A few days ago, I placed multiple items in my cart on the website. However, when I tried to proceed to payment and entered my card details, a page appeared requesting an appeal. I reviewed the appeal requirements and entered some necessary information, but I am hesitant about sharing such details online. Despite attempting payment more than ten times with different cards, the page kept asking for an appeal due to "security reasons." I am uncomfortable providing my ID and card statement to an online store for privacy reasons. If this is a mandatory step, I may have to consider shopping elsewhere. The process has been time-consuming and frustrating. Kindly advise if there is a simpler way to complete my purchase without going through the appeal process.

I have a 90-92 cm chest measurement and ordered a size M dress (order #[redacted][redacted]) with a bust measurement of 90-94 cm. However, the dress I received has a bust measurement of [redacted]-[redacted] cm and a length of only 80 cm instead of the expected 86.5 cm. The other measurements like sleeve length and shoulder width are also not as described. I have been trying to return the dress, but the seller has been delaying the process. I contacted them two weeks ago, provided evidence of the discrepancies, and they promised a refund, but kept asking for more evidence. I tried to open a dispute through Aliexpress customer service, but the chat system is not functioning. I am seeking assistance from Aliexpress to help me resolve this issue and open a dispute.

Regarding order number [redacted][redacted], I purchased 50pcs of Needles for a Brother Knitting Machine. The order arrived promptly, but unfortunately, the item did not meet my expectations. The needles were of various sizes, specifically the hooks, which do not match the original needles for the knitting machine. Upon contacting the seller about the issue, I received a brief and unhelpful response focusing only on the needle length. I am dissatisfied with the seller's inadequate customer service and the unfair resolution provided, which denies me a refund without having to return the item. It is concerning that the seller misleads customers in this manner, and I urge Aliexpress to address this matter promptly and refund me $54.50. I am now left with five packs of unusable needles, unsure of what to do with them.

Hello, I received my purchase but unfortunately, the items were not as described. They are outdated UBS modems that do not work with modern PCs. Despite confirming with the seller before buying and only proceeding after their assurance, I received items I cannot use. Upon opening the app to confirm receipt of part of my order, I encountered an issue where I was unexpectedly signed out of my account. Upon attempting to log back in, I was informed that my account was non-existent. After investigating by using my order number, I discovered my order was indeed linked to the supposedly nonexistent account. Despite numerous login attempts with different passwords, and further failed login attempts, I attempted to create a new account with my original email, only to be told the account already existed. I have reached out to customer service multiple times, but unfortunately, I have been unable to directly communicate my issue as the platform leads me to select pre-set inquiries instead of enabling personalized questions. I am eager to regain access to my original account to retrieve my shipping details.

I am looking to discuss an unrelated matter that doesn't involve any issues with products purchased from AliExpress. I have been attempting to reach out to the appropriate department with no success. I have observed that AliExpress has sub-dealers in Europe, Asia, USA, and possibly other regions, but not in the Middle East. Since the closest country to Lebanon might be Russia, I am interested in potentially becoming a "dealer" for AliExpress in Lebanon. I purchased an item from Aliexpress about a month ago. After realizing the size did not match the description, I reached out to the seller. Unfortunately, they were rude and refused to refund my money. Despite my attempts to file a dispute, I didn't initially provide enough evidence, leading to the closure of the case without a refund. I sought help from 4-5 customer service representatives who assisted me in filing two appeals, both of which were rejected. Frustrated that I couldn't contact the seller, I contacted customer service again, but no progress was made. In my recent communication with a representative named Rose, I was informed that the outcome would remain the same, regardless of my efforts. This experience has left me feeling upset and unsure about trusting Aliexpress moving forward. I'm hopeful for a resolution to get my money back.

I upgraded to Express shipping for my order, but the seller decided to ship it by a slower method, blaming an alleged rejection by the Express mail service. After confrontation, they miraculously managed to ship it through Express. It appears the seller is accepting payments for Express shipping but not following through. Despite my request for proof of rejection, they only provide current shipping details. I suspect foul play as they keep evading my demand for evidence. This behavior suggests they knowingly withheld Express shipping to pocket the fee. Their insistence on sending irrelevant information when questioned further solidifies my suspicions. I have gathered evidence of their deceitful actions and urge for an investigation into their practices. This deceit is unacceptable and undermines trust between buyers and sellers on the platform.

Hello, I attempted to make purchases on AliExpress four times, but unfortunately, each time my orders were rejected by the website. On the first try, I bought four items and applied a new user coupon for $3 off. Although AliExpress initially charged me for the order, they later refunded the payment, stating that the status was closed due to potential security concerns. The message advised checking for any unusual activities and attempting the purchase again. Despite verifying my account through Gmail, the issue persisted. Subsequently, I tried two more times using different accounts and emails, receiving the same outcome of charges followed by refunds. It seems challenging for me to successfully complete a transaction on AliExpress as all my attempts have been denied. I find it disappointing that my orders were canceled, and the coupons I used are no longer valid. If AliExpress cancels an order, they should consider allowing customers to reuse their coupons, especially in cases like mine where the orders were not processed.

I purchased a violin from AliExpress on January 16, [redacted]. Recently, I received the item, and unfortunately, both the violin and the case are damaged. I opened a dispute, but the seller was uncooperative and even seemed to mock me during the process. The dispute was closed by the seller without my consent. I reached out to Buyer Protection, and they advised me to open a new dispute, assuring me they would handle it within six days. However, I am unable to find the dispute when I try to select the order, as it only shows my last four orders. This makes it impossible for me to contact an agent to resolve the issue. In the new dispute, the seller claimed not to be aware of it for days and offered only a $4 refund, which is not acceptable considering the item is a gift. Hello, I recently placed an order for a black rear spoiler at Motorarmor store on February 15th. However, upon checking, I discovered that the shipment was cancelled. I need assistance with an issue that led to a loss of $76 due to lack of attention on both my part and the seller's side. I am a dropshipper with an eBay store sourcing products from AliExpress. In January [redacted], I sold a "Super Mini HDMI Family TV Video Game Console HDMI 8 Bit Retro Video Games Console Gift Drop Shipping built-in [redacted] retro games." The buyer from the US informed me that the game controller had a USB plug, contrary to the description.
Upon contacting the seller regarding the incorrect controller, communication was unclear, making it uncertain if the correct controller was sent. Concurrently, I purchased a "DARSONVAL High Frequency Device Portable Facial Machine Violet Ray Purple Light Electrode Wand 7 Tubes Skin Care Face Massager" to be shipped to Israel. I mistakenly believed that the first seller was responsible for the game console issue and provided the shipping details to him in error.
Ultimately, the facial product was sent to the US instead of Israel. Had the seller clarified the discrepancy, I would have rectified the mistake promptly. I seek your assistance in this matter.

I recently made a purchase on the AliExpress mobile app, and even though the payment went through and showed as paid on the screen, I did not receive any email confirmation. When I checked the orders tab, it was empty, but the money was deducted from my account. I kindly request a confirmation email to be sent to me. I recently purchased a re-conditioned motherboard on Aliexpress (Order number: [redacted][redacted]). However, the board came with a registered account from the previous owner in China, causing my device to be locked. Despite my attempts to flash it and remove the account, I couldn't unlock the bootloader as mi-unlock didn't recognize my account. This is Loretta Jones. Twenty minutes ago, I was denied a refund for a cigarette box that had $10.04 taken out of my account. I contacted customer service five minutes later, expressing my desire to switch from item number two to item number four instead of asking for the refund. I noticed the product was back on my list of items awaiting shipment while drafting a message to the seller, but it was swiftly removed. This happened with multiple back-and-forths with customer service. The product I ordered on November 3rd disappeared from my pending goods list. I asked the customer service to return the cigarette box to my pending goods list or refund me the $10.04. Thank you.
