Good afternoon, I am reaching out to Blizzard regarding a recent issue. I mistakenly spent 11,[redacted] in-game gold on the second-to-last expansion, only to find out the cards were not the latest ones upon opening the packs. Given that I already own the latest expansion set, these cards hold no value for me. I am kindly requesting if there is a possibility to exchange these unwanted cards for the ones I require from the current expansion. Thank you in advance for your assistance and understanding. Best regards, José María.

Hello, I am reaching out because I encountered an issue with my account on 12/01/21. My account with the ID Murakami#[redacted] got blocked due to the usage of prohibited programs, such as cheats, hacks, or bots. I have also experienced a similar situation with my wife's account (battletag Fukada#[redacted]) which was newly created to take advantage of Black Friday discounts for the Classic Deluxe edition. Prior to the ban, the only unusual activity on my account was frequent logins to farm a dungeon, the slave pens. I have been in touch with technical support in my region (RU), but they haven't been helpful in explaining the specific violation. The guild master has also reached out on our behalf without any resolution yet. I am a dedicated player of WoW Classic and have never faced this issue before. I am eager to continue playing with my guild and hope for a swift resolution to this misunderstanding. Thank you for your attention and assistance in this matter.

I had an account with the email [redacted] I recently created a new account by logging in with my Apple ID, using the Hide My Email feature. The new email linked to this account is [redacted] When I tried to play Warzone on my new account, I encountered an issue with my phone number already being associated with the old account, preventing me from logging in. I've attempted to resolve this by deleting my phone number from the old account and adding it to the new one, but the problem persists. I purchased Vanguard on the new account and would like assistance with merging the accounts or possibly transferring Vanguard to my original account if necessary. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

My account was compromised, and along with it, a few other gaming platforms. I've managed to recover my Epic Games account today, and now I'm looking to regain access to my Battle.net account. Is there any specific information I should provide to help locate my account? The original battletag associated with my account was Spacktrax#[redacted], and I have email confirmations showing changes made, like the removal of my phone number and an update to the account's email address. I can also supply screenshots if required.

I want to report ongoing bot activity that has been affecting my in-game experience for years. My character, Mechanomaxx on the Lightbringer server (EU), is constantly disrupted by an individual using multiple mining bots in Vale of Eternal Blossoms. These bots, named Dionida and Dentaraga, fly around on druids, swiftly mining nodes with a one-hit hack, making it impossible for legitimate players to gather resources. The bots are active 24/7, quickly depleting all available nodes and creating frustration for other players. Despite numerous reports and emails to the game support team, no action has been taken. If this issue persists due to the scammer continuously creating new characters, I may have to cancel my subscription. Please address this problem promptly.

I've been playing on a trial account in World of Warcraft for quite some time. Recently, I decided to purchase the game and began the Battle for Azeroth quest line. During my trial period, I explored Zuldazar and Nazmir. Now that I've bought the game, I completed Voldun but to progress further, I need to reach a friendly reputation with Talanji's Expedition, Zandalari Empire, and Voldunai. Despite completing all available quests, I'm still far from gaining their approval. Unfortunately, I can't use tabards for dungeons to boost my reputation without being friendly first. Can someone assist me with this issue? Thank you for your help.

I recently received a seven-day suspension after a confrontation with a toxic player known as Raibread - Jom Gabber in an AV game. Despite reporting his repeated spamming and insulting messages, I was the one suspended, while he continued playing without any repercussions. I have submitted three tickets, but so far, no action has been taken against this toxic player. I am requesting a supervisor to investigate this matter to determine if this player has connections within Blizzard or if the GMs are neglecting their duty. I feel unjustly treated for being verbally attacked and demand the immediate removal of my suspension. It is unfair for me to be subjected to such toxicity in a game environment where I do not work. This situation lacks fairness and impartiality.

I recently encountered an issue with my Battle.net account. I am unable to log in due to an error code "BLZBNTBNA00000A8D" after someone allegedly hacked my PC. The problem persists even when I attempt to access the website, which displays a connection timeout error preventing me from seeking help through online customer support.

I am experiencing an issue while re-installing the Battle.net app. The installation process gets stuck at 5%. Initially, it was stuck at 1%, then 49%, and now at 5% after multiple attempts. I have tried various troubleshooting steps. I've ruled out a connection problem as I even used a mobile hotspot with no improvement. Additionally, before re-trying the installation, I have to delete all Battle.net files from my hard drive to avoid getting stuck on the "Updating Battle.net agent" window each time.

I encountered an issue while attempting to log onto Call of Duty Warzone when the Blizzard sign-in screen appeared without my auto-login details. Despite my attempts to recover the account, I received a message indicating that my account doesn't exist. Oddly, upon selecting "continue offline," my account name is displayed. Additionally, when I attempted to sign in with Google, it created a new account under the username "Aodxbunz," which is inaccurate. I am striving to regain access to my original account under the username "JOHNP." The email linked to this account is [redacted]

I am unable to access my battle.net account due to an Account Closure issue, and I am struggling to resolve this with customer support. I recently discovered that my account was banned due to suspicious activity, even though I hadn't used it in a while. Despite trying to contact support through various means such as submitting tickets and verifying ownership, I have not received any helpful responses after weeks of waiting. I am frustrated with the lack of progress and just want to regain access to my account to continue enjoying the games I have invested in.

While I was in the middle of a heroic dungeon in Mist, leveling my account, I suddenly got disconnected after being logged in for nearly seven hours. When I tried to log back in, I was unable to and received an email stating that my email had been changed. I visited the WoW website to check what had happened, but I couldn't verify my information. My account has an old name from when I was younger, but all other details are correct. I recently bought a Vanguard game from the store and can provide the gift card used for the purchase. Although my phone was linked for login, it no longer works. I'm worried about all the progress I've lost and the potential confusion because of the name discrepancy. My address and previously used phone number match what's on the account. I can still access my old email (jparr) and can provide evidence of my address if needed, along with past passwords and card information.

I believe I was unfairly banned by Blizzard for violations I did not commit. Despite being a loyal customer for over 15 years with no prior offenses, I was disappointed by the lack of support and communication from the customer service team. I request a refund for my last subscription payment as I refuse to pay for unjust treatment. It is disheartening to be accused and banned without a proper investigation, especially after having a good relationship with Blizzard for so long. The customer service responses felt generic and unhelpful, lacking the necessary effort to address my concerns adequately. I hope Blizzard can rectify this situation promptly and restore my trust in their services.

I am not experiencing any technical issues with the game, but I would like to discuss the possibility of honoring a dear friend who was a devoted Blizzard fan. Karl, known as Sunglii in the game, passed away unexpectedly. He brought laughter and joy to our guild with his playful nature and love for pastry fights and cheesecake. It would mean a lot to us to have him immortalized as an NPC or pet that players could purchase, with a portion of the proceeds going to diabetes and heart disease causes. Karl's in-game character was a red Panda, and his presence in World of Warcraft meant so much to us and his family who also play. Our guild, This is Plan C, considers Karl a cherished member, and we wish to preserve his memory within the game. I can be reached at 1 [redacted]. Any assistance or information on how we can make this happen would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Lori Groves (Kharmakaboom) of Cenerian Circle.

Good morning, this morning on January 25, [redacted], at 4:14 (!) I received an email from you from the address "[redacted]" stating that I had signed up for your services. However, none of this has occurred. I have never taken any action to sign up for Blizzard services, so please refrain from charging any payment methods associated with me as I suspect this may be a fraudulent situation carried out without my knowledge. For the above reasons, I intend to exercise my right of withdrawal within 14 days of this new contract. Unfortunately, you have included a clause that by logging in I waive the right of withdrawal, which is why I am contacting you in this manner that is not ideal for the situation. Best regards.

Hello, I would like to report an issue I experienced in the game. My character died while helping someone in a public world, and I lost all the items on my corpse. Despite several attempts to retrieve my gear, I was only able to find one corpse with some of my lost items. This has been frustrating, especially losing valuable items like my socketed Harlequin Crest. I am unsure if this is intentional game design or a bug, but I would appreciate clarification or a fix if needed. Thank you.

I received an email from Blizzard stating that my account was suspended due to "PvP Non-Participation/Exploitation." I assure you I was playing the game as intended and did not engage in any wrongdoing other than not performing well in the game, which led to other players reporting me for lack of kills. I attempted to appeal this decision, but I have felt mistreated by Blizzard. They replied, "Following a review of your case, we can confirm that the evidence presented was correct and that the subsequent action taken was appropriate. Our decision stands and will not be changed." They later mentioned a corrected email that I never received. I tried to appeal once more, as I have witnesses who saw me actively participating in battlegrounds while on Discord with my guild. However, I received a response stating, "This penalty has already been upheld. Any further requests on this topic will not be reviewed." I believe that if I could speak with someone and explain my situation, they would lift the suspension so I can continue participating in raids with my guild as I have been doing for the past year.

My account name is Rackas, and I have been primarily playing Burning Crusade lately. I took a break for a few months to help a friend on another realm. Upon returning to my usual realm, Razorgore EU Alliance, I noticed a significant lack of players in Stormwind and elsewhere, making it impossible to access the auction house. Although I was able to join a raid, I couldn't see other players once there, which is unusual for me as a long-time player since 2[redacted]. At 75 years old, I find it concerning if someone is tampering with my account. Additionally, I am confused about the billing for WoW, as I understand that classic and BC should be included for free with my subscription. I received a gift for paying for 6 months, but I haven't made recent payments. I prefer to manage my bills personally, and this situation is quite chaotic. -Jan

Hello, I'm reaching out for assistance. In [redacted], due to the conflict in my hometown in Donetsk, Ukraine, I relocated to Mariupol. The recent conflict has pushed me to Kyiv, where I am currently a student at Kiev University "KPI." Living in a hostel in the heart of Ukraine, the sounds of explosions are a daily reality. To distract myself, I play Blizzard games, but my account has been blocked. Despite providing documentation like my hostel invoice and student card, Blizzard requires further proof that I no longer reside in Donetsk. They are pressuring me to create a new account, which I cannot afford. I am officially registered in Mariupol, but I have been in Kyiv for a year. Mariupol is part of Ukraine, which I hope Blizzard's support team acknowledges. I hope for understanding from Blizzard and a resolution that avoids unnecessary financial strain.
