Hello, I purchased an item: Watch. The watch is very beautiful, but the function is not working properly. The second hand only runs for about 15 - 20 minutes, then it stops, and I have to repeatedly press the right buttons to reactivate it. This is not normal or acceptable! What can we do now? The return process is not automatic on AliExpress, there seems to be a system error here! The seller is uncooperative and rude!!! Best regards, Karsten B.

Yesterday, I purchased a pair of ladies' boots on AliExpress for £4.95. I completed all the payment details with my bank card. After my bank sent me an authorization code, I entered it on the website, but I received an error message saying the bank code was not accepted. Subsequently, I checked my bank account and found out that £[redacted].82 was deducted. My bank informed me that they can't assist until the payment to AliExpress is finalized in 15 days. Unfortunately, I have not received any email or confirmation from AliExpress regarding my purchase.

Hello, I recently purchased shoes from [Hanfan] and they are too small. The seller has agreed to a return but is now refusing to cover the return shipping costs as initially promised. I am having issues with the Lamp I purchased, Order #[redacted][redacted]. It started dimming after only 1 1/2 hours of use, even though it was fully charged. The product description indicated it should only need charging once a month. I am requesting a complimentary return label and a complete refund. I've only had the lamp for a week. I have a dispute that AliExpress has resolved. I need to return the item for a refund at the seller's expense, but the seller is unwilling due to high return shipping costs. They are offering a full refund without the return but have not informed AliExpress of our agreement. I am struggling to convey this to AliExpress before the deadline for the item's return lapses. Shipping from Canada without tracking is the cheapest option, but a tracked option is excessively priced. Unsure of the best course of action to take in this scenario.

Hello, I recently made a purchase at Shop[redacted] Store for a Sram Force Axs groupset. After paying with PayPal, the store mistakenly included 11 sets in the package instead of 1. I have received a tracking number - [redacted] from them, and the package is currently held in Austria by customs. I receive my AliExpress orders from sellers in China through a bonded warehouse in Florida, U.S.A. They are then shipped overseas to me using their express courier service. I should be refunded for the US Sales Taxes paid, but reaching AliExpress customer service is challenging. The AI chatbot, Eva, leads me in circles, and speaking with a live person on the 24/7 Chat App is rare. When I manage to connect, the chat often disconnects, forcing me to restart. Despite filling and submitting a Tax Rebate form with all required documentation since August, I have not received any confirmation or refund. This ongoing issue causes me to lose money with each order.

Hello, I need assistance regarding an issue with a painting I purchased from a seller. The quality of the pictures I received was very poor, with the film not sticking properly and air bubbles everywhere. The seller promised to send me two replacement pictures back in August or September, but I have yet to receive them. Despite being told that the pictures are on the way, nothing has arrived. I have opened a dispute for two wreaths I purchased. They were each priced at $13.85, with delivery costing $15.29 per wreath along with GST. One wreath was approved for a refund, and the final decision stated that the seller should cover the return fee. Despite facing challenges, I eventually spoke to a customer service representative named Kaisha, who was helpful. However, after the call got disconnected, I spoke to another representative named Scarlet, who assured me that a refund for the return shipment would be processed. Sadly, the next day I received an email stating that my appeal for the second wreath was closed, leaving me with the task of pursuing the seller for a refund. One wreath was approved for return, and the other was rejected. I incurred a loss of $39.68 in this process and seek a resolution.

I ordered a few items from Aliexpress that never arrived. Despite my attempts to get a refund, I had to involve my card provider. Recently, Aliexpress attempted to refund me to my old account, but it bounced back as I've updated my account information since then. I'd like to discuss my order [redacted][redacted]. This order arrived with two defects. One issue was a wrong electric plug, which I managed to fix. However, the item did not work in battery mode at all.
