My Assurance Wireless number is [redacted]. I am a satisfied customer and have been using their service for over a year. On December 3rd, I lost my phone while riding my bicycle, but thanks to the find my phone app, I was able to locate it in Boise, Idaho. A couple from Canada found it and agreed to leave it with the "Air B&B people." Although I located my phone, I couldn't retrieve it as no one would answer the main entrance.
Concerned about my service renewing on the 4th or 5th of each month, I would appreciate it if you could confirm my usage for December. I also own a Moto G 5 Stylus that was previously with Metro by T-Mobile, and I suspect I need an unlock code from T-Mobile to make it work with my Assurance Wireless service. I am looking for an Assurance Wireless representative to help me transfer my service to a different phone. I'm unsure of the process and need guidance. Additionally, there was an issue with my service in November. On the 24th, my phone stopped working, and a rep mentioned that my minutes had run out and would reset on the 30th. This was confusing as I have an unlimited talk, text, and data plan. I'm puzzled about how my unlimited minutes were used up. Assurance Wireless continuously sends phones with screen issues, leading to blackouts or malfunctioning screens that interfere with texting or dialing. I have requested a replacement phone from Assurance Wireless, specifically a Moto G, as I have had better experiences with this model in the past. I am hoping for a more reliable device compared to the ones lasting only 2 to 4 weeks. Thank you.

I contacted customer service to request a new phone, and the representative requested my last 4 digits of my SSN instead of my security pin. The following day at 4:17 pm, a charge of $[redacted].43 was made to my prepaid child support card. Fortunately, I receive instant notifications for all transactions on this card, so I quickly noticed the unauthorized charge. Since no one had physical access to my card, I had to order a new one due to the security breach. I never use this card for online purchases, so this incident is suspicious. I suspect the operator may have been involved as they had access to my account details. I hope to receive the new card before Christmas, as it contains all the money I have for my son's gifts. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter.

I appreciate the service provided by Assurance Wireless since [redacted]. On December 14, [redacted], I had a conversation with an employee about switching to a different life line provider. It was a tough choice, but ultimately the right one for me. I had been trying to get a replacement phone since November [redacted], encountering various issues and conflicting information from customer service regarding costs and shipping. This confusion led me to switch providers. Despite our parting ways, I am grateful for the support Assurance Wireless offered me throughout the years, up until the recent issues in November. My phone has been hacked, money was stolen from PayPal, and my online banking information was compromised. This is the tenth time I've replaced my phone, but the hacker remains persistent due to Google and free phones. It seems that nothing is truly free as all my data is being taken. I have gathered lots of evidence. I recently purchased a new phone, believing it was through Assurance, but later discovered it wasn't. I attempted to transfer my phone number to the new device, but encountered difficulties. Now, my Assurance phone has stopped working entirely. Yesterday, the representative informed me they were unable to locate my number, indicating the new phone might be associated with a different company.

I submitted an application and got approved for Lifeline benefits on 12/17/22. During a conversation with Lifeline support regarding my eyesight, I was advised to contact Assurance Wireless to explain my visual impairment and request a phone with a minimum 6.5" display for better visibility. They mentioned that customers were often allowed to choose their phone. It's been recommended that the Revvl 4 Pulse mobile phone could be the most suitable option for me. I appreciate any assistance you can provide on this matter.

I recently found out that my device could not be reactivated as it was linked to another account. I have only one account and this phone was functioning fine a few days ago. I am puzzled as to why they cannot reactivate it now. Since they are unable to reactivate it, it seems reasonable to request a replacement device since I now have no phone for work.

I received a phone from your company, but when I tried to activate it, the number provided was already in use and not eligible for service. I tried inserting the SIM card into another phone, and it said it was network locked. I am frustrated with Qlink Wireless as I cannot reach a real person for help, only automated messages.

I am having trouble reaching the Assurance Wireless customer service number. How can customers get in touch with them, especially when their Assurance phone is out of service? Can someone share a functioning customer service phone number or email for assistance? It has been frustrating trying to make contact, and this situation does not reflect well on Assurance Wireless. Hello, I recently received a Moto G Pure from you, which serves as my main phone. While I appreciate your service, the G Pure is sluggish, drops calls, and does not always respond correctly, causing me to lose contact during important calls. I received an Assurance Wireless phone unexpectedly. I did not request it and have not activated it yet. Recently, I decided to keep the phone, set up my Wi-Fi, and programs, but I faced issues activating it. When trying to contact customer service, I couldn't reach a live person and encountered only automated messages. Despite applying for LIFELINE, not ACP, I received the wrong service on the phone which also has a short battery life. Every time I spoke with a customer representative, I was told my enrollment status was pending approval, but I remain worried. The internet service provided by Assurance Wireless is incredibly unstable, constantly spiking up and down. It frequently times out and displays no connection. Despite having unlimited data, the internet speed is consistently slow. After running a speed checker, it's evident that the speeds are inconsistent. I've been diligently keeping a log of speed test results which highlight the issue. It's frustrating especially when needing GPS directions or accessing important healthcare information through apps. The service's unreliability is a major problem, impacting even phone calls as they sometimes go straight to voicemail. This lack of dependable service is concerning, given that the company receives payments from the government each month.

I received my new government phone recently and managed to set up most features, but I'm having trouble activating it as it requires logging into the data network. I recently received my phone and turned it on. It appeared to go through hands-free activation. However, when I attempted to make a call, it did not connect. Also, when I tried to send a text, I received a message stating that the message couldn't be sent because blocking was active, although I hadn't blocked any numbers.
