I am reaching out for assistance regarding an unauthorized charge on my bank account by the app EATO. The app was free, and I was only exploring its services out of curiosity without intending to subscribe. However, my Apple Pay account was charged $32.39 without my authorization. I promptly contacted EATO to cancel via email but have not received a response yet. I also tried contacting Apple Pay to address the issue and prevent the payment from going through as I no longer want the service. This incident occurred on 7/30/[redacted], and I am seeking a refund of the charged amount as I did not intend to subscribe to their service.
