Yesterday, my PC was infected with an AutoIt virus. Despite wiping it and reinstalling everything, I now can't log into my games. I receive emails about it, but they disappear from my email feed, and my email access seems secure. Unfortunately, someone has taken my Tarkov account, changing the email and password, though my Steam account is safe due to two-step verification. I have a Blizzard money card as proof of ownership. I'm eager to regain access as I enjoy playing Overwatch with my friends, especially after being gifted the game by a generous streamer.

I'm Richard L. and I didn't open an account at Battle.net. Recently, my Google account was hacked, and someone is using it to cheat in games like Rocket League on Battle.net. I'm unable to access my Battle.net account because the hacker changes the password before I can even log in. The hacker intercepts the code sent to my email, making it impossible for me to use Battle.net or any games linked to it. I purchased Diablo 2 Resurrected, but I'll need to request a refund from PlayStation since I can't use any games associated with Battle.net due to this hacker. I wish there was a phone number I could call instead of going back and forth with text messages.

Hello, I have been unable to access my Overwatch account for several months due to a ban, and I would like to provide some context in the hopes of having the ban reviewed. I have been a dedicated player of Overwatch for many years and have a deep affection for the game. A while back, my laptop was infected with a virus which compromised all my accounts on various platforms like Discord, Steam, Roblox, and most importantly, Overwatch. After resolving the issue and regaining control of my accounts, I discovered that my Battle.net account had been banned. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out for clarification and to request the ban be lifted, I have not received any response. I find it unjust that my account, which represents a significant investment of time and money, has been banned due to circumstances beyond my control. I kindly ask for the ban to be reconsidered as I miss playing Overwatch, and restarting with a new account would be costly and time-consuming.

I recently lost my previous phone, phone number, authenticator, authenticator recovery, and my computer. Everything has settled down now, and I can finally focus on recovering my account. I can access my account email and password, but I no longer have access to the mobile authenticator. I need verification via email or another method to reset my phone and authenticator app.

I have two characters from pre-launch, each on different realms. My main character, a male night elf hunter named Fafhrd at level 60, is on Bloodsail Buccaneers since launch. I also have a second night elf hunter named Silex at level 39 on the same realm. Due to the closure of Bloodsail, I need to transfer to Mankrik but can't use those names due to conflicts. Despite never using characters with the same names on Grobbulus, I can't delete the character named Silex on that server. Support advised me to delete a level 1 character and attempt renaming Silex on Mankrik, but the issue persists. Even after following suggestions to modify cache and interface settings, the problem remains. I request assistance from a GM in-game to resolve this. All characters are on my account, and I don't want to rename Fafhrd or Silex. Your help with this issue is greatly appreciated. Thank you, RTL (Fafhrd).

My account is locked, and I cannot access the email associated with it. The secret question was not set up by me, and I find it frustrating that it is being asked. The email on this account is locked by Google. Please unlock the account so I can log in and play Destiny 2. The email is [redacted] I don't mind skipping security measures, just unlock it. I received an email from Blizzard Entertainment stating that I spent [redacted]€ in the Diablo Immortal Beta, which I did. However, they mentioned that the amount is available on the Battle.net account I linked. I am unsure if I actually linked my Battle.net account during the Beta or just played with my Google Play Account. If I forgot to link it, will my money be lost? It wasn't mandatory to log in with the Battle.net account, so I might have forgotten, and the money could be on my Google Play Account. The email mentioned my support during the Closed Beta and that the Beta Credits would be applied to my account at launch. The email also mentioned discrepancies in data regarding the currency of the Credits. If there are any issues with the currency or the amount, they advised contacting Customer Service. To claim the Credits, I need to log into the Battle.net account I used during the Closed Beta. My Battle.net email is [redacted]

I would like to report an incident involving a player named Hashesh on the Wow Classic TBC server Mankrik. I traded them 6 Sunmotes, 10 Shadowcloth, and 10 Spellcloth to craft Sunfire Handwraps, but he logged off without completing the trade. I have evidence of the incident, including screenshots, player information, and the time of the theft. Despite filing tickets, the GMs have declined to recover the items. I am pursuing this matter through various channels, including customer service, email, and GetHuman. I am determined to seek recourse for this scam and will not rest until the items are returned. While I understand there are no guarantees, I am willing to pay for assistance in escalating this with Blizzard until a resolution is reached. I am committed to this until the items are restored or until further action is taken. Thank you for your support.

I will be visiting the campus next week to address some important issues in person. I prefer face-to-face conversations as opposed to phone or email. I am aware of the Covid-related restrictions mentioned in the automatic response, but my purpose for visiting is not for a tour but to speak with a representative about serious matters that require attention. Hello, I have been playing Duels since it was first released and haven't encountered any issues. However, recently, I've noticed that none of the new characters like Vanndar, Drek'thar, Finley, Reno, Brann, and Elise are progressing their hero powers or special cards. At the beginning, some progress was made, unlocking a few, but a few months ago, all progress stopped. No matter how many games I play with the hero and fulfill the specific requirements, the counters don't move at all. Interestingly, in the Uldum single player mode, they unlock, but not in Duels. I am eager to try out these new powers and cards, but unfortunately, nothing seems to be working.

Hello, I use battle.net under the username Thahestios, my email for this is [redacted] Since I am changing my email, I wanted to switch it to [redacted] and delete the old one. I had the gmx address before, but then deleted it. Now, when I tried to change the email to gmx, it said it is already being used oddly. I reset my password and saw that someone in a different language, possibly Korean or something, is using or has used my email address. Could you please help me? Players invest significant money into the game, and some forgive the company despite their repeated incompetence. Instead of targeting cheaters and bots, a recent ban wave has affected players who have supported the game financially by purchasing additional characters. Taking away these accounts is morally questionable, especially considering the current global challenges. It is important for the company to reevaluate their priorities and allow players to enjoy the game they have invested in. It is crucial to have a space for distraction and enjoyment, which is necessary during difficult times. Returning the banned accounts would be a step in the right direction and show consideration for the players who support the game.

Hello, On 06.07.[redacted], I got my Blizzard account back after it was hacked. However, when I regained access, some games were banned, and I had nothing to do with it. I want my games back. I have already contacted Activision, but they refuse to help because they believe I was the owner of the account, which is incorrect. Blizzard support is aware of this. This is what Activision wrote: YOUR BAN APPEAL HAS BEEN REVIEWED AND IS FINAL GAME(S): Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Call of Duty: Warzone Call of Duty: Modern Warfare DESCRIPTION: Your appeal has been reviewed, and with our security team, we have confirmed that your account was permanently banned for using unauthorized software and manipulating game data. Since you were the account owner at the time of the violation, the ban will not be lifted. To maintain the integrity of our security systems and detection methods, these are the only details we are allowed to share with you according to our policies. The decision is final, and your case is now closed. If you are currently playing any other Activision games, please avoid such violations in the future and keep your account in good standing.

Today, I encountered a player in a gaming server who was hacking and killing players unfairly. Despite trying to confront the hacker by calling them names, I ended up getting a 3-day ban from Xbox for sending a hurtful message. Now, whenever I join a new server, I am labeled as a hostile player, which I believe is affecting my gameplay. I have never engaged in aggressive behavior towards other players before this incident. I'm unsure if this labeling is linked to my Xbox restrictions or if my profile has been tampered with by the hacker.

I received a ban for gold buying and other associated activities. My previous ban was in June, and since then, I have refrained from purchasing gold due to the severity of the consequences. I have been diligently farming gold through various in-game methods like the auction house, dungeon runs, and GDKP sessions. I am uncertain about the reason behind this recent ban. It could be linked to my earlier gold transactions or perhaps receiving gold from a GDKP run in Sunwell. Unlike before, where I accepted the ban for buying gold, this time I have legitimately earned the gold through hard work. It is frustrating to be banned without a means of communication besides this unattended message. I hope to receive assistance and clarification regarding my situation.

I play World of Warcraft on EU servers with 10 accounts for farming gold. Recently, all 10 accounts were banned for alleged use of unauthorized cheat programs. Despite playing legitimately using a follow script within the game, I received a ban for exploit activity. I never used any third-party software for botting or hacking. Two months ago, I even consulted a GM who confirmed my playstyle was within the rules. The ban email states there will be no appeals or overturning of the decision, which I find unfair. If they had observed my gameplay, they would see the variations in how I control each account manually without automation. I need help to clear up this misunderstanding and show that multi-account farming can be done without cheating software.

Upon reviewing the ticket you provided, I was informed that my account was suspended due to allegedly purchasing gold coins, violating game rules, and other infractions. The gold coins in my possession have been either lent by friends through in-person transactions or in-game mail. Several of these friends are in the same guild as me. Upon returning to WoW in July, I have actively participated in various group events and GDKP runs with the assistance of my friends. Given my recent return, I did not have sufficient gold, so I reached out to friends to borrow some to enhance my gear. Despite some of my friends acknowledging my innocence, the behavior of certain individuals took a toll on me. I maintain that my account was not involved in any rule violations and strongly suspect it may have been compromised.
