I purchased a 10-inch vertical NT display object Infinite Display screen ([redacted]*[redacted]) and received invoice number FR[redacted][redacted] on 22-09-15 from ALIBABA.COM Singapore E-Commerce Private. The screen supplier is Shenzhen Gbzk Electronics Co., Limited. I am unable to use the screen as it seems there is no driver available for it on Windows 10 version 21H1. When I connect the screen with the supplied USB cable, my PC does not recognize it. I selected "PC" when placing the order on the Alibaba site. Could you please provide me with a link to download the necessary driver or suggest another solution to enable me to share or transmit my photos and videos from my PC to the screen? I received a faulty N8 Max smartwatch on September 24th around 2:30 PM. The order number is [redacted][redacted]6. The watch had a low battery (19%), and despite charging it for over an hour, it did not charge. After contacting the seller, I was advised to fully discharge and recharge it, but it still didn't work properly. When I tried to connect it to my iPhone through the Wearfit Pro app, it disconnected after 2 minutes and couldn't reconnect. Within hours, the screen became fuzzy, and less than 9 hours later, the watch died completely. I have taken pictures to show the seller the issues. After explaining and sending the pictures, the seller agreed to take the watch back. I asked for someone to pick it up, but the seller suggested arranging for collection through a courier service. I've requested the necessary contact details to arrange a pick-up since September 25th, but I'm still waiting for a response. I mentioned my health issues and a hospital appointment on September 28th, urging them to collect the watch by September 27th or after the appointment. Hello, I've reviewed the logistics regarding my order with USP. On July 15th, I placed an order for [redacted] pieces from Shein. However, after canceling the order, I've faced numerous issues. Initially, they claimed the order was fulfilled when it hadn't even arrived. After 30 days, I received 3 packages, missing [redacted] pieces. Although I reported the missing items, there were doubts and insinuations of dishonesty. Eventually, it came to light that UPS had only collected 3 packages and had overlooked one. They assured me they were searching for the lost package. I pointed out that if it was forgotten, it should be in their warehouse, identified by my name and tracking number. I pressed for a resolution, and they offered a partial refund of $[redacted], which is inadequate as I paid for [redacted] pieces and associated costs. I simply request a fair resolution of the situation and the return of what is rightfully mine. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I made my first order of 4 wigs with this company with Linda as my assistant. Although I received some small gifts, I was disappointed with the orders I placed. Out of the 4 wigs I ordered, I only received 2. When I addressed this with Linda, she insisted that she had included all 4 wigs in the package. For my second order of 5 wigs, I was surprised to find that 2 of them did not match my specifications, especially the one with a length of 20 inches. I ordered a blonde wig with bundles, but she sent me a wig with colors I explicitly said I didn't like during the preparation process. Additionally, instead of the loose wave wig I requested, I received a curly wave wig. I believe this assistant takes advantage of the distance between us and fails to meet my expectations. I insist on inspecting my orders before shipment, but she always forgets to send videos prior to shipment, which I suspect is to conceal her mistakes. Despite this, I still believe that we need to agree on our orders before shipping due to the distance, and I think this assistant lacks professionalism and disregards my preferences.

Hello, I need assistance regarding an order I made with a supplier. Initially, he claimed the stock was ready when it wasn't, causing a two-week delay. After threatening to cancel, he assured partial delivery and promised the rest in the following week. Now, citing a new lockdown in China due to the coronavirus, he claims he can't deliver. I suspect the supplier may be dishonest. I require guidance to verify his claims, so I can handle the situation, negotiate any losses incurred from wasted time and funds, and address his false promises. Thank you.

I have previously worked with Shenzhen JC Times Technology Co., Ltd. I ordered 4 e-scooters, and unfortunately, 2 of them arrived broken. One was repaired, but the other was deemed irreparable. I informed the seller about the defective scooter and provided a video as proof, but despite acknowledging the issue, the seller mentioned that the same scooter model was not available in Europe. It has been 3 months now, and despite numerous follow-up emails, I have not received a satisfactory response. I am seeking a refund or a replacement scooter. Thank you for your understanding. I am in the process of finalizing an order with a seller on Alibaba. However, I have encountered an issue where the seller has replaced 4 items in the order with different products, claiming they did not have time to update the item pictures and descriptions. Although the Proforma Invoice (PI) shows the correct items, the contract does not match. In the contract, it is specified that the item number in the seller's catalogue represents the product, but this is not accurate in this case. The seller has mentioned that the items are not uploaded on the platform and advised me to refer to the PI. I am hesitant to sign the contract with these discrepancies. Hi Alibaba Support, I am Asma Gulnaz, and I have been buying boob tape, lingerie tape, and various nipple covers from Wuxi Wemade Healthcare Products Co., Ltd. for over a year and a half. I have spent more than $26,[redacted] on purchases from them. Initially, their products were of good quality, but since June [redacted], I have received complaints about skin injuries, rashes, and other allergic reactions from their products. I would like to return the items as they have been stored in China for a while now. I received a product on September 15, which had quality and safety issues. After contacting the seller with no reply, I reached out to Alibaba on October 5. I was advised to contact the supplier, who suggested repairing the products instead of a refund. However, I preferred a refund and made the request around October 13. Alibaba replied at the end of October, stating the 30-day deadline had elapsed. I have the invoice from Alibaba for payment. To pursue my refund, I visited the Alibaba office in Paris at 6 rue Ménars, where I only encountered marketing managers and human resources directors. The French office is in Strasbourg.

Order: WJXG[redacted]08 Hello, I purchased bikes that were delivered on September 15th. I encountered product quality issues and rust, which is a safety concern. The seller has been unresponsive for 10 days, so I reached out to Alibaba and filed a complaint. Alibaba advised me on October 5th to contact the supplier. The supplier instructed me to repair and adjust all the products, but I prefer a refund as I bought new products to avoid repairs. I provided Alibaba with the seller's ID as requested. However, Alibaba informed me at the end of October that the 30-day deadline had passed. I paid through Alibaba to avoid issues with a supplier who has had problems with other buyers. I have also requested a refund of the VAT tax since the goods have been in my possession for 2 months. I submitted the necessary documents but have not received any response yet.

I placed order WJXG[redacted]08 for bikes, scheduled for delivery on September 15th. The products arrived with quality issues and rust concerns. Hello, I noticed my Alibaba account was temporarily suspended. I couldn't log in because I had forgotten my password. I managed to reset it using Alibaba's password recovery process. However, I'm having trouble verifying my phone number. I tried entering my number with and without the zero before it, as my country code is for the Ivory Coast. After numerous attempts, I decided to delete my account, but the issue persists with my phone number. I placed an order for equipment a year and a half ago. The delivery was delayed by six months, and when they attempted to send it, I couldn't afford to pay the remaining balance. I ordered 2 items from the same company with order number [redacted][redacted]. I paid for the items plus delivery by courier, totaling [redacted] rubles. However, on December 2, I was informed that delivery was not possible since the parcel was in Moscow and I am [redacted] kilometers away in Shushenskoye. I reached out to customer support and was advised to close the order and open a dispute, which I did. On December 15, I received a message that the dispute for one item was resolved, and I would receive a partial refund of [redacted] rubles. Why am I only being refunded for one item when I did not receive either of them and did not refuse the delivery? I kindly request a full refund of the total amount.
