I take pride in your country, led by the Communist Party of China, for becoming a powerful global nation. Even as a simple peasant, I have purchased over [redacted] products from your country, ranging from TVs to micro-buttons, mostly of excellent quality. Despite a few drawbacks, such as AliExpress misusing my money and a faulty product, I usually had positive experiences. In November, I bought 3 microscopes for my grandchildren from your store "Aideepen Direct Store" through AliExpress, order numbers [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted], but they arrived damaged. The boxes were crushed, contents spilled, and cases punctured. The microscopes had dust and loose parts inside, rendering them unusable. The seller turned out to be fraudulent, blaming the courier for the damage. Despite promising reimbursement, they failed to fulfill their commitment. AliExpress support ignored my evidence, offering only a partial refund. I had to dismantle a microscope, revealing severe damage, which AliExpress still refused to address properly. I attached photos, a video, and a plea for intervention, urging action against the seller and full refunds for my children in Beijing and Moscow. Orders [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted] arrived damaged - crushed boxes with scattered contents, damaged cases, and faulty microscopes. The supplier named Mariana PROSACCO is a scammer. I was scammed out of $[redacted] for the purchase of a Korg Kronos x 73. The price was $[redacted], $50 for shipping, $[redacted] for customs fees, and $[redacted] for delivery. I paid everything, a total of $[redacted], and I did not receive my order. Now they are asking for an additional $[redacted] for a supposed delivery delay. This is my first experience with Alibaba.com. I will never recommend Alibaba.com to anyone unless I receive my item or a refund.

Hello, I am reaching out about my missing package that I ordered from AliExpress. I would like to get in touch with the carrier Cainiao in France to locate my package. As customers, we seem to have no way of contacting this carrier who apparently does not deliver packages. I am not alone in this situation. I purchased a keyboard for $[redacted] with a $50 shipping fee from a person referred by the seller Mariana Prosacco. After paying $[redacted] for customs and $[redacted] for delivery to the same person, GIORGI IRAMADZE, the package did not arrive by the scheduled December 17, [redacted] date. I was informed of a payment delay for delivery costing an additional $[redacted], which I paid, yet the keyboard still did not arrive. The seller then requested $[redacted] for insurance, leading me to realize it was a scam. I have paid a total of $[redacted] and now seek a refund.

I was in a Telegram group where we were involved in cashback offers on Alibaba. We got our money back with an extra 20% and liked the products through the provided link. Later, I received a link for a cashback offer, but it required me to buy two items, freezing all my funds. I purchased a circular saw and a vacuum cleaner at Xiamen Yitang Water Trade Co.,Ltd. They advised me to buy two sets as it was cheaper. The seller asked for my phone number to communicate via WhatsApp. I interacted with a manager there. I placed the order on the website, paid $[redacted] to the seller. Delivery was free. I made the payment using the seller's bank account details provided. The seller is Rydvan M., from Sberbank. They gave me the tracking number [redacted]96. However, upon reaching the border, additional costs arose: I was asked to pay $[redacted] for insurance, which I disputed but was convinced by the manager it would be refunded. I also paid $[redacted] for import tax to proceed with receiving my parcel. Now, they are requesting an integrated tax payment of $[redacted], which has left me in shock. I have requested a refund of the goods and money from them, but they claim no responsibility. Despite my attempts to contact them, they are ignoring me. I recently faced an issue with Alibaba regarding my account being closed for security reasons. They detected an attempt to log in from a different location and device, prompting the account closure. When I try to verify and unlock my account by providing my phone number to receive a code, I encounter an error message stating, "The account does not support self-service authentication." This obstacle hinders my verification progress. Despite attempting to change the verification method, I can only opt for the phone number option. Hello, My name is David. I was browsing Alibaba for a new device, the Pioneer REV 7. I contacted a supplier, and after a conversation on WhatsApp, we made a deal. This was my first time using Alibaba, and the supplier reassured me everything would go smoothly. However, after I paid 250CHF as agreed, the supplier is now insisting I pay more, which was not part of our original deal. I've been trying to reach them, but they are not responding. On December 26, the supplier asked me if they could ship my merchandise, but I requested them not to do so yet as I was waiting for my country to authorize the import. Despite making the payment in October, due to new import policies in Ecuador, I was unable to proceed with the shipment immediately. The provider never provided me with the necessary information, and although we discussed continuing the transaction once I obtained the permit, I later discovered that the supplier falsely claimed on Alibaba that my order was dispatched in October. This misrepresentation has left me feeling scammed and raises concerns about Alibaba's involvement. I urge them to investigate this situation as I cannot afford to lose this money, especially with a child on the way and another requiring surgery. I have been a frequent buyer on Alibaba, and their failure to address this issue is disheartening. I seek clarity, an investigation, and accountability to prevent such scams in the future.

I purchased a large quantity of micro plastic wash bags from Alibaba and had to cease sales due to a patent claim from another company, Guppy Friend.
