I filed a claim for order number [redacted][redacted] (Tracking NUT[redacted]95NL). Although I reached an agreement with the seller ("please wait a little longer"), the order was closed, but I have not received anything. How can I file a new claim for a refund since the AliExpress website does not allow me to do so? I bought 15 LED Charging table lamps using my company credit card. An amount of $[redacted].13 was charged on August 23rd. Hello AliExpress, It's been over a month, and I haven't received any response from you except for the same automatic reply from EVA. Therefore, I am left with no choice but to report you to the German Federal Police. I find it unacceptable that after ordering the machine and promptly transferring the amount of €[redacted].93 (Order number: 8[redacted]-4[redacted]), there has been no progress. I have run out of patience as I communicate with EVA at AliExpress daily, only to receive the same scripted responses. I have come to the conclusion that I must escalate this matter to the Federal Police. This will be my final attempt before involving other authorities. I am seeking a refund for a defective item, but I am encountering issues with the refund process. Each time I try, there is an error message stating that something has gone wrong without indicating the cause. I am struggling to identify the problem. Considering the low value of the product and the high shipping costs, it would be more practical to receive a refund to buy a replacement. I recently received my order #[redacted][redacted] for a small portable fuel tank, but unfortunately, the product arrived damaged. There is a small crack at the bottom of the plastic bottle, causing gasoline to leak. The bottle appears sunken in that area, likely due to damage during transportation resulting in a cracked plastic. Although not clearly visible in photos, the issue seems to stem from thin walls at the base, making it prone to damage from contact with gasoline and when placed on the ground. I am unable to repair the crack and thin walls. I believe this is a manufacturing error during the plastic molding process. I have encountered difficulties with the refund process, receiving a generic error message without specific details. Given the low cost of the product and high shipping expenses, I am requesting a refund to replace it with a hopefully higher-quality item. I possess photos of the faulty product and the issues faced while trying to request a refund.

I attempted to contact AliExpress about the following issue with no success: Regarding my order [redacted] from Shop [redacted] Store, I need assistance with a problematic seller. I received an M13Pro smartphone with a noticeable "airbubble" under the screen. Upon raising a dispute, the seller agreed to provide a reasonable refund for the damage. Despite the case being closed, no refund has been issued as promised. I was unable to fully test the phone due to awaiting a new sim card. After installing the card, I encountered the following issues: - Inability to recognize the phone operator despite detecting the sim card. - Failure to charge to [redacted]%, with the battery fluctuating between 73% and 53% during charging. It is evident that the seller supplied a completely faulty phone, rendering it unusable. Despite multiple communications and photo evidence, the seller has not responded to my requests for a prepaid return label and a total refund of 80.57. I bought 3 rechargeable batteries for my husband's tools. He uses them for various projects around the house and barn during the nice weather months from May to Sept/Oct. Despite ordering them for May delivery, they arrived in March fully charged. We used them on a few tasks around the house without issues. However, when we started using them more in May, one of the batteries failed to recharge. After contacting the seller, they agreed to replace or refund it. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the original box, and the seller didn't provide return instructions, only sending emoji-filled messages. Despite weeks of back and forth, two out of three batteries wouldn't recharge. I reached out to AliExpress for help, but the seller continued to dodge providing return details, leaving me with three unusable batteries. This ongoing issue was not my fault, and I'm frustrated by the lack of resolution from the seller. Any advice on how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated.

I have been experiencing issues with my AE account linked to [redacted] since yesterday. I have attempted to make payments through Paypal for over 5 items, trying both combined and separate transactions. I have used two different browsers, one of which was freshly installed, but each time, despite Paypal closing correctly, the payment is not processed. Paypal has confirmed that there are no issues with my account, and I can make payments using Paypal for transactions other than those on AE.

I purchased a phone from AliExpress, the official retailer for Ulefone, using Klarna. However, the phone is not showing up on my account, preventing me from raising a dispute via webchat. Despite contacting Ulefone multiple times about data roaming issues, I have received little assistance and feel ignored. The phone, still under warranty, is marketed as a 'worldwide' version capable of data roaming. This is not a network provider or APN settings issue. I possess all relevant emails from Ulefone, the receipt, order number, and payment statement from Klarna. I also have a video demonstrating the problem while in France. Following issues in Gran Canaria, Ulefone redirected me to PayPal and attempted to stall by repeating basic troubleshooting steps. An unhelpful system update further disabled Google maps without acknowledgment from Ulefone. I purchased a Handheld RFID Writer in July with order number [redacted][redacted]. Since receiving it, I have encountered two significant issues. First, the device has no sound, although the product description on AliExpress indicates it should have sound notifications. Second, the writer does not function as described. I have attempted to scan various 125kHz cards with no success. The seller not only fails to deliver the promised functionalities but also refuses to issue a refund. This situation is unacceptable. I have ordered several items from one seller. Their customer service informed me that my parcels are at the mail office, but nothing has been delivered yet. The delivery date has passed, and I am requesting a full refund. They claim there is an issue with Royal Mail. I have not received any delivery cards, and I might miss emails if they end up in my spam folder, which I cannot access anyway.
