I'm reaching out regarding a severe concern. Upon my arrival in Kuwait on Monday, after experiencing significant flight delays, I discovered that my luggage consisting of six bags did not make it with me. The corresponding reference number for this incident is KWIBA28473.
The bags in question are tagged with the following numbers: ba611879, ba611925, ba611911, ba611898, ba611862, and ba611839. I was initially informed that the luggage would arrive on a subsequent flight, however, as of this morning (14/12/[redacted]), only a portion of the missing bags has been located.
This situation has left me and my children without essential items, prompting additional unforeseen expenses just to secure basic clothing. I urgently need a resolution given that we are traveling to Jordan this Saturday to visit family, and the time-sensitive nature of the matter is compounded by the fact that crucial items for my children's hearing aids are also inside the missing bags.

I am requesting a refund for my return flight to Nashville on October 23. Due to being admitted to Derby Royal hospital for a stroke and then readmitted a week later for a leg amputation, I was unable to process the refund immediately. I spoke to a representative over the phone yesterday and was instructed to submit the relevant medical documents. Please advise if you prefer the documents in paper form or online. Booking Reference: PD777T. This was my first time booking a flight online, and it was a surprise short break for my wife. When I made the reservation, I mistakenly entered my name for both passengers. Although I provided my wife's passport details for the boarding passes, she was refused boarding on the return flight BA701 on 14th December. We were required to purchase an additional ticket with the Booking Reference JA5B9J from the BA handling agent for [redacted].42 Euros. I am seeking a refund for this amount. I recently contacted customer service to address an issue with our booking and received an email address to send necessary information. However, the email provided was not functional, and the waiting time on the call was extensive.

Hello,
Today at the Costa Rica Airport, two of my clients were denied access to their flight departing in 30 minutes because their return ticket was not displaying. Even after I provided confirmation of their return flights, they were still not permitted to board by the airline.
I am requesting a refund as they were unable to board despite having all the necessary information, including the return bus ticket from Costa Rica, the ticket from London to Italy, and other relevant details.

I flew from London Heathrow to Lisbon on December 10th with British Airways. I am seeking information on the status of my delayed baggage using my process number LISBA19437 under the surname Moreira. The latest details indicated that my luggage was sent on flight BA504 on December 11th, which was ultimately cancelled. Unfortunately, there have been no further updates since then. GroundForce has ceased handling my complaint due to the extended delay of over 6 days. I am currently unable to find a telephone number to reach British Airways for information regarding my baggage, and the only contact option available on the BA website is a fax number based in Germany. I am residing in the UK while stranded in Portugal without my possessions and carrying 24 kg of luggage, which includes numerous Christmas gifts and clothing.

I traveled from Abilene, TX to Dubai, UAE on December 10th, [redacted]. My flight from Abilene to Dallas was delayed due to weather, causing me to miss my BA-[redacted] flight to London. Fortunately, American Airlines put me on their London flight, which I just managed to catch. The next day, I boarded the original BA-[redacted] flight from London to Dubai, arriving several hours late, only to find my luggage was missing. I filled out a lost bag claim, and after two days, one of my three bags was found. According to the BA website, all three bags have been located, but only one is delivered so far. It has been a week with no further updates, and I am unable to reach anyone at BA for assistance.

My son and his girlfriend traveled to Bahrain on Saturday, but their luggage has not arrived yet. I am experiencing a delay with one of my checked bags. Traveling from Newcastle, United Kingdom on December 15th bound for Tampa, Florida included a layover in Philadelphia. Unfortunately, one of my three suitcases went missing during the transit in Philadelphia. Following the airline's instructions, I reported the missing suitcase upon arrival in Tampa on December 16th. Despite this, my bag with reference number BA094792 has not been located as of today, December 20th.

Traveling with my children from Chicago to London on Thursday, December 22nd is becoming a concern due to an approaching blizzard and winter storm. I'm attempting to adjust our flight to avoid potential weather-related disruptions by leaving before the storm hits. On December 13th, I checked in my luggage in Newcastle for a flight to Hong Kong via Heathrow and Singapore. However, upon arriving in Hong Kong, my luggage was missing. Both CX and BA are unable to locate it. The BA tag number is [redacted]. I have attempted to contact them via email and phone with no response. I have also tried to file a complaint without success. I've been attempting to make a business class booking online from Portland, Oregon to London Heathrow between 9 May and 13 June but have faced issues on both the iPhone app and desktop site. Despite American Airlines showing availability, your website is displaying limited options. The prices fluctuate drastically, with a $[redacted] roundtrip ticket unexpectedly showing over $11,[redacted] for a one-way fare upon revisiting the booking. I've tried contacting customer service, however, the non-24-hour reservations line was unhelpful, merely directing me to call back later without an estimated wait time. As a frequent traveler to the UK to visit family, I was excited about the nonstop service from Portland to London but am disheartened by the lack of service quality experienced with BA. I traveled to Toronto on January 31st from Vadodara to Delhi by AI [redacted], then from Delhi to London by BA [redacted], and finally from London to Toronto by BA 93. Unfortunately, upon reaching Toronto, my duffel bag with tag AI [redacted] was missing. I reported the issue to the airport, and a complaint was filed with file reference no. YYZBA78271. My father received a call on January 11th in India from a number [redacted]0, informing us that the bag is at the Air India Mumbai baggage office. During my recent flight with BA from LHR to SIN on BA11 on the 29th of December [redacted], I encountered a faulty headphone jack in seat 29C. Despite initially not working in either ear, I managed to get it to function in one ear by tape. Towards the end of the flight, the recline seat button became stuck in the armrest, causing the seat to recline unexpectedly. Unfortunately, on descent, I couldn't adjust the seat which led to some back discomfort. However, the cabin staff were exemplary and offered me another seat in the economy cabin, which I declined as I'm currently on my honeymoon and preferred to stay next to my wife. As our return flight is scheduled for the 26th of February from SIN to LHR, I'm hoping to address these issues from the previous flight for a more comfortable journey. Thank you.
