I am extremely disappointed with the entire process. I have not received my orders, and it seems that the seller has the final say without considering the buyer's input. Whether the order is worth $1 or $[redacted], I expect to receive what I paid for. I have previously reported issues with orders 3[redacted]-9[redacted] and 3[redacted]-9[redacted], none of which have reached me. This is a matter of integrity and authenticity. How does AliExpress propose to resolve this issue? If I have to rely solely on the seller's word for each future order, what kind of relationship should I anticipate? None, it seems. I recommend that AliExpress includes the order number on the packaging label for better tracking.

Hello, I purchased an LCD screen for my phone from Aliexpress. After waiting for 3 months, the tracking indicated it was lost. Surprisingly, when it finally arrived, I discovered it contained someone else's package with an address in Italy instead of my USA address. It seems there was an error in combining my two orders. One of my orders was lost, and another person's package was mistakenly included with my correct order. The package with the Italian address had my address on it. The tracking number was registered under the lost order, leading to the incorrect status of being delivered. I opened a dispute stating the item was not received and was sent to the wrong address, providing evidence and a clear explanation. However, the dispute was closed with an unfavorable outcome, claiming the package was empty, which is incorrect. I plan to appeal this decision, but I am anxious about losing the money. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Sir or Madam, I made a purchase on AliExpress on September 23, [redacted], with order number: [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, the item never arrived. I have contacted GLS and provided them with a video showing the package was not delivered. GLS confirmed the error and advised me on the next steps to get a refund from the seller. "The sender needs to contact GLS Spain to report the loss and obtain the necessary documentation. GLS Spain will provide the required forms. To facilitate the process, GLS has included a loss confirmation form in English. This should streamline the claims process with GLS Spain." Despite reaching out to the seller for over six months, there has been no progress! Seller's Name: Taqu Trading Co., Ltd. store I can provide all the relevant documents upon request. I purchased two products from AliExpress with tracking numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. The delivery was expected on 02.05.[redacted] but did not arrive. I contacted the Austrian Postal Office, and they informed me that the postman claimed to have delivered the package to my letterbox, which was not the case. The postal service suggested the seller should contact their postal office to investigate and initiate a refund process. When I reached out to the seller, they advised me to wait, jeopardizing my right to a refund. As a result, I raised a dispute but had difficulty conveying all details due to limited characters. Unfortunately, the dispute ruled in the seller's favor, leaving me without the products or a refund. I am disappointed by how AliExpress and the sellers handled the situation, questioning my integrity. I hope for better customer service resolution moving forward.

I am unsure how to seek assistance or where to start explaining my current issue. English is my only language. I struggle with technology. I am not proficient at typing and use only one finger, making it a slow process. I am facing problems with merchandise, returns, and refunds. I promptly reported an issue with an order within 2 hours of delivery, as the item was poorly constructed, inaccurately described, appeared inexpensive, and did not match the picture. I submitted videos and photos of the item, but they do not request its return. Instead, they propose refunding only 1/3 of the purchase price. I am considering speaking with a representative over the phone for guidance. I recently joined AliExpress and commenced a new business, and I believe they are capitalizing on my inexperience, which is unfair. Despite my efforts, I have not found a way to engage with a live person for assistance. Is it feasible for someone to contact me directly for support?

I am struggling with an issue regarding merchandise purchased online. After receiving an order that did not meet my expectations, I promptly requested a return and refund due to poor quality and misrepresentation. Even though I provided evidence through videos and images, the company is offering me a partial refund without requesting the item back. Order Number: [redacted][redacted] (Dispute in progress) I have sent the item back to the seller using USPS with tracking number EH[redacted]65US. The latest tracking information shows that the item departed a transfer airport in Baiyun, Guangzhou, China on April 30, [redacted], at 6:25 am and is in transit to the destination address in Guangzhou Si. Today is May 11, [redacted], and the seller has not yet received the returned item. The dispute status indicates that while purchase protection is running out, the package is still in transit. I am concerned about not receiving a refund if the package doesn't reach the seller within a certain timeframe. I followed all the necessary steps by shipping the item back with USPS tracking, incurring a cost of $82.85. As I cannot influence the shipping process in China, I am frustrated that my refund is delayed or potentially at risk. I am owed $[redacted].40 by the seller and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

Good morning, I received the information I've been waiting for a long time today regarding the return process for a broken item I purchased. I originally received the order from Poland, so I assumed I could also send it back there, but now the return address provided is in China with a tight deadline for the return. I'm quite disappointed with how AliExpress has handled this situation. Although I've made several successful purchases in the past, this recent experience has left me unsatisfied. After the thief, contact usually stops. AliExpress confirmed receipt of the money, including payment for shipping, but did not send the ordered item. In the transaction summary, it describes it as delivered and completed. They do not respond to any messages or requests sent to them. Tracking and support are still inactive, but they mark it as delivered. They have repeatedly asked for confirmation of receipt and a positive review - for what? Liars and...! I have returned two orders, both smartwatches. The dispute for one is still ongoing, while the other was closed as I missed the return deadline due to waiting for a free shipping label. A customer service agent promised to request free labels from both sellers to avoid paying €56 for return shipping on products that did not match their description. After speaking with a supervisor who agreed to refund the shipping costs and the watches upon proof of shipment receipt and tracking, I reached out to live agents to no avail. I was recently notified that a parcel was delivered to my address, but I never received it. To investigate, I reviewed my security footage, which captures activity around the clock. After checking, it was clear that no delivery was made as indicated. When attempting to open a dispute, I encountered a roadblock as the shipping details show it was delivered to my address without specifying the local delivery company. This lack of information is hindering my ability to proceed with resolving the issue. I am concerned because a similar situation occurred last year, resulting in the loss of my money without ever receiving the item. It is frustrating not to be able to provide evidence from my cameras proving that the delivery did not take place. Additionally, there was a discrepancy in the delivery date and time initially stating May 16 at 5:00 pm, then changing to May 18 at 5:00 pm, which I have documented. Lately, I have received complaints from customers regarding the jewellery findings I purchased, which seem to be silver plated rather than genuine sterling silver. One company is unresponsive, while the other blocked me after dismissing my concerns. Identifying this issue after a significant period is tricky as silver plate wears off slowly, making detection challenging. The sellers benefit from delayed complaints and refuse to address the problem when finally contacted. Testing for silver plate requires specialized equipment, and common methods like acid tests provide inaccurate results. I seek a resolution by urging these sellers to either cease operations or correct their misleading advertising. Additionally, I request a full refund for all the misrepresented items. This situation not only impacts my professional reputation but also disappoints me as AliExpress fails to address fraudulent sellers despite assurances of strict policies.
