Hello, I would like to discuss the appeal for number [redacted][redacted]. After sending in evidence, I was informed that more documentation was needed. When I inquired about specific requirements, I did not receive clarification. Instead, the decision was made to reject and close the appeal due to insufficient evidence, although I was not given the chance to provide the additional documentation. Despite this, my appeal was rejected due to insufficient evidence. I was unable to attach the requested evidence before the decision was made. The tracking information indicates my order was delivered, but that is not accurate. According to the tracking, it was supposedly delivered yesterday, which was not the case. I stayed home the entire day due to feeling unwell. I checked with all my neighbors today, but no one received my order. I urgently need my order since I will be traveling soon, and I'm concerned about it being left outside. Please deliver it to me at Flat1, 1A Thorogood Way, Rainham, Essex, RM13 7SJ. I purchased a product from a seller in my regular size, but it turned out to be unusually larger than expected. I initiated a dispute to return the item and purchase a different one. Although the seller accepted the return and provided a shipping label, they later declined to issue a refund. Despite sending the product back to them, I find myself at a loss and feel scammed. I have made two unsuccessful appeals regarding this issue.

I purchased 5 electronic piggy banks from So Nice Home Store. Unfortunately, only 3 of the items were delivered, and the doors on these piggy banks are not closing properly. I initially opened a dispute for the missing items but encountered issues when trying to open a dispute for the remaining 3 non-working piggy banks. The system indicates that a dispute has already been opened for that product. I am frustrated and disappointed with this situation.

Hello, I am having an issue with the seller from my last order. The item is not working. I have contacted him, and he asked for videos and pictures of the product. I have sent them with detailed explanations of the problem and my steps. He is still asking for more pictures, videos, or details. Either he does not understand the problem or is just trying to prolong the process. I have offered to return the item, but he does not want to. I would appreciate a response from you. I previously mentioned that I was informed that the items were delivered, but I have not received them. I have the order number and tracking information as well. Upon contacting PostNL in the Netherlands, they informed me that the items are being returned to the sellers. However, when I inquired with the sellers, they mentioned that they did not receive the items back and were unable to assist me further. This situation has left me feeling very disappointed and upset. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter. I purchased several craft dies from a seller, but I never received my order. The seller claims they couldn't deliver it due to an unclear address, even though they are responsible for addressing the parcel. They refused to provide a tracking number and as a result, the goods were returned to the seller. I spent a total of £53 and only received a refund of just under £12. Dealing with this company has been frustrating and disappointing. They only seem to provide information or refunds at their discretion. Unfortunately, I've learned my lesson about trusting foreign sellers.

I recently purchased Honda Goldwing Parts from AliExpress. While the parts themselves are satisfactory, the adhesive strips provided were of poor quality. Despite my careful installation, two of the parts became loose. I was able to retrieve one, but the other is lost. I am unable to locate any transaction details in my app. I would like assistance in replacing the missing part, as its loss was due to the inadequate tape provided. I can provide pictures of the parts that remain if needed.

Dear Customer Service, I am reaching out regarding an issue with a seller on AliExpress, Shop [redacted] Store. I recently purchased a M13Pro smartphone from them and upon receiving it, I noticed a small air bubble under the screen. I opened a dispute with the seller and they assured me of a reasonable refund for the damage. The dispute was closed based on this understanding, however, the seller has failed to provide the promised refund. Upon further testing the phone with a new SIM card, I discovered several additional issues. The phone did not recognize the phone operator with any SIM card, could not charge fully beyond 73%, and had an air bubble behind the glass screen. Despite communicating all these problems with the seller through multiple emails and providing photographic evidence and a repair report, they have not fulfilled their promise or responded to my recent messages due to a server error. I am requesting your assistance in resolving this matter as I paid over [redacted] euros for a faulty phone. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated. On August 23rd, we bought an edgebander scheduled for delivery on September 5th. Our order number is [redacted][redacted]. Despite no communication from the seller about shipping delays, we later learned the stock was unavailable. After contacting the Yunlinli seller store on September 14th to cancel, they disregarded our request, resulting in the order being shipped on September 16th. We are frustrated by the lack of professionalism displayed and are eager for a prompt refund. I returned an item that did not match the product description. I have already discussed with you about the return shipping as it was quite expensive, and I was informed that the seller would cover the costs. Although I have received a refund for the items, I am still waiting for the reimbursement for the return shipping. The deadline for the case has passed, and it is now closed. I would appreciate it if I could receive the funds for the return shipping.

I purchased a hard disk on Ali Express two months ago. I filed a complaint and provided evidence when the item was defective. On August 15, [redacted], I purchased three energy meters with WiFi and made the payment. However, upon receiving the items, I discovered they did not have the WiFi capability. Aliexpress instructed me to return the items, indicating the seller would cover the costs. Surprisingly, the return shipping expenses amount to 30% more than the items themselves.
