Good evening. I have placed an order for a sweatshirt. The issue is that it is not the quality as advertised. It is extremely thin and feels like plastic. I have opened a dispute, and the seller has acknowledged it, but has not provided me with a return label. I asked for it to avoid paying the return shipping costs, and they claim not to have it. Also, I have a deadline to return it, or they will keep the money. I need a solution. I need a return label to send it back at no cost on my end. I purchased three items from the seller "11 BYBB'S DARK Store" on AliExpress, [redacted]. Unfortunately, one of the items I received is too large, and I need to return it. The seller is requesting that I ship the item back to China, even though it was originally shipped from Germany. The cost of return shipping is almost the same as the product itself, and I find it illogical that I cannot return it to the original shipping location in Germany. I saw an item advertised at 99% off, but when I clicked, it was not the case. It was not AU$0.01 either. I'm frustrated with clickbait like this. I don't want to waste time clicking on items that claim to be one price but end up being much higher. I feel deceived and disrespected as a customer. How can I submit screenshots of these misleading ads?

I placed an order on [redacted]-10-27, and after a month, I noticed that the tracking information has not been updated. It indicates an unsuccessful delivery attempt or that the package is lost. I opened a dispute on AliExpress, but unfortunately, my claim was declined, and I did not receive a refund. I tried reaching out to the seller, provided them with screenshots of the tracking status showing that the package is either returning to the seller or lost, but they have not been cooperative. AliExpress insists that the item is still in transit and closed the dispute. However, the protection period has expired, and I am unable to take any further action. I am disappointed as I have not received the item and would like a refund for my purchase.

I purchased a picture from the Monday Painting Store with Order ID: [redacted][redacted]. Upon viewing the picture, I noticed it was incorrect. We discussed redoing it, but it has not been completed yet. It has been 17 days since I placed the order and I have not received any update on its status. I am unable to cancel the order as they falsely claimed to have already sent the picture, although it was not even created.

Hello, I am having trouble signing in. Initially, I was told my password was incorrect, so I followed the instructions to reset it. Unfortunately, the code for resetting the password expires in 1 minute, while the email with the code took longer than that to arrive. I attempted this process multiple times. Now, the system doesn't even recognize my email address. As a result, I am unable to confirm receipt, track the delivery, or access any other order details. I need help changing the refund target account from PayPal to Alipay. My PayPal account is closed, and any refunded money sent there will be lost. I spoke to someone at Alixpress who advised me to change the account after a few hours. However, after initiating a refund, the money didn't appear in my Alipay account. I need assistance with an order issue involving "klarna". They claim payment is outstanding, but the aliexpress shop I contacted confirmed that they received the payment and don't require anything further from me. Unfortunately, klarna insists that I must resolve this with aliexpress directly. I suspect the problem arises from accidentally ordering the item twice and promptly canceling one order. I recently ordered and paid for an item that was advertised as a knit hat, but upon receiving it, I found that it's just a strip of knitted material and not a hat. When I tried to file a dispute on AliExpress, the link to upload photos didn't work properly, but I managed to send them through customer service. Despite this, I received an email today saying that my dispute was denied. I have had no problems with orders from this company before, but this situation needs to be resolved. I am now looking to dispute this directly with the company to get a refund for this item that was clearly not as advertised.

After opening the letter and receiving the seller's offer that the package is on its way, I accepted. However, the shopping list was only presented to me as each item arrived in the package. I have only opened the letter, as of 11/29/[redacted], I have some information. It is not right that the package transfer has been delayed. I have not yet packed the package.

Hello, I am using the German version of the AliExpress app, so it's frustrating that all the help pages are in English. I prefer using German because I don't understand English well. Also, I feel like the rewards for collecting points are deceiving. Products seem to be priced the same on Amazon without the need to collect points. For example, the Mifa Bluetooth speakers for 90 are available on Amazon for 60 euros including shipping, the same price without collecting over [redacted] points. This makes point collection seem pointless if I can get the item at the same price on Amazon without the hassle. The speaker never actually cost [redacted] euros, as the crossed-out price suggests. It's disappointing how AliExpress seems to deceive its customers. I hope to hear a response in German addressing these concerns. Hello, I am looking to cancel my order. I followed the instructions in the Help Center, but initially did not see a cancellation button. I reached out to my seller, who confirmed I should proceed. Once the cancellation button appeared, I selected "cancel my order" and provided a reason. I received a confirmation message with an estimated refund timeframe. Despite this, the seller still shipped the order, claiming I did not cancel it. I am now unsure how to proceed as I wish to avoid losing money.

I purchased a screen for a Huawei P30 Pro with Transaction ID [redacted][redacted], had it professionally installed, and carefully maintained it. After about 2 months, a green vertical line appeared on the screen, disappearing when touched on the lower right. The screen has no visible damage, and the seller initially claimed installation issues, excessive glue, or an obstruction behind the screen caused the problem. The company that installed it stated that it was a faulty screen without installation or obstruction issues. The seller is now unresponsive, despite the screen having a 6-month warranty.
