I made a purchase on AliExpress using my card, and my bank account was charged for the transaction. However, the items still show as awaiting payment on AliExpress, even though I've already been charged. My bank requires evidence from AliExpress proving the payment was unsuccessful in order to refund me. How can I obtain this evidence from AliExpress to provide to my bank? I don't want to lose my money, so any help is appreciated.

Hello, I hope you're well. I purchased 8 Fedora hats from the jiangxihuitian Official Store on August 11th and 12th, [redacted], totaling $86.81. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive them, and the tracking information is not providing any useful updates on their whereabouts. The seller has been extending the delivery confirmation time, causing me concern. Interestingly, items I ordered from other sellers on November 16th have already arrived in my country from China. I would appreciate a refund for the undelivered items. Thank you.

Hello, on January 12, [redacted], I bought an enlarger plate for the side stand of a Benelli TRK 502X motorcycle in black with the "TRK" inscription using a coupon. My account was charged €9.45 for the order. However, when I checked my orders last night, I couldn't find this recent purchase listed. Unfortunately, I don't have the order number, and the company I bought it from didn't provide one either. On reviewing my bank statement, the recipient appears to be Aliexpress.com. What steps should I take to address this situation?

Good morning, I have not received Order No: [redacted][redacted]. There was an error in the label scan by the postman, which was corrected 3 minutes later. The final scan indicates the parcel cannot be delivered due to an incident. I believe the parcel was damaged during transport, leading the postman to decide not to deliver it. I opened a dispute 5 days ago and uploaded 2 proofs 4 days ago: a letter of apology from the French parcel transport service and a picture showing the incident in the parcel tracking details. Despite this, I have not received a response from the seller, and AliExpress has not resolved the dispute. Why is it taking so long? Have I made a mistake in the dispute process? Hello, I purchased a smart key from the Jingyuqin Official Store. My order number is [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong item. After disputing the order and contacting them, they promised to send the correct key if I removed the dispute. Once I did, they provided me with a fake tracking number: LZ[redacted]65CN. It has been five months, and I am still waiting with no progress. Now, I am unable to dispute the issue further. Please assist me in restoring my trust in your services. If I receive no response, I will have to share my negative experience with others. I wish to continue purchasing items, but I need assurance in the service provided.

I bought two items from Mega Flash Store. They later informed me that the shipping costs would triple, from the initial quote of US $31.79, due to changing shipping companies. They wanted an additional $59.00 to ship it. Despite offering to split the extra charges, they insisted it was my responsibility. The quoted price on their site remains $31.79 for shipping to the US. While waiting for their response, they shipped the other item from within the US without addressing my concerns. I received the item last Saturday, but as the other item is missing, it is of no use to me. Despite daily communication since December 1st, there has been no resolution. I am now requesting a refund and for them to retrieve the other item. I hope you can review the message exchanges. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Have a great day.

After successfully registering, I encountered issues logging out. Upon rebooting my system, attempting to sign in with the same information used during registration results in an error message stating "either username or password is incorrect." This issue has persisted across attempts on alibaba.com and aliexpress.com over several weeks. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact either company as all communication requires a signed-in status, which I am unable to achieve. Thank you, Pablo

I am looking to purchase products from "AliExpress," but had a prior negative experience with customs fees. When ordering from Amazon, they include shipping fees, customs, and handling in the total price, making it convenient to receive the products without additional costs. While AliExpress offers better prices, my concern is the potential for additional fees upon delivery. Can you confirm if there will be any extra charges beyond what I pay online for my order on your site?

I am experiencing difficulty making purchases on your website. I have attempted to make payments using a credit card and PayPal as well as through a credit card and a bank account via PayPal. I even tried using my PayPal balance and continually received the same error message: "Payment Failed Oops, your credit/debit card details are incorrect. Error code: CSC_[redacted]." I find it confusing that I am being informed of incorrect credit/debit card details when I am using my balance. Given that my credit cards, bank accounts, and PayPal account are functioning normally elsewhere, the issue appears to be with the website. I have been attempting to make purchases for several weeks, and I am unable to proceed due to this recurring problem. Kindly address this matter on your end to enable me to complete my purchases.

Hello, I want to share my recent experience with an online order I placed for items for people without internet access. I made one order over six months ago, and unfortunately, it has not arrived yet. The first two items that did arrive were the wrong size for the ladies. I reached out to the seller, Bazinger on AliExpress, and they mentioned they would resend the correct items. However, the items never arrived, and the seller then promised a refund. Sadly, I have not received the refund yet. I had to refund the money to the ladies who couldn't wait due to the urgency of the function they needed the items for. Due to the difficulty in contacting AliExpress, I have decided to stop buying from them. Cheers.

I would like to associate the order with my Google account for easy tracking. How will I be contacted if my email wasn't requested during the order process? The initial purchase value was 13.81 US dollars, but upon arrival in Colombian Customs, it was declared at 44 dollars, with a tax obligation of 9 dollars. I am dissatisfied with this discrepancy as I would have purchased the items locally for a better price. The seller insists on a return within 5 days (requiring me to pay the customs tax) even though the products are still held at the Colombian Customs office awaiting tax payment. I purchased products totaling [redacted] euros. Unfortunately, the seller shipped the items to the wrong address, and they were returned. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, the seller claims it is no longer their responsibility. I received an email stating the products would arrive by September 30th, so I patiently waited. Now, the products have been confirmed as received, leaving me unable to open a dispute. This situation is extremely frustrating! As a loyal buyer who frequently shops on AliExpress, I feel cheated by this seller who now has both my money and the returned products.

I have reached out to customer service multiple times regarding an order I placed with Tracking Number RS[redacted]24DE. My package was sent to the wrong town (Würzburg instead of Veitshöchheim) due to a postcode error. DHL informed me that the package will be returned due to this mismatch. I have also tried contacting the sellers, JustBricksStore and HarryToys, but have not received any responses. I have not yet received my UV lamp order that I placed with AliExpress. Despite opening a dispute, it was resolved in the seller's favor due to a lack of proof on my end.
