Even though they are using different names, it seems to be the same person trying to deceive me. Now, they are holding my goods hostage and asking for additional fees like storage, loading, unloading, documentation, and pick-up fees totaling $[redacted].2. I have been unable to reach them, and they did not disclose the storage details beforehand. They insisted on payment outside of Alibaba, raising red flags. I encountered a problem with my recent order. I purchased an MSI laptop from the seller Trecy Jairus on their website a month ago for [redacted] euros. Although I sent a screenshot of the payment to the seller, I have not received the laptop. After contacting the seller, they informed me that they couldn't send one laptop and requested an additional payment of [redacted] euros for two laptops. As a refugee from Ukraine, currently in Strasbourg under the protection of the European Union, I am unable to make the extra payment. I borrowed the initial [redacted] euros and do not require two laptops. When I asked for a refund, the seller declined. I am seeking assistance in either receiving the laptop I ordered or obtaining a refund. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Customer Service, I recently received a call from Alibaba customer service in Singapore and from someone representing Accounts in Hong Kong. They mentioned that in April [redacted], Alibaba engaged in an activity with a supplier in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and I supposedly won the 2nd prize. They asked for my full name and account information for bank approval to transfer the prize money. I am concerned about the recent increase in spam messages and would like Alibaba to verify if this is a legitimate communication or just another spam attempt. I am unsure why I received this call as I did not initiate any contact with customer service and only found this information online. Hello, I recently purchased a sex doll from Foxlove Electronic Technology Co Ltd with Order number [redacted][redacted]9 on 01/05/[redacted] at 12:31. After paying $[redacted], I was informed the doll was out of stock and did not receive a tracking number as promised. I requested a refund due to the delay, but the seller has not cooperated. Dear Alibaba Team, I apologize for any language issues. I am sharing my experience in Bahasa Indonesia first, which you can translate. Initially, my husband was contacted via WhatsApp by someone named ERIN WONG, who claimed to be the Senior Operations Director at Alibaba. (Profile attached). We were offered to set up a KAKA shop, supposedly an Alibaba subsidiary, by Erin Wong, the Senior Operations Director. Initially, we were asked to install it for a free online store, but later instructed to upload products from a distributor. After receiving orders, we had to transfer money to KAKA's account. The agreement was that the money would be refunded after 3-5 days with a profit of 5-10%. As orders increased daily, we kept spending money on the items until we ran out, and Erin lent us money to reduce the orders transferred to KAKA's account. In the end, around 30 million of our money sent to KAKA disappeared before the orders reached zero. Is this system really part of KAKA Shop Mall (app attached) claiming to be an Alibaba subsidiary? We seek clarification. Does someone named ERIN WONG exist at Alibaba? Please provide information urgently, as this will greatly assist me. Thank you. Best regards, Hanny

I discovered unauthorized charges totaling $[redacted] made to my Vanilla Gift Debit Mastercard for purchases on Alibaba. I reported the card as stolen on April 4, [redacted], but despite my efforts through voicemail and text, I received no response. Vanilla Card Company allowed the transaction to go through, claiming they couldn't stop it and advised me to contact Alibaba. Unfortunately, reaching Alibaba for assistance has proven futile due to their poor customer service and unreachable phone numbers. It's frustrating that they operate this way, prioritizing profits over resolving issues. As I continue trying to recover my funds, I am disheartened by this entire experience and hope for a resolution soon.

I am facing issues with a supplier named "saelar" as they used misleading tactics to push me into purchasing a counterfeit phone under the famous brand name Samsung. Despite my reluctance, I proceeded with the payment and received a poor quality counterfeit phone a month later. Unfortunately, without trade assurance, I had to file an offline dispute four times over the span of six months, escalating it three times. Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller, they showed no interest in resolving the matter. Even with Alibaba's dispute team involvement, the issue remains unresolved due to the lack of trade assurance. After a six-month ordeal, the case has been closed without a resolution.

I submitted my case to the offline dispute team almost six months ago. My case has been closed three times in the last 6 months for various reasons. Recently, it was closed because of the lack of trade assurance. I find it puzzling because this reason was not an issue initially when I first submitted my case. After each closure, I received different emails, some indicating everything was fine, and others stating there was an issue with trade assurance. The inconsistency is confusing, especially since I rely on online purchases and do not have the opportunity to inspect items firsthand. Despite requesting a sample before payment, the seller did not comply. They only showed interest once the payment was made through Western Union. The phone I eventually received did not meet my expectations. I have been trying to reach Aramex customer service for assistance, but the responses have been inconsistent over the last six months, with multiple reasons given for the closure.

For days now, I have been in contact with a supplier, YL Metal, also known as Taizhou Yuling Metal Products. Their address is in the industrial park of Dainan Town and was found on Alibaba. After lengthy negotiations, I finally received a quote with their company's bank account details. I decided to place an order totaling €[redacted]. After completing the order alongside others on the website, I received notifications for all payments except for the one to YL Metal. This morning, I messaged my contact, Lisa Zhang, suggesting the use of "Trade Assurance" on Alibaba for secure payments. Her response was concerning, mentioning an additional $[redacted] fee for using my address on Alibaba. Is it normal for Alibaba not to be aware of this transaction? I am feeling uneasy. Order Number: [redacted][redacted]3 Hello, I am reaching out regarding my order for the Inverter Sun2000 that I received in January. Prior to purchasing, I inquired with the salesperson about the compatibility of the inverter with the German grid and if it adhered to the VDE Standard. I was assured that it was suitable for the German grid by the seller. However, upon installation, I discovered that the VDE Standard was not included. Huawei mentioned that they are unable to assist as it is a Chinese inverter. Consequently, I am unable to use the inverter without the necessary VDE approval. The seller has been uncooperative in resolving this issue. I would like to either return the inverter or exchange it for a compliant one. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Hello, I purchased an item on Alibaba Shoes, and the seller issued an invoice for the goods. Unfortunately, the invoice had many errors, such as discrepancies in the description, weight, and material. The item was seized by customs and sent back to the seller. Although initially, I requested the seller to correct the mistakes and resend the goods instead of a refund, after four months, I no longer want the items and would like a refund instead. I received a quote from the seller Isabella Wen at Shenzhen Hengyu Technology Co. Ltd for [redacted] Trina Solar Vertex S [redacted] Watt solar modules. The total amount to pay for these modules is €26,[redacted]. I made the payment to the provided account in April. However, I have yet to receive a signed purchase contract for the transaction. While she claims the goods have been shipped, she refuses to provide me with tracking information. I suspect I have been deceived, and the items may have never been dispatched. When I decided to purchase a mobile phone on Alibaba, I chose the platform confidently. However, once I contacted the supplier for more information on the product, things took a turn. The supplier used pressure tactics to force me into making payment by providing inaccurate details about the phone, even falsely claiming to use a well-known brand name. Despite my trust in Alibaba, I proceeded with the payment. To my disappointment, I received a poor quality copy of the mobile phone. Attempts to reach the supplier proved futile, and raising a dispute offline only led to a prolonged process with unhelpful outcomes. Over the last seven months, I have faced numerous obstacles and received conflicting decisions from the dispute team. Despite my patience, I haven't found a resolution and feel let down by the lack of support or solution in this matter from Alibaba Group.

I purchased a laptop from DERE GLOBAL STORE with order number [redacted][redacted] on March 30, [redacted], for [redacted].11 euros. This laptop is defective. I have sent over 40 emails to this dishonest seller, everything is malfunctioning. I want the seller to either immediately send me a similar laptop today or refund my purchase and I will return their junk. This laptop does not charge, has loose connections, USB connection issues, camera and numeric pad malfunctions. I will file a complaint with the Public Prosecutor of France and the Digital Mediator. I demand a refund and to return this laptop. The seller wants me to send it to Spain for repairs at my expense, an indefinite time frame he mentions. I believe I am not the only victim. I have been fighting for 3 months with repetitive emails to the seller, it's a scandal. I want a refund, I will never buy anything from this site again. Additionally, I insist on receiving the warranty. I urgently need a functioning laptop for work. If I don't hear back within 2 days, my daughter's lawyer friends from Paris will seek substantial damages for income loss due to a faulty laptop and a dishonest seller.
