue enjoying your service as a satisfied customer. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

In [redacted], I was falsely reported by Andrew C. for soliciting him for business and engaging in bait and switch. Bumble, without evidence, deleted my account. I am seeking proof from Bumble to present in court that these allegations are untrue. Since my account was deleted, I will need to subpoena Bumble for the conversation thread to support my case. Bumble failed to inform me of the reason for my account removal. I only discovered Andrew C.'s identity when he began harassing me at work and threatened to post a negative review on my Facebook business page, despite our interactions being personal. I would appreciate guidance on how to access the conversation record with Andrew C.

After realizing my bumble account was banned, I now understand the reason behind it. It was foolish of me to place my Venmo information in my bio as a prank, unaware that it violated the policy. I see the potential legal implications of soliciting money on the platform. Despite my error, I believe in everyone's right to find love, especially during trying times. Bumble was a vital avenue for me to connect with people, leading to lasting friendships. In the current dating landscape, having a platform that promotes women empowerment and charitable donations is valuable. If given a chance to reinstate my account, I pledge not to repeat this misstep by refraining from mentioning Venmo.

It has been deducting $2.99 every two days from my bank account, which is becoming a significant drain. Despite canceling my subscription just three days after signing up for the purportedly free trial back on May 18, [redacted], this continuous deduction issue began in the middle of last month. I am seeking a full refund of every cent this site has taken and continues to take out, as it is absurd and risks overdrawing my account. I am unsure why these deductions persist and when they will cease, but I urgently require assistance to access the login page or a similar feature to review my account. I need to ensure it was genuinely shut down and halt this ongoing situation. I have not actively used the site for weeks now, only engaging with it for a brief period of 2 or 3 days.

Hello, I am disappointed that after agreeing to a two-week free trial on your site, I was charged £49.99 on my Barclaycard without warning. There was no mention of being committed to a three-month payment plan after the trial, and I missed the message sent to my old email account. I feel cheated and upset about what happened. I wanted the chance to try the upgrade before deciding on payment, but the money was taken immediately, leaving me feeling powerless and distressed. I kindly request a refund as I am not financially able to lose this money. I am 62 years old, still working but facing financial uncertainties like many others currently. Please, show empathy and understanding considering the circumstances. Every penny matters, and this situation has left me feeling out of control. Thank you, Lorraine N.

Hello, I have contacted customer support through multiple emails regarding an issue with my account, but so far, none of my concerns have been addressed properly. It seems like my account has been blocked, and I believe it was reported by my ex. Additionally, there is a name linked to my account that is not mine, indicating my ex might be creating fake accounts. I would appreciate more detailed information about this matter. Could you please guide me on the process of submitting my ID for verification? In previous correspondence, I was referred to as Ariana, which is not my name. Kindly block that account and provide insight on whether the incident involves individuals named Waleed or Abdel. My ex has a history of hacking my accounts and using my contact information. I am unable to access my account, and I request that it remains blocked for security reasons. Any further assistance on this issue would be helpful. Thank you for your attention and support.

Hello everyone, I recently reported someone for abusive behavior on Bumble for the first time. My overall experience with the app has been positive, and I even had a great relationship that started from the platform. However, after reporting this individual, I was banned without a clear explanation other than being informed of several complaints against me. I am confused by this sudden ban as typically you are able to see if someone unfriends or blocks you, which didn't happen in this case. I would like an explanation for the ban and an opportunity to appeal the decision. I appreciated the unique feature of women making the first move on Bumble to avoid harassment. I am willing to accept a permanent ban if necessary, but I would like a refund for my premium subscription since I have invested in coins to message people. The lack of customer support phone number is disappointing, and I struggled to even find a way to reach out through their website. I find the lack of transparency and communication from Bumble on this matter unsatisfactory. I believe I deserve to know the details of the complaints and see the evidence provided. It is important to address such issues fairly to maintain customer trust and satisfaction. Thank you.
