I am disappointed with the services provided by your company. It is frustrating to be directed to overseas customer support that struggles with English. The false advertising claiming next-day delivery for purchased items is unacceptable. I was promised my computer would arrive today, but now the delivery date has been moved to the 3rd of September, affecting my work commitments. Blaming the bank for the delay is an inadequate excuse. I plan to report these issues and share my negative experience with your company, urging others to beware of your poor customer service. It's essential that others are aware of these issues.

Our TV screen stopped working, and despite having a warranty, the service experience has been frustrating. After technician Richard's visit on July 28th, where he determined the screen needed replacement, multiple scheduled appointments have been missed without any notification. Contact with Geek Squad Customer Support led to rescheduling for August 17th, but once again, the technician did not show up. Speaking with Anna and Lee only provided promises without any solutions or follow-up. The lack of communication and failure to honor appointments has left me dissatisfied and unable to have the necessary repair or replacement done on my TV.

Upon receiving the computer, I noticed that it was poorly packaged with minimal bubble wrap, allowing items inside to shift. Unfortunately, the refurbished computer had a defective graphic card, indicating a lack of thorough testing during the refurbishment process. When I contacted the service troubleshooting line, the third-party support was unresponsive. I attempted to seek help from Best Buy's Geek Squad, but faced delays as they needed to contact someone via email. The entire customer service experience was frustrating and ineffective. Although the online return process only allowed for shipping through Canada Post, I received a tracking number promptly. However, the refund timeline of 7 to 10 business days post-delivery seems excessive and inefficient. This entire ordeal has been a nightmare, and based on my experience and various similar reviews, Best Buy must address these issues promptly to avoid losing customers. It is crucial for them to prioritize and improve their customer service and return processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

I am feeling extremely frustrated after spending $[redacted] on a LG OLED TV at Best Buy last year, only to discover it doesn't work now. Despite purchasing protection plans and being a Total Tech member, I have been unable to get any help. When I finally tried to set up the TV recently, it wouldn't even turn on properly. Contacting Total Tech support and LG has led to dead ends, and even speaking to various staff members at Best Buy hasn't provided a solution due to the one-year activation period on the plan. I attempted to get a "Junk Out" code as a last resort, but was met with confusion and ultimately no resolution. Racing around town with the TV has likely caused more damage, leaving me with no other choice but to purchase a new TV to use for my business. I am deeply disappointed that Best Buy, despite the protection plans I invested in, has not been able to assist in this frustrating situation.

How can I verify if this email is legitimate and where should I report it to Best Buy? I've had multiple no-shows for home computer and printer repair appointments. I've tried to get help, but I'm not contacted. Despite making appointments through management at my Best Buy, nobody shows up. I attempted online service, but after 6 hours, the technician claimed it was fixed without my computer access. This has been ongoing for months, causing me to fall behind at work. I bought a OnePlus 9 Pro yesterday from the store, which was an open-box item marked as in excellent condition. I used the OnePlus Switch to transfer my phone information, and after 8 hours, the process completed successfully. However, this morning, upon finishing the phone's setup, I realized the SIM card tray was missing. I contacted the store, and they instructed me to come in for an exchange since they didn't have the missing tray for open-box items. When I returned, they couldn't find the tray or fit another model's tray. The manager I spoke to was dismissive and didn't offer an apology for selling me a phone with a missing essential part, insisting on a refund and purchasing a new phone. She didn't explore other possible solutions or check if other stores had the item in open-box condition. I am frustrated with the lack of service and feeling blamed for buying a faulty phone. It is disappointing to go through all this hassle due to their error without any real effort to resolve the issue.

Hello, I need assistance with various issues related to my Lenovo Yoga 7i laptop purchase on 10/15/22 with Microsoft [redacted]. My Customer Service Pin is 1[redacted] [redacted]. Initially, despite having the correct email address on my account, I do not receive confirmation numbers by email. In addition, I mistakenly attempted to download Microsoft [redacted] on my old PC running VISTA instead of my new computer. During the process of moving the software to my new computer with the help of a Microsoft support person, I used AweRay for remote access, which I later found out can potentially cause viruses. Unfortunately, AweRay didn't work due to virus issues on my PC, as I had not installed a Firewall Antivirus yet. When trying to purchase McAfee through Best Buy, the order did not go through as it required a Best Buy # for verification, which I cannot receive on my Hotmail account. I believe resolving the issue with receiving Best Buy verifications on my email account would be a good starting point. Thank you, Margaret

I had a very disappointing experience when I tried to make a purchase at your Kennesaw, GA store. I called for advice and got transferred to the national help desk after hearing the voicemail message for the store. Despite receiving info about the item I wanted and confirming its availability, I arrived at the store to find it closed for renovations. The staff suggested I go to Target, which doesn't carry the item I was looking for. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was met with unhelpful responses and was blamed for not checking the website for closure information. The lack of communication and assistance left my 90-year-old mom frustrated and me embarrassed. I provided a suggestion on my business card, but it was dismissed. During the installation of my over-the-range oven microwave, the installers accidentally cracked the stove top glass. Due to a lack of proper tools, one of the installers had to climb on the counter, resulting in their knees cracking the range top. I am seeking assistance to have my oven range repaired and the additional holes in the cabinet fixed. Furthermore, the initial installation of the microwave was incorrect, posing a safety hazard as it was not secure. Best Buy sent out another installer to correct the setup and document the damages caused by the first installer. However, it has now been over 8 months, and I am still left with a damaged stove top and holes in my cabinet that need attention.

Today, I received an unsolicited email from PayPal that seems to be legitimate. The email mentioned a billing of $2,[redacted] by Best Buy on November 9th, but currently, we do not have any business dealings with Best Buy. I would appreciate it if you could cancel the invoice, as we have not engaged in any recent transactions with Best Buy. This unauthorized billing through PayPal indicates a potential compromise in Best Buy's system. I kindly request that the bill be canceled promptly. Thank you.

Last night, on the 26th of November [redacted], I placed an order for the Shark Cordless Pro Vacuum with Clean Sense IQ in Light Blue. I never received the product I ordered. I reached out for a replacement and was informed it was at the store, but upon visiting, it wasn't available. Instead of offering a similar item in a different color, they insisted on a refund, which they said would be a gift card and cash. After multiple phone calls and nearly 2 hours on hold, I am still waiting for my refund. I am disappointed as I am left without my money or the product I initially purchased.

Order number [redacted]: I placed this order at the end of November with an expected delivery date of 3.12.22. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive it. According to Royal Mail tracking, the information will only be updated once the item is out for delivery. I urgently need the item by Thursday, 15th December. If it is not received by then, I would appreciate a refund. I purchased Microsoft Flight Simulator online on 12/7/22 but never received a confirmation. Assuming I forgot, I ordered the same on 12/20/22. I received all the information and sent the email with the code and instructions to my grandson for Christmas. Unfortunately, he couldn't install it on 12/25. Despite multiple calls, I received another download code on 12/26, which also did not work. I spent 9 hours trying to resolve the issue, only to be told that refunds for digital downloads are not provided, even for undelivered ones. I bought and returned a refrigerator from Best Buy in July [redacted]. The Geek Squad didn't check the door swing, so I requested a pick-up within 15 minutes of delivery.
