Blizzard Entertainment is an American video game developer organization. The main franchises Blizzard has developed are Diablo, Starcraft, and Warcraft. Delete Your Blizzard Account Online

Before deleting your account, you will need to cancel any subscriptions you're paying for.

  1. Go to https://www.blizzard.com/en-gb/

  2. In the top right corner, select 'My Account' and 'Log In.'

  3. Sign in to your account with your email address or phone number and password. Alternatively, you can sign in to your account with your Facebook or Google account.

  4. Go to 'Account Management.'

  5. Select the game license you want to delete.

  6. Click on 'Cancel Game Subscription.'

  7. Follow the prompted steps to finish canceling the subscription. You will receive an email confirming the cancelation.

  8. Next, you will need to put in a request with Blizzard to delete your account and delete all of your personal information. Note that you may be asked to provide a government issue ID to approve the request. You can submit an online form asking Blizzard to start this process here. It can take up to 30 days for Blizzard to process your request.

Email Blizzard Customer Support

You can email the Blizzard Customer Support team asking them to assist with the cancelation of your account. Note that you will be required to pay off any outstanding balances you may have.

When you email in your request, make sure to provide your name as it appears on your account, your phone number, and the email address you want to be contacted at. It may take several days to receive a response from the team at Blizzard with the next steps.

You can call into the Blizzard Customer Support team and ask for help canceling your account. You may be asked to provide some contact details and answer security questions to verify your identity.
