I am writing to report a payment issue I experienced while trying to make a purchase on the website last Saturday around 2 p.m. I encountered an error message when attempting to pay with my credit card after adding items to my cart. Despite the error, I was charged 3 times for 22.30 euros each, totaling 66.90 euros. I am seeking a refund for these duplicate charges. Unfortunately, I do not have the order number as I closed the page, but it should be traceable through my account activity from that Saturday afternoon. Please note that only orders paid for through the app are valid. In the evening, I resorted to using the AliExpress app for successful transactions. For any necessary refund, I can provide my bank account details upon request. I have attached evidence of the triple charge for your reference, and I am willing to provide it via a link if needed. I’m reaching out regarding my AliExpress account that is currently blocked for unknown security reasons. Despite attempting to unlock it using the text verification method, I am not receiving any messages on either my phone number or my boyfriend’s number. As this is the only verification method offered, I am unsure how to proceed. I have an urgent order pending, and regaining access to my account is essential to obtain important information. I bought an item with China Post registered mail, but the seller changed the shipping method to 4PX without my consent. The seller informed me that the item was returned to them by 4PX, so I need to open a dispute for a refund. I am frustrated because this was not the shipping method I originally paid for. I purchased large door handles that had rust marks, so I opened a dispute. However, I was surprised to find out I only had a few days to return the item. I expected 14 days as per UK regulations. I then paid for Express next day delivery by Parcelforce, which was delivered and signed for by Ms. W at the collection center on October 23rd. Despite writing the order number on the return package, AliExpress closed the dispute and released funds to the seller. I have evidence of writing the order number on the package and would like my refund processed promptly. I placed an order for hair, as I usually do. I reached out to the supplier the following day during their nighttime in the USA, concerned about the status of my order. Surprisingly, they informed me it hadn't shipped and offered to cancel it. Unwilling to cancel, I shared reviews mentioning swift deliveries in 2-3 days. I requested expedited shipping for my upcoming homecoming. Despite my persistence, they kept suggesting canceling until finally assuring me it would be sent out promptly. The day after, I inquired again, only to find out that the hair wasn't available, leaving me puzzled about why it was listed for sale. When asked if I still wanted it, I specified my urgency for Monday delivery. Regrettably, they insisted on it arriving by Tuesday or Wednesday, while today, Friday, it remains unshipped. Disappointingly, the promised prompt shipment has yet to happen.

Since my initial contact with this seller, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the thin quality of the hair. They agreed to refund me the $[redacted].75 once I returned the hair. After providing them with the tracking number and confirmation of the hair's delivery on 10/26/[redacted], I opened a dispute. The seller asked me to cancel the dispute, promising a full refund. However, upon complying, they failed to honor their word. I possess evidence supporting their act of withholding my refund unless I leave positive feedback. This experience has been frustrating as I continue to argue with them for my rightful money back. The hair quality and customer service are subpar. Dealing with this company on AliExpress has been a nightmare, leading me to believe they should not be allowed to operate on the platform. This ordeal has left me utterly disappointed.

Hello, I require personal assistance from AliExpress. The order dispute has been closed, which I believe is the wrong decision. Unfortunately, no one from AliExpress has addressed my complaints. I have been a customer of AliExpress for some time and have successfully made over [redacted] purchases despite occasional issues. However, this particular order has been a disaster. I bought an inflatable boat for $[redacted], including shipping to Finland, a country I visit during the summers even though I reside in Israel. Initially, the product page indicated an arrival date of 10.08, but it was changed to 22.08 the day after I placed the order. Upon realizing I wouldn't be in Finland to receive the order, I requested the seller to cancel or send it to Israel, both of which were refused. Eventually, the item arrived at the Helsinki port on 10.09.[redacted]. To my surprise, I received an email from the shipping company stating that I needed to cover shipping, port expenses (around [redacted] euros), and the transfer to my address (over [redacted] euros), none of which were communicated by the seller who claimed "Free Shipping." I am new to AliExpress and recently tried purchasing the Veikk drawing tablet A15 from the "Graphic Tablet Drawing Store." However, after submitting my Visa card information and clicking on "pay now," I was redirected to a blank page. My order status remained at "awaiting payment" despite my attempts. I haven't received my orders from AliExpress. I only received order confirmations and haven't had time to open disputes. They sent an email to my old email address rather than my new one. I've been attempting to update my email with AliExpress to no avail. I tried to update it to my new email address but ran out of time to open disputes.

I recently placed orders for hair from two different shops totaling [redacted] euros. I decided to cancel the orders the next day and both sellers agreed to the cancellation. I have been attempting for weeks to inquire about my refund processed on September 17. However, the money has not yet been received. The "live chat" feature appears to be non-functional, leaving no alternative method within the app to seek assistance. I have invested countless hours attempting to identify the issue. I am dissatisfied with the outcome of the dispute and the appeal process. The customer support representative handling my case closed the dispute without my authorization, without fully grasping the issue. The seller, aware of the product's defects, discontinued the item and ceased communication. As the product lacks a serial number, I am unable to file a proper complaint against the seller. I feel deceived and unprotected. I am seeking a complete reimbursement for the faulty product. Additionally, I wish to file a complaint against both the seller and the employee who mishandled the dispute. How can I proceed with these actions?

I am experiencing issues with the shipment service. I made a purchase on the website around three weeks ago with the website stating the items would arrive within a maximum of 10 days. To my surprise, I have only received four items delivered to my P.O. Box, which was not mentioned during the ordering process. I was also asked to pay nearly [redacted] AED upon receiving the items. Additionally, I had to make two separate payments as the items were not all shipped together. As of now, almost a month later, I have yet to receive all my items and have been told I need to pay an additional charge. This experience has been frustrating, and if these were the company's policies, I would not have chosen to order from them. I am seeking a resolution to this matter as soon as possible.
