Order ID: [redacted][redacted] I bought the VJOY CAR VJ46 Highly Waterproof 4G LTE Kids GPS Tracker Smart Watch with Camera and SOS Call on December 24, [redacted]. I had to return it under warranty because the SOS button came off. After contacting the seller VJOY CAR, I was told to send the watch back, and they agreed to cover the $24.40 postage cost. The watch was shipped back on February 9, [redacted], with the tracking details shared with the seller via email. Despite multiple attempts to get an update, the seller mentioned they couldn't receive overseas mail from China. I've spent $[redacted].85 so far and feel a refund might be appropriate considering my circumstances as a partially blind senior on a pension. I have not received any response from the seller, despite my efforts to reach out. I've made other purchases from China that arrived promptly, which adds to my frustration. As of April 30, there's still no resolution. I am now seeking a refund to purchase from another vendor. Thank you, Brian S.

On March 6, [redacted], I placed an order for Luxury Sandals Women Pumps Transparent PVC High Heels with a 7cm heel in size 40 from seller YTMTLOY & Store for a total of US$20.47. The package arrived promptly, but unfortunately, it contained shoes in size 37 instead of size 40. I initiated a dispute on March 24, [redacted], regarding this issue but have not received a response from the seller yet. We kindly request that you send the correct size, Luxury Sandals Women Pumps Transparent PVC High Heels, size 40, as soon as possible to restore our confidence in your service. We also filed a complaint with Aliexpress on April 21, [redacted], and received confirmation that they forwarded it to you, but we have yet to receive a response. I purchased a 70mai A800s Dash Cam from AliExpress and encountered issues connecting it to the 70Mai app with an "Incorrect Password" prompt. Despite my attempts to contact 70mai for assistance on resetting the password, I received no response. Subsequently, I initiated a dispute on AliExpress seeking resolution. AliExpress proposed two solutions: 1. Return the goods for a full refund of $[redacted].34 with the seller covering the return shipping fee. 2. If opting for a return and refund, use an economical shipping method and agree with the seller on the shipping fee before proceeding. Unfortunately, due to confusion navigating the AliExpress website, I accidentally closed the dispute prematurely, halting the return process. The timeframe for returning the item vanished, and I've struggled to communicate with both the seller and AliExpress. This lack of response has left me uncertain about returning the item, especially considering the shipping cost of approximately $50 USD via USPS. Being already down $[redacted].34, I am hesitant to risk additional funds on return shipping with uncertain reimbursement and unresponsive parties involved.

I purchased a stainless steel exterior rear trunk fender plate trim for my Mazda 3 from VVI store with order ID: [redacted][redacted] on 30/11/[redacted]. Unfortunately, due to illness, I was unable to cancel the order in time. The seller informed me they do not ship to South Africa, which is where I am located. I contacted the seller explaining my situation and requested a refund, but the seller only mentioned the shipping restriction and didn't address the refund. I have not received the connectors I ordered, with numbers 3[redacted]-9[redacted] and 3[redacted]-9[redacted], which are supposed to be PS2 to USB connectors (male and female). Instead, I received USB to type C connectors which I did not order. I have contacted the seller multiple times but have not received a satisfactory response. They suggested checking with the local post office, but I was unable to do so without a delivery number. The seller then requested proof that I did not receive the products, which I am unsure how to provide. I have requested a refund, but the seller has denied my request, which I find unreasonable as I did not receive the items I paid for. Shopping on AliExpress should not be like gambling, where not receiving the product means losing the money paid.

I placed an order with BV CHAOPIN Store on 15/04/[redacted]. Within 10 minutes, I noticed the address was incorrect. I promptly contacted the seller to rectify the mistake, providing the correct address for shipping. After reaching out again with the accurate information, the seller confirmed the address change swiftly. However, after a few days, I discovered that my order had not been shipped, and the incorrect address was still listed. Despite assurances from the seller, my order was ultimately sent to a completely different country. I have kept all communication records as proof.

I have been experiencing difficulty signing into my AliExpress account for the past few days. Despite using my long-standing email address, I am unable to log in with my correct password or two other possible passwords. Attempting to verify my email has also been unsuccessful as I have not received any verification codes in my email inbox or junk mail at [redacted] Even trying to log in via PayPal, my usual payment method, has not worked. Interestingly, I managed to sign in through Facebook, a method I did not intend to use. When seeking assistance from "Eva," no help was provided after typing prompts like "I need to talk to a human" and "HELP!!!" I find this sudden account issue perplexing, especially since I had no problems logging in just last week. Any help in resolving these login troubles would be greatly appreciated. Hello! I recently made a purchase on AliExpress and I am extremely disappointed with my order. The item I received is not only much smaller than expected but also in poor condition. The material looks very crumpled and worn out, giving the appearance of a well-used shoe. Initially, the website mentioned free returns for the item, but now the seller has removed that option. Although we have agreed on a return, I am unwilling to cover the return shipping costs to Germany. This was not part of the original agreement and the shipping expenses are almost equal to the price of the shoe. I hope to find a resolution soon. Shopping on AliExpress has become frustrating due to constant removal of products post-purchase without any recourse. Thank you.

Good evening, I have a suspicion of fraud that I need to report. Lately, all my payments are failing regardless of the payment method I try to use. I attempted multiple credit cards and PayPal, but none of the payments were successful. The support team requested documents related to a card ending in “[redacted],” which I do not possess. I have provided my passport, a card linked to my account, and a bank statement for the mentioned card. Unfortunately, my appeal was denied, and I am puzzled by the situation, especially concerning the handling of my personal data as an information lawyer. This is quite alarming. In October, we placed an order for cufflinks. We have diligently checked the mailbox and tracked the package through Canada Post online. Sadly, the tracking information states it's a multiple ticket item with no further details. After contacting Canada Post, I was informed that the package was delivered on February 23, with the multiple ticket issue being acknowledged as a problem they are working to resolve. My son has anxiously awaited these cufflinks, so we kindly request expedited delivery to our address or, at the very least, a refund for the cufflinks' cost along with compensation to purchase replacements locally. Hello, I opened a dispute because the items I received did not match the description on AliExpress. They advised me to return the goods for a refund with the seller covering the return shipping costs. I have tried contacting the seller for the return label, but they have not responded to my messages. After reaching out to an AliExpress Agent, I was told to wait for the seller's response and assured I would receive a refund if they did not reply. However, the system now indicates that no refund will be issued. I find this situation very unfair. I urge for a thorough investigation to be conducted. I recently purchased a light fixture that was listed as 40 cm in height. However, upon arrival, it was nearly twice that size, making it hang too low in my room. I reached out to the seller, and they claimed to be investigating the possibility of removing one of the downrods to reduce the height. Despite following up every few days, they continually mentioned awaiting a response from the factory. It has become evident that they are prolonging the process unnecessarily. Upon requesting a refund, I was instructed to go through AliExpress due to being outside the refund timeframe because of their delays. I kindly request a refund for the light fixture.
