I had booked a hotel through Booking.com, but our flight was canceled twice, preventing us from reaching our destination. Despite trying to cancel in advance, I was unable to reach anyone at Booking.com, and my messages have gone unanswered. The confirmation number appears invalid, though we have email proof of the reservation and verified our stay directly with the hotel, The Carnegie Hotel NYC, from September 7th to 11th. The hotel advised me to seek a refund through Booking.com as they couldn't process it themselves. I need assistance from Booking.com to secure a refund for the $1,[redacted] we paid.

I purchased a hotel reservation on booking.com on July 29. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that their system was down for an audit, preventing check-in. When I contacted the hotel the next day to speak with a manager, they mentioned they weren't able to process the refund as they didn't know how to contact my bank. After numerous attempts with my bank, I was advised to reach out to you directly. I have evidence of booking another room due to this issue. I am eager for a prompt resolution to this matter as it has been ongoing for over a month now. Please contact me at your earliest convenience.

I made a reservation at Comfort Inn and Suites, but unfortunately, I encountered an issue where the confirmation did not come through, and the screen closed abruptly. When I contacted the hotel, I was informed that I had mistakenly booked two rooms for tonight and tomorrow night under two different names – Chasta Uptegrove and Chasta Harris. Harris is my new married name, which is also on my debit card, leading to the confusion. I only intended to book one room for both nights, not two separate rooms. I kindly request assistance with canceling and refunding one of the reservations at Comfort Inn and Suites in O'Fallon, Missouri for the dates 9/12 and 9/13. I am unsure how this error occurred and would appreciate your help in resolving this matter.

I need to change my payment date to October 2nd. We plan to check in on the 7th and pay in full on October 2nd. My granddaughter's wedding is in Nashville, and I will be on the road until October 2nd. I have already spoken with Sean, who said it would be fine, but mentioned that you handle the payments. The hotel room is not worth the price we paid. We are spending over [redacted] euros for two nights but the room has faulty sockets, holes in the carpet, and a view of a concrete jungle. Despite the website advertising a bar open day and night, it closes at 11 pm with no room service available. The lack of a restaurant adds to our disappointment. The overall appearance of the outside reception area is scruffy with rusty railings, dirty paving, and empty plant pots. This experience feels like a total rip-off, and we are extremely dissatisfied with these conditions.

Hello, I am writing to express my frustration with regards to booking confirmation number [redacted]. Following the confirmation, the hotel contacted me to inform that the rooms were no longer available due to an unspecified technical issue. When I requested written confirmation since it was already confirmed, they declined and suggested I cancel it on the website without informing Booking.com that they advised the cancellation. They proposed two alternative rooms at a higher price and suggested I book directly with them, which I declined. I proceeded to make another reservation through Booking.com for a different hotel shortly after. I kindly ask for your attention to this matter and would appreciate an update on the situation. I booked a room at the Hampton Inn by Hilton Toronto Airport Corporate Centre. My details are Confirmation number: [redacted] and PIN code: [redacted] with free cancellation until Dec [redacted]. I would like to report an issue with a recent booking made under the name of Sergiu Balaur at Exhibition Court 4 in London for a 3-night stay from September 15th to 18th. Despite making the payment in advance, upon arrival, we were disappointed to find the hotel in poor condition, not matching the images displayed on the website. Additionally, there were workers entering rooms without notice, compromising our privacy. We are requesting a prompt refund to facilitate moving to a different hotel.

I am looking to book and pay for a bed at Wholefamily Hostel on 12th Avenue in Sacramento, where I have been staying for most of the last two months. I have attempted payment with three different cards, but the system is not accepting my payment. This issue occurred two weeks ago as well, and after speaking with a staff member who promised to resolve it, I never received a callback. I also did not receive a response to my message yesterday. I am a Genius 3 member but can't seem to find the special Genius phone number to reach out. Last month, I had to book through Kayak and then directly with the owner, incurring an extra $[redacted] for two weeks due to communication errors. I need help with Booking.com as I've been struggling to make a reservation multiple times using different cards. Two weeks ago, I encountered the same issue and had to resort to using Kayak and paying the owner directly, resulting in an additional cost of over $[redacted]. Despite being at their Genius3 level, which is supposed to provide a special phone number, I have not been able to contact them. I have sent emails and called more than 15 times, only to hear a recording asking me to call back later. They won't allow me to leave a priority message without a booking number or pin, making it impossible for me to address the issue. My frustration and trust in their services are diminishing due to this ongoing problem.

I recently spoke with a Customer Service representative who assisted me in reserving a suite at the Wood Springs Suites in College Station, Texas. I booked for a check-in on 9/21/[redacted] for 4 nights, with a checkout on Monday, 9/25/[redacted]. I made a partial payment for payment #1 and was informed that payment #2 is due on 9/19/[redacted], two days before check-in. Brad Marshall, the employee I spoke with, mentioned that someone from his team would contact me with confirmation details and payment #2 information on the same day, but I did not receive any calls. I am concerned whether my reservation was recorded correctly and if the partial payment agreement was processed accurately. When I contacted the hotel, I was unable to obtain information due to it being after hours. I am frustrated by the lack of live customer service support and the continuous automated responses when trying to reach a real person. I have yet to receive a confirmation number or pin number for reference. I attempted to seek assistance through Booking.com but was unsuccessful. I am very frustrated and would appreciate any help in resolving this matter.

I would like to make a complaint regarding the homestay I rented. How can I get help? The homestay owner called me and accused me of damaging their door. Their reason is that the door wouldn't open. Am I at fault if the door couldn't be opened? I am very puzzled by this owner who accuses me without solid evidence. I hope booking.com takes this matter seriously so that no other renters are affected. They are demanding a report and compensation for the alleged damage. Thank you.

Hello, I would like to address an issue with my reservation made for July 29, [redacted], until August 03, [redacted]. Initially, I received a confirmation of my reservation. However, two days later, Booking.com sent me an email indicating that my transaction was declined. They mentioned that if I do not update my reservation, it will be canceled. Today, I listed my property with you, but I made a mistake by not clearly stating that my condo must be rented for no less than 28 days, as required by the building's regulations. As a result, I received over 5 booking requests for stays shorter than 28 days at my condo in Yorkville. I informed them of the error and apologized for the misunderstanding. To prevent further inconvenience and disappointment, I have decided to remove my listing. I recently made a reservation on booking.com for a motel room in Gas City, Indiana. However, I did not receive a confirmation email, and no payment was taken from my account. I waited until the next day, but there was still no charge, so I ended up booking another motel. To my surprise, they have now charged me for the original reservation I thought was not processed. I am disappointed by this mistake and would like to request a refund promptly. If this issue is not resolved, I will have to reconsider using booking.com in the future.

I kindly request immediate removal of my survey. I participated in the survey in good faith, believing it would benefit your business by addressing concerns. Unfortunately, it has had a negative impact on the Swan Hotel in Port Townsend, Washington. In today's unpredictable world, sincere efforts to assist often lead to unintended consequences. Please remove the survey promptly or I will pursue legal action for defamation. I will also cease using Booking services and discourage my customers from doing so. Hello, I want to share my recent experience with a booking in Kansas City. Upon arrival at the hotel, there was a delay of 2 1/2 hours for my room. When we finally got the room, it was dirty, and the broken window blind made the room very dark. After requesting help from housekeeping, we found the situation unacceptable since no other rooms were available. The assistant manager had to cancel our booking. I made a reservation for 4 nights at Amma Lisboa in Lisbon, Portugal from 9/23 to 9/27/[redacted]. However, I had to cancel due to medical reasons. After cancelling, I was refunded the amount minus a cancellation fee. Later, my medical situation improved, and I wanted to rebook at Amma Lisboa. Unfortunately, the reservation did not go through as the property was fully booked. I ended up booking another property instead. When Amma Lisboa contacted me about the cancellation, I explained that I couldn't rebook with them and had made other arrangements. I then received notifications confirming bookings at both properties. I have informed the property that I won't be able to stay there and they directed me to contact Booking.
