I recently had a reservation in Thailand with Confirmation #[redacted].[redacted].[redacted]. On the second day of my stay, I took a shower and shortly after fell ill. After a hospital visit, I discovered I have an allergy to mold and mildew, which I found in the shower of the hotel. I spoke with the manager who mentioned a refund through booking.com. I left the hotel and was advised of a 23,630Bth refund, but was told to reach out to booking for the refund process. I have photos of the unsanitary conditions in the hotel. I stayed for only one day and I am requesting a full refund due to the circumstances. Thank you.

Hello,

Unfortunately, upon arrival, the owner canceled our reservation without any notification, which left us stranded without accommodation. We couldn't check-in as planned due to this sudden cancellation. We are requesting a refund for this inconvenience.
This was our first visit to the country, and the entire experience turned sour because of the unexpected cancellation by the owner. I'm extremely frustrated with Booking.com! I'm attempting to book a hotel in Prague with all the correct information. However, despite everything being entered accurately, it keeps rejecting my payment. My bank has confirmed that there are no issues on their end and no records of any attempted purchases. When trying to reach out to the hotel, all I see is a canceled reservation for Whistler Hotel.
I'm unable to contact the hotel directly, and Booking.com's phone line only assists with existing reservations, which is exactly what I'm trying to make. It's incredibly frustrating. I request that Booking.com contacts Hotel Bila Labut in Prague to resolve this issue promptly.

Dear Sir,
I would like to share some information. I recently visited Manali and booked a room at Sana Cottage advertised as 4 stars. Upon arrival, we were given a room at Sita Cottage on the 4th floor. After requesting a room change, we were offered a storage room without a TV or proper geyser for an additional [redacted].
Upon checkout, the staff became aggressive, took down the car number, and even took photos. They insisted on cash payment, so we had to pay the remaining amount online.
The room lacked proper service.

I encountered an issue booking two cars. Firstly, I reserved car Nr. 01 and got a confirmation. On my second try, I faced a webpage error, leading to no confirmation while seeing two bank withdrawals. Strangely, I only got a confirmation for car Nr. 01, not Nr. 2. Upon checking, the withdrawals didn't go to booking.com but to a bakery, sparking concerns about the payments. I canceled and got a refund for car Nr. 01 but not Nr. 02. Unable to find them in my booking.com account after several attempts. To solve this, I tried with the mobile app, ending up with reservations for car Nr. 03 and Nr. 04. I recently stayed at LeTraverse in Pienza from May 29th to June 1st. Despite the beautiful property, my room fell short of expectations.
