Checking Your Assurance Wireless Account Text Message History

1. Log into your Assurance Wireless account with your PIN and phone number

2. Click on the option 'My Account'

3. Click on the option 'Text Messaging' or 'Call History'

4. You should see the phone numbers where you sent text messages

5. If you can't view the numbers, contact the support team and ask for assistance

Assurance Wireless text message history will only show billable transactions over the past 60 days.

9. To receive MMS messages, click on the 'Messaging' icon on the home screen

10. On the message thread, messages will be displayed. You can save your received attachments by clicking on the 'Save' icon
