Hello everyone, I am currently experiencing a frustrating situation trying to obtain a refund that has been dragging on for 3 months now. I purchased 3 X50 phones from Cubot Official at the end of June, but I have not received a refund. The package supposedly reached my address, but I didn't get it. I've been communicating with GLS and the seller, but the issue remains unresolved. Both parties keep advising me on what steps to take and what information is required from the sender or seller. They have also mentioned that no other options are available. This situation involves approximately [redacted] euros, and I am concerned about not being able to recover this amount and being left with the expenses. I returned order number [redacted][redacted] to ALIBABA Deutschland GmbH at Viktualienmarkt 8 in Munich because the seller did not provide a return address, nor did they respond to my messages. The package arrived in Munich. ALIBABA informed me that they will contact ALIEXPRESS/Seller for further processing. The package reached ALIBABA on 04.07.[redacted], but seemingly no progress has been made. Klana paid for the item, however, allegedly the seller has not received it back. I want to add that the item was counterfeit, making it illegal for sale in Germany. All listings of this item on ALIEXPRESS have disappeared! I have no way to contact the seller. Klarna wants a refund, and I am eager to finalize the return. Your assistance is appreciated.

I paid an extra fee for expedited shipping due to the urgency of the order, but it was supposed to arrive over a month ago and has not reached me yet. There have been no updates on the tracking for two months now, and after opening a dispute for a refund, I was advised to wait another month even though my buyer protection is expiring soon. This situation is unacceptable, and I am frustrated by the suggestion to wait an additional 10 days. If the tracking has not been updated for two months, it is clear that the package is lost. I bought a Lyzrc L106Pro 3 drone from RC Top Store, but it malfunctioned right away. I opened a dispute, but there hasn't been much progress besides my messages to the seller. I am encountering a recurring error when attempting to make purchases using my card. The error message "we couldn't process this payment for security reasons. error code: csc_[redacted]" keeps appearing, leading me to believe my card may be banned. This situation is perplexing as I have not engaged in any behavior that should result in a ban. Despite researching online, including Reddit forums, solutions seem scarce as some sources suggest there is no resolution once a card is banned for security reasons. While some mentions of suspicious activities like hacking or fraud causing bans exist, I assure you, I am a genuine and regular buyer. My concern is primarily with my ability to continue shopping on Aliexpress. I have initiated an appeal, yet have not received a response. The change from my previous card to a new one due to damage may be a contributing factor, but clarity is essential at this point. Assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I made two orders from a seller, but only one package arrived. The package I received contains 12 defective boards. I have detailed documentation on why they are broken, and I had to test each board after soldering. I uploaded a video showing all the boards in a bootloop. The seller refuses to refund both orders and accuses me of malicious behavior, which is completely untrue. The seller is not addressing the issues professionally or objectively. I have been exchanging numerous messages trying to get a refund for items I didn't receive or that are not functioning properly. I urge AliExpress to step in and resolve this matter by refunding both orders.

Hello GetHuman team, I've had a buyer account on Aliexpress for about 10 years now. When I initially registered, I used my work email, which was not the best choice on my part. I've been attempting to update my email address, but I keep getting stuck in a loop where I can't log in to verify my account since my original email is not verified. The help center guides are not helping me out of this situation, and the live chat isn't available, leaving me with the unhelpful EVE robot. I tried to log in on my computer to send photos to a seller, but I'm currently only signed in on the mobile app, which won't let me upload photos for some reason. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions you have. If needed, I can even provide a video of my attempts to change the email as per their instructions. Thank you, Alexander I.

I need assistance with an invoice issue. The bank forwarded the invoice to a debt collection agency despite me explaining that the goods were returned. The bank advised me to ask the dealer to correct the invoice with Klarna. The order number is [redacted][redacted]. Contact Klarna at [redacted] Klarna mentioned the bill is open, but I informed them that the dealer confirmed the order cancellation. Klarna stated the dealer needs to report the cancellation to them. They mentioned that the bill for 40.83 EUR is still open and was forwarded to the collection agency as per the dealer's instructions. I have evidence (photos) that the goods were returned, but Klarna advised me to resolve the issue with the collection agency. When I mentioned the collection agency advised the merchant to contact Klarna, Klarna stated that the dealer needs to reach out to them. I seek your help in resolving this matter.

I made a purchase on AliExpress from the seller "LHT Flashlight Store" and the reflector I received for order number [redacted][redacted] had a defective reflective coating. The seller acknowledged the issue and promised to send replacements, but I have not received a new tracking number or the replacement items. Despite delayed responses from the seller, I have not received any useful updates. Unfortunately, I missed the short time frame to open a dispute on AliExpress due to the 15 days expiration. I had a disappointing experience with a product from Aliexpress. In the past, I was allowed to choose a refund without returning the item if another solution was offered. This time, I was told I had to return the product for a refund, which was a new policy for me. I only wanted a refund for two out of multiple items in the package that had issues, not a full refund as the rest were fine. This change in policy has left me unsatisfied, and I feel like Aliexpress is declining in customer service. I used to be content with my refund requests, but this time I am truly let down. I have been a loyal customer, but if this issue is unresolved, I may consider shopping elsewhere. I hope for a better resolution soon.

The resolution of the dispute requires me to return the incorrect items to the seller. However, the seller provided an incorrect shipping address intentionally within the dispute platform. It has been confirmed that the ZIP CODE provided by the seller on the dispute is inaccurate according to the CHINA POST website. The items received were not original as stated, but rather counterfeit goods not made by 3M USA. I am seeking a full refund with the expectation that the seller or AliExpress covers the return shipping costs due to the inaccuracies provided. I have been attempting to file a dispute for a Return & Refund, but the form is not allowing me to send it. Help Support sent me a link on 9/27/22 to resolve the issue, but the link has been unresponsive despite multiple attempts. I initially contacted the seller on 9/20/22 to request a return for three identical items received on 9/15/22, but they have been uncooperative. The setup manual is poorly made and hard to follow, leading to rapid disconnection once set up. The items are of low quality and the seller is not abiding by their refund policy. I need assistance with returning and refunding the 3 items (Order ID: [redacted][redacted]) due to their malfunction and inferior quality. I filed a dispute regarding my recent order as the item did not meet my expectations. Despite expressing my desire to return the item for a full refund, the seller attempted to persuade me to keep it, resulting in a prolonged back-and-forth over 3-4 days involving four different individuals. Feeling uncomfortable and increasingly frustrated, I reluctantly agreed to a partial refund of $81 as per our conversations. After agreeing to leave a review and close the dispute for the refund to be processed, I have not received any further communication. This entire experience has been disappointing and I believe the seller's practices need addressing to prevent others from facing similar issues.
