I recently made a mistake while browsing AliExpress and accidentally placed an order. Even though I promptly cancelled the order upon realizing the error, my credit card was charged since it was saved on the website. I received a private message that the order had been shipped, but it wasn't confirmed on the application.
Upon canceling the order again, I woke up this morning to find another message stating that the order was shipped. I canceled it once more, and now the shop is trying to resume the order despite my two previous cancellations.
I am frustrated with this situation, especially since I have informed the shop that the order was a mistake, yet it continues to be processed without proper confirmation in the system. I am seeking a refund for my money.
This has all unfolded within a 36-hour timeframe. I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed.

I recently placed an order for a dress and had some disagreements with the seller. After canceling the order, the seller accepted it. While waiting for my refund, I noticed a deduction on my credit card statement for an AliExpress payment that I did not authorize. I have received a refund for this unknown deduction, but I am still waiting for the refund for the canceled dress that the seller agreed to. I am experiencing difficulties with the customer service chatbot. I recently purchased menu stands, but after 7 weeks without receiving the item, I opened a dispute. The seller claimed a security issue caused the package to be returned and asked me to cancel the dispute for a refund. I obliged, but have not received the refund promised. Despite multiple inquiries, the seller has not responded regarding the refund. When trying to address this with Eva, the customer service chatbot, I encounter issues. Eva claims the item is still on the way and advises me to wait, preventing me from proceeding with my complaint or accessing live support. I am unable to reopen the dispute or contact a real person for assistance, as Eva seems to be the only gatekeeper.

As a loyal Diamond shopper, I am distressed by this poor treatment and lack of communication with the sellers. I purchased an oil lamp from LED Dropshipping Store, but unfortunately, the glass arrived shattered. PostNL returned the lamp to the sender. I am experiencing issues with my account. I have faced problems while ordering, as half of my items show a need for payment, but then a teapot appears among them. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my recent order and claim have been handled by your supplier and your company. Here is a brief overview of the issue:
1) I received the order, which was not damaged, but my garage informed me that it was not functioning.
2) I opened a dispute with the supplier to return the faulty item for a full refund.
3) Despite sending photos of the item, the supplier did not provide a return address to send the part back.
4) Aliexpress stepped in, and I agreed to return the item for a refund as per your arbitration.
5) While I pushed the supplier for a return address, the online order suddenly showed a refund in process.
6) When I requested the return address, the supplier unexpectedly closed the dispute without issuing a refund.
7) I escalated the matter via the online chat and obtained claim number N° [redacted][redacted].
8) I was assured an email response to this claim, but I have yet to receive it.
I am requesting prompt and suitable action be taken against the supplier for their unprofessional and illogical behavior. My long-standing experience with Aliexpress has never been this disappointing.

I recently purchased a Microsoft Surface Pro 5 [redacted] LCD for $[redacted].53 from ZWXPhone Accessories Store. Unfortunately, upon receiving the screen, I discovered that the touchscreen was not functioning properly in the middle, only on the sides.
I followed the store's instructions and returned the screen for repair or replacement, with ZWXPhone Accessories Store agreeing to cover the shipping costs. I shipped it back with tracking for €40. After the item arrived in China, I was informed to be patient due to the National Day holiday.

I am experiencing issues with the eyeglasses I received and attempted to open a dispute, but encountered difficulties. The eyeglasses are uncomfortable for several reasons:
