I have been playing World of Warcraft since [redacted]. I took a break in [redacted] but returned for Dragonflight. However, I am considering quitting due to two major issues. Firstly, I am struggling to find accurate information on obtaining recipes for Blacksmithing and Alchemy to progress beyond levels 17 and 20, respectively. Additionally, despite acquiring in-game items that promise increases, my characters have not received them. Secondly, after changing mobile devices, the Blizzard Authenticator continuously shows "something went wrong," leading to the loss of additional bag space. The in-game help directs me to forums and third-party websites that have not provided solutions. Although Blizzard's staff has been polite, they were unable to offer a direct resolution. I will give it a month before permanently leaving as this lack of accountability is unacceptable to me as a paying customer.

Hello, I am having trouble linking my PlayStation account with my Battle.net account. Despite reaching out to the support team and filing multiple complaints, I was informed that I need to wait [redacted] days before I can reconnect the accounts for gaming. I have tried contacting Blizzard's support center through their website several times, but was only met with a response stating I have to wait. It is frustrating to be told there is nothing that can be done for a simple mistake, especially after investing time and money into this. Hello, I have already reported a bug in my game through the Battle.net support page. My Hearthstone game is not launching on my main computer, although it works on my other accounts. I tried logging in on a different computer thinking it was an account issue, but my account works fine on that one. I am puzzled as to why it won't work on my main computer. I have followed all technical troubleshooting steps on Blizzard's website without success. Even after multiple uninstallations, it still won't work. I am losing hope and getting frustrated. I reached out to Blizzard support to seek information and request the unbanning of my Overwatch account that was recently banned for supposed "use of hacks," despite never utilizing them. The responses to my tickets came promptly and were repetitive, leading me to suspect they were automated. I provided replay codes of recent matches in the tickets for review to confirm the absence of hack usage. Here is an excerpt from one of the tickets: "Good morning, My Overwatch account received a permanent ban due to alleged 'hack' cheats, although I have not engaged in such activities. I lodged a complaint that did not lead to unbanning. I am submitting additional replays of recent games in hopes of demonstrating the absence of cheats, by myself or my friends whom I played with. Further, I am eager to understand the evidence considered for the ban and would appreciate viewing any related video or clip for clarification. Thank you." I enjoy playing Diablo IV on Xbox. My gamertag is Rogue G4mb1t and I can be reached at [redacted] In the past season, I bought the deluxe edition of the game, which came with a 20-tier skip for the battle pass. I saved this for season 2, but with the new season starting yesterday, my 20-tier skips seem to have vanished. I would appreciate it if this could be investigated as I was looking forward to using them on the new battle pass that I purchased.

Yesterday, I had to revert my PC to an earlier date because of the Diablo 4 update. Later in the evening, my Freebox stopped working. I restarted it, but it got stuck on step 6. I unplugged it until this morning when I plugged it back in at 8:30. I then received a message from Blizzard stating that my account was banned for cheating. I want to clarify that I don't have any cheating programs on my PC, and Diablo was a gift from my son for my birthday. Just for reference, I am 49 years old.

Hello, last night without any justification, I was banned from playing World of Warcraft for a week. After asking for an explanation regarding the action taken, they only sent me a copy and paste of the rules. They claimed it was inappropriate language, which I highly doubt. I still don't know the reason behind this. Furthermore, I am a consumer and believe we have rights. What steps should I take against them? They seem to ban easily with a click, but I don't want to leave it at that this time.
