If my visa is not approved by August 28th, I will need to cancel the reservation. In that case, I am informed there will be a cancellation fee of ₹7,[redacted] (€79.87), with the remaining amount of ₹[redacted],[redacted] or €3,[redacted].54 to be refunded to the credit card used for the original payment. Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your attention that we made a reservation for a double room at Villa Camana in Stresa from August 15th to August 18th, [redacted]. Upon our arrival, we chose not to stay in the room due to several reasons: - The property has two guest areas separated only by a folding screen, which does not allow for privacy. - The room we were offered had a musty smell. - The listing did not mention that the house is only accessible by car due to its location on the mountain from Stresa. - Check-in and check-out were done in the courtyard. - Contrary to what was stated in the listing, there was no kitchen available, nor was there a living room with a TV. - The balcony mentioned was tiny, with space for only two chairs, and also served as the entrance to the guest room. In conclusion, we found discrepancies between the description and the reality of the property. I had a booking at Best Western Eglington Arms Hotel on Saturday, August 12th. Unfortunately, our son fell ill, and we needed to travel back to Northern Ireland immediately, so we could not stay that night. The hotel receptionist kindly allowed us to use the booking on another date but advised me to contact booking.com. Despite multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach out and email, I have not received a response. As our son is currently in the hospital, I kindly request a refund or a voucher for a future stay. I reached out to Booking.com multiple times regarding the closure of the hotel bar due to renovations. Despite booking a hotel with a bar, this amenity was not available during our stay. I have provided them with photos as requested. I am awaiting a response from Booking.com regarding my request for a full refund. I have spent the past four days contacting them via phone, email, and messaging, incurring significant costs. I am also seeking compensation for these expenses. Hello, Regarding your message number [redacted], I recently returned from vacation and received your email. I am confused as I cancelled my reservation on August 20th over the phone with the inn and on Booking.com. I explained that we had changed our route as we were unable to find another hotel and would not be passing by. I booked another accommodation with Booking at St Félicien Motel Moreau. I cancelled in time and do not understand why I am receiving this. I even reached out via chat on booking.com on August 20th requesting a call, but did not receive one. Could someone please call me at [redacted]? I cancelled and then asked to waive the cancellation fee as I didn't understand why I would be charged if I was cancelling on time. That's why I requested a call, as there were no issues at the inn. I am surprised that Booking would act this way. My family has always booked with you and never had any problems. If there was a double booking for the same day on your site (booking.com), I should not be responsible for it. All this could have been resolved if someone had called me on August 20th or 21st. I recently received 21 emails confirming reservations in 21 different hotels in Bangkok under the name Rosemount Kennedy. I took steps to cancel all the bookings as I did not make them and do not know which credit card was used. I need assurance that I will not be charged for these fraudulent reservations. This experience has made me hesitant to use your service, and I require immediate clarification on this matter. I am contemplating taking legal action against the perpetrator responsible for this fraudulent activity.

Hello, I'm not sure if I'm contacting the correct department for my issue. If not, please forward this email to the appropriate department. I have been blocked by Klarna Sofortüberweisung at the request of Booking.com. This occurred because fraudsters gained access to my (now changed) online banking information and tried to make a booking on Booking.com using my account. My bank detected this suspicious activity, called me, and stopped the transaction since it was not authorized by me. However, due to this prevented transaction, I am now blocked by Klarna. Klarna Sofortüberweisung explained that only Booking.com can lift the block, not them. I kindly ask for your assistance (after understanding the situation) in lifting this block with Booking.com. Er waren twee reserveringen via Booking.com in het systeem van het hotel. Bij het uitchecken moest ik helaas beide boekingen betalen, wat een onaangename verrassing was. Ik begrijp niet hoe dit is gebeurd en dit is niet acceptabel. De details van de boekingen zijn als volgt: 1) Boeking gemaakt op 13 mei [redacted] Boekingsnummers ontvangen: [redacted] en "originalbuchungsnr"; [redacted] Ik kan deze boeking niet terugvinden in mijn Booking.com-app. Op de boekingsbevestiging staat een adres in Bangkok, terwijl ik daar niet ben geweest. Ook wordt Engels als voorkeurstaal vermeld, wat niet correct is. De kamerwensen op de boeking kloppen ook niet. I booked a hotel room through booking.com. Upon arrival, the hotel did not have any rooms available for the night, despite my payment. I contacted booking customer service to cancel the reservation and process a refund. However, I am still awaiting the refund. Moreover, the hotel reservation for that day, which was supposed to be canceled to facilitate the refund, appears to be still active. It seems like the system is showing that I stayed there instead of acknowledging the cancellation process.

I have been a customer for three years and have recommended booking.com to friends and family. Unfortunately, I am now disappointed with the service due to a serious unresolved matter. Despite reaching out, I have not received a satisfactory response. I will no longer recommend booking.com, and I am considering legal action to address the issue. It is frustrating to be misled, disconnected, and charged $[redacted] without proper communication. I need to speak with a representative to resolve this matter promptly.

On August 20, [redacted], I reserved a room at the Golden Travellers Inn through RedDoorz for an overnight stay on August 27, [redacted], for [redacted] pesos. I made the booking with my credit card, but upon arrival, I found out that the payment hadn't gone through. I ended up paying [redacted] pesos in cash at the hotel because the payment status was listed as "pay at the Hotel." Unfortunately, my credit card was charged by RedDoorz through Metrobank on August 29, [redacted], leading to a double charge by both the bank and the hotel. This has been a terrible experience for me, as the hotel services were not satisfactory. I am requesting a refund for the duplicate charge and hope for a prompt resolution to this matter.

I mistakenly booked a stay at The Coral at Atlantis instead of The Reef at Atlantis due to the similar-looking websites. After speaking with The Coral at Atlantis, they advised me to contact Booking.com to cancel the reservation. Booking.com directed me back to The Coral. I am looking to cancel and rebook at another hotel within the same company. The Coral at Atlantis assured me I would receive a full refund. I attempted to make changes last night but was unsuccessful. Could a representative from Booking.com please reach out to me at [redacted] to assist with the cancellation and rebooking process?

I stayed at 4 Cois Glaisin on 8/28/23 with booking number [redacted]. Before our arrival, the host, Mr. O’Briens, persistently pushed his restaurant to my husband over the phone. Upon check-in at 8 PM, we found the television volume loud. Requesting Mr. O’Briens to lower it twice proved futile as he became hostile, claiming it was his home. He proceeded to act aggressively, making threats and creating noise disturbances until 11:30 PM. We left early the next morning to avoid further confrontation. This experience was unlike any other we've had using booking.com, and we expect a refund. The behavior was unacceptable, and we urge for appropriate action to be taken against this unsuitable host.

I registered for a Genius account on bookings.com some time ago. My password is no longer working, and I have attempted to receive a verification code. The verification code from Bookings.com is not downloading from my email to their system. I require a one-time code to reset my password as I wish to utilize the Genius program this week. Hello, I want to share my experience with a recent booking I made on Booking.com. My booking reference number is [redacted][redacted]8. I made the reservation on 15/08/23, understanding it was non-refundable. However, upon arrival, I encountered difficulties such as locating the property which appeared to be units in a building instead of a hotel. Worse, the property had scaffolding making it unsafe to enter due to a safety hazard of passing underneath to reach the reception. This left me stranded in high temperatures for over an hour. After finding alternative accommodation, I reached out to Booking.com for assistance, but despite sending numerous emails, no action has been taken. I am requesting a refund of the amount deducted from my bank account and compensation for the inconvenience faced in a foreign country.

However, after not hearing back from Booking.com for several days and receiving no notification or confirmation, we decided to book another apartment at the Boat House, which was promptly confirmed. To my surprise, I later discovered that Booking.com had charged $[redacted].49 to my bank account for the Marina Shores reservation, despite me not receiving any emails confirming the booking. Assuming the reservation didn't go through due to the lack of communication, I was taken aback by the charge. I encountered problems at a hotel named Nerton, which was nothing like the advertised luxury establishment. Instead, guests are directed to Sun Beach Park, an unsatisfactory location with poor amenities and subpar food. Trying to address these issues with Booking.com customer service, especially from Turkey, proved unfruitful. The individual associated with phone number +[redacted]46 has been unhelpful and suspicious. Not only was my experience at the alternative hotel unpleasant, but I also encountered monetary issues due to mishandling of payments. Booking.com must address these discrepancies and prioritize customer satisfaction to avoid such incidents in the future.
