I purchased a wooden gavel with the ID [redacted][redacted], but despite being marked as completed, I have not received it. When I requested a refund citing lack of proof, I was denied. How can I provide evidence for something I never received? I can confirm that I bought two items simultaneously, the aforementioned ID and Order ID: [redacted][redacted]. The second item arrived without issue or delay as it was marked delivered promptly. After 3 months and no sign of the wooden gavel, I reached out to the post office and the unhelpful sellers who only offer generic responses. I am open to a resolution - whether a refund or reshipment of the item, I simply wish for this matter to be resolved promptly.

Hello, I am experiencing issues with receiving refunds from AliExpress. I am missing refunds for two orders. AliExpress shows that the refunds were processed through PayPal, but I have not received any money in my PayPal account. The first order number is [redacted][redacted], the second order number is [redacted][redacted]. I also cancelled a third order for two silver bracelets due to technical issues on the AliExpress website. However, I have not received any refunds for these cancellations either. I recently received order ID: [redacted][redacted]. The item I received does not match the one the seller advertised. Following Aliexpress's instructions, I submitted a photo of the shipping bill to claim reimbursement for return shipping costs. Despite providing the necessary proof, Aliexpress denied my request, citing lack of evidence. The photo of the bill should serve as sufficient proof. It is unfair to expect me to cover return shipping expenses for an item that was incorrectly shipped to me.

I placed an order on May 8th with a 15-day delivery guarantee. However, I have yet to receive the item. After reaching out to the seller with no response, I opened a dispute. Surprisingly, the order began processing. At this point, I no longer require the product and am seeking a refund. Despite the missed guaranteed delivery time, I was charged for the item. I initiated a chargeback, which was contested. I find it concerning that payment was taken without the product being delivered. I am adamant about receiving my refund promptly. Good evening, My husband made a purchase on AliExpress, but we were informed that the item was delivered when it wasn't. I was home, and my husband was at work. The address where the package was supposedly delivered was incorrect, and we didn't find anything there. We are entitled to a refund under buyer protection if we don't receive the goods. Dear Community, Recently, my husband made a purchase on AliExpress, and despite being told that the item was delivered, it never arrived at our home. Even after being given a wrong address, the package isn't there either. We are aware of our buyer protection rights and are entitled to a refund if the goods are not received. Hello. My laptop broke down. I changed the hard drive. The contact with ALIEXPRESS is now faulty. Only the newest orders are showing in the order list. All orders have been paid for. Older orders are not being displayed. I have several orders that I am waiting for delivery on, and some of them are on the way. I don't have an AWB - I can't track the packages. What can I do? I want to warn everyone about GTpower Store on AliExpress. I bought a battery for my ebike build from them, and it had faulty codd technology battery cells. Even though the battery was under warranty, when I asked them to supply new cells and offered to pay for shipping, they agreed due to the video evidence I provided showing the issue. However, three months have passed, and I still haven't received the replacement cells. I tried contacting codd technology directly via email with no response, as their phone line is unresponsive. I reached out to other sellers for replacement cells, but no one could help. This battery was a significant investment of over [redacted] pounds, and the lack of support from GTpower Store and codd technology is disappointing.

Good morning, I recently received an order of 50's style retro dresses - one in wine and one in black and white. After trying them on, I realized they don't fit. I placed the order about 2/3 weeks ago and got them last Thursday. I don't have an invoice or order number, but I purchased them from SY Drop-Shipping Store on AliExpress. However, both items I received were not functional and deemed fake by a Geek Squad specialist at a local Best Buy store. I requested a free return shipping label from both sellers, as advertised on their website, but they repeatedly refused, causing me to miss the 15-day complaint window. My order [redacted][redacted] has been received. However, the items I received do not match the description on the Joverisher Official Store page on Aliexpress. The product was advertised to work with the DOLP application for various functions like 10 vibrations, adjustable strength, LED light control, and remote access. Unfortunately, the included Love Spouse app does not offer these features as described. The discrepancy between the advertised DOLP app and the received Love Spouse app has caused confusion, as I specifically chose this product for its DOLP compatibility. The inability to pair the item with the expected app has led to a misleading experience for customers.

Good evening, my issue is regarding Order Number: [redacted][redacted]... There is a dispute because the NM card is defective. A video was requested for this dispute. I made it, but I accidentally selected option 1 instead of 3 when adding it, resulting in a return being imposed instead of providing the video proof of the defective NM card. Therefore, sending it back would be a complete waste of time and totally unnecessary. Can you solve the problem differently?

Good evening, the issue is regarding Order Number: [redacted][redacted]. They asked for a video as evidence. I made it, but I mistakenly selected option 1 instead of 3. Now I am required to return the item instead of being able to provide the video showing that the NM card is faulty. Returning it would be a waste of time and completely unnecessary. I made a purchase at Uefeso Sexy Night Store and used tracking number [redacted][redacted]. However, upon checking at the Canadian post office, they informed me that the package had been returned to the sender. Despite this, the store insists that I should pick it up at the post office. I have visited multiple times, and each time I am told the same information. The store claims they have not received it, yet the tracking shows otherwise. Back in [redacted], I made numerous orders for clock parts from AliExpress for my business. Following a change in my email address, I failed to check my old inbox and missed that some orders were delivered to my local post office for collection. Reflecting on it now, I recall being surprised by the contents of the received orders. Despite this being an old issue, about 3 years past, the post office sent back the items without refunding or crediting me. They retain my payment, leaving me without the ordered items. Furthermore, unsolicited items are added to orders and shipped. My sole request is to receive either a refund or credit for the undelivered products.
