Hello, I placed an order on Aliexpress on November 7, [redacted], from the seller named "everso Cloud Store." The delivery was expected by the beginning of December, but unfortunately, I have not received it yet. Despite multiple requests for a refund, I have not received any concrete responses from the seller. According to the tracking information, the item was delivered in Montpellier instead of Dijon, where it was supposed to be delivered to me, Mahery Lavaine. It seems there might have been an error with the tracking number. I have been trying to resolve this for a month now, and I am still waiting for a solution from the seller. Hello everyone, I am experiencing an issue with an order I placed with a seller, which seems suspicious to me. It has been over a month, and there is no information available about my order. The seller is unhelpful in resolving this matter or providing any clarification on the status or whereabouts of my order. They suggested I open a dispute, but I am unable to do so until January 25th. I have informed the seller about this delay, but they continue to be uncooperative. Additionally, I noticed that the seller has made the product unavailable and appears to have fake reviews on their products. I would appreciate it if someone could look into this situation and offer assistance as I do not want to wait another month without any resolution. If the seller cannot deliver the product, I would like a prompt refund.

Hello, the seller never shipped the earphones. The order appears to be canceled while I have already paid €10.60. This is also the tracking number for the package 9C1659H557085. These were the earphones I purchased and paid for on Nov. 11, [redacted]. New TWS M10 Bluetooth 5.1 earphones with 3500mAh charging case, waterproof sports stereo wireless headphones for Smartphone. Property: Black color 1. (store EL_upupup) they never arrived, I want a refund. Thank you.

Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, I purchased the item (BallScrew SFU1605 End Machine With Ballnut Housing And Couplers And BKBF12 CNC RM1605 Rolled Ball) on Aliexpress on 30.10.21 (Order Number: [redacted][redacted]), and the seller sent me a defective item. I contacted the seller promptly (within these 15 days of opening a dispute), and he requested that I wait 20 days so he could send new parts. I agreed to wait 20 days. However, after these 20 days, he deceived me by showing an old tracking number, claiming I received everything (all conversations with the seller are documented), and now I am unable to open a dispute. Dear AliExpress, I recently purchased two screens, one for a Nokia 5.4 and the other for a Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with both screens. The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 screen appears to be a different size than the original screen and the Nokia screen has a ripple effect inside, rendering them unsuitable for use. This isn't the first time I've had problems with a Note 5 screen. Although I was informed it was genuine Samsung service Pak, it does not match the original Note 5 screen in size. I compared it to an authentic Note 5 screen and it is noticeably smaller, affecting the phone's appearance and functionality. I am seeking a full refund as I have experienced financial loss in the past. Thank you.

I purchased three pairs of model #D3187 women's pumps (purple, blue, and pink) from OLOMM on July 22, [redacted]. By approximately August 15, I only received two pairs (purple and blue). Unfortunately, the purple pair had a damaged toe due to poor packing. I refrained from reporting this issue. I reached out on August 16 to request a refund for the missing pair but was denied by OLOMM, claiming it was en route. Despite constant communication since then, I have not received the missing pair yet. OLOMM reassures me not to worry, but after five months, I doubt the shoes will ever arrive, assuming they were either never sent or sent to the wrong address. OLOMM is unwilling to issue a refund, which is causing me frustration. I have been a loyal Aliexpress customer since [redacted] and never encountered such difficulties before. Hello, I'm encountering issues on AliExpress. When attempting to make a purchase and utilize PayPal for the first time, the usual seamless process where PayPal connects directly to the account isn't happening. Instead, a new tab prompts me to input Bank Card details such as IBAN and Account number. Despite entering all correct information, AliExpress repeatedly states to provide a valid Account Number, which is puzzling. I verified my PayPal data for accuracy but the problem persists. I've attempted the process multiple times, even uninstalled and reinstalled AliExpress, but to no avail. Unsure if the issue lies with AliExpress or my account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I'm struggling to resolve this on my own.

I recently bought a product from this store only to receive a defective item. Despite assurances from the seller that a replacement would be sent, I have not received anything. The seller even went as far as to ask for a 5-star review before removing the product listing to avoid negative feedback. Now, I am left with a faulty controller that has issues with the speaker, delayed buttons, incorrect charging, and a quick battery drain. I was promised a replacement and then was informed that it wouldn't be happening. At this point, I am frustrated and have no working controller, no refund, and no certainty of a resolution. I intended to buy a plushie for $7.23 with shipping and taxes included. Unfortunately, I had difficulty using my gift card for payment. Despite multiple attempts to enter the information, I was unintentionally charged. Strangely, there is no pending purchase on AliExpress for the plushie I tried to buy. Attention: If you're not selling more, it's because you don't know how to advertise a product. It's not well finished, lacks creativity, design, and is poorly presented. For example, a good model, well-dressed, and carefully selected seams do not sell. The fault lies not with the manufacturer but with AliExpress for allowing this to happen. If a product is returned on Amazon, they quickly refund your money. Instead, you look elsewhere and the manufacturer takes advantage of the time passing so it expires. This is what happened to me. It's not right. Because of things like this, among others, you're not selling more and you annoy with your heavy advertising. A matter of marketing!

I purchased an item during a pre-sale, knowing it would take 6 months to arrive. When I requested a refund, the seller falsely claimed to have shipped the item with a fake tracking number. After requesting a refund again, AliExpress insists the item is in transit due to the fake tracking number. The seller then canceled the shipment, and despite my attempts to contact AliExpress for a refund, I have not received any response. This situation feels like a complete scam.
