Hello, I had a booking for today, December 11-12, at Holiday Inn Manila. We arrived at the hotel around 8-9 pm for check-in. The receptionist informed us that the hotel is fully occupied for quarantine guests and suggested transferring to another quarantine facility. Due to our concerns, I asked Ms. Jane, the receptionist, to cancel my booking since Holiday Inn was at capacity. I appreciate your attention to this issue. Thank you.

Good afternoon, I would like to address my recent uncomfortable experience during my stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham San Antonio TX Downtown/Museum Reach. My booking number is [redacted]18. Upon arrival, my room lacked air conditioning, and despite being promised it would work within 20 minutes, it never did. The staff was unable to accommodate a room change as they were fully booked. Hello, I am requesting to make changes to my reservation under the booking ID [redacted]58. Instead of staying on the 12th and 13th of December, I would like to switch my stay to the 15th and 16th of December for 2 nights. If this modification is not feasible, I would like to proceed with canceling the booking altogether. I have already spoken to the hostel, and they have confirmed their flexibility with the changes. However, they were unable to cancel or modify the booking on my behalf and advised me to do it online. Regrettably, I have been unable to process the changes online myself. I am eagerly awaiting a prompt response and sincerely hope that I can cancel or adjust my booking at your earliest convenience.

Good evening, I recently booked a room on your website at Hyatt Place Ft. Lauderdale/Plantation. I entered the correct dates from December 29th to January 4th, [redacted], but later discovered on my email confirmation that the dates were changed to June 29th to July 4th. I made a reservation through Agoda, but I received an email with the wrong dates. After contacting Agoda, they informed me that only the hotel could make changes. Unfortunately, when I reached out to the hotel, they stated that only Agoda could modify the booking. Now I am stuck with a bill for the incorrect dates and no room reserved. I simply want the dates I originally requested.

I made a booking with Agoda on 11/12/[redacted]. The details are: Booking ID [redacted]77, location: Homestay Kuala Lumpur near KLCC and Monorails, host: Nur Amalin, payment: RM195.02. Unfortunately, I cannot stay at this house as the host has closed the homestay and blocked all the dates on Agoda. We have tried to contact the host, but have not received a response. I booked a room at Shamrock Hotel in Mackay and paid in full using my card. I received an email confirming my payment, but when I arrived for check-in, I was informed that my booking couldn't be accepted because my address is in transition. I was denied check-in. I am requesting a refund as I was unaware that this requirement existed and would not have booked at this property if I had known in advance.

During my stay at the Marriott Courtyard Midtown in Raleigh, NC, the room lived up to its advertisement; however, my sisters and I encountered discomfort when we were harassed by unknown males insisting to enter our room despite our clear refusal. We later spoke to the manager who condemned the behavior and offered a refund or a complimentary stay for the inconvenience. Despite multiple emails to Agoda and sending the hotel's email as proof, I have been repeatedly contacted by different agents asking for details already provided. I am seeking a prompt and professional resolution to this issue and would appreciate not being ignored.

Booking ID: [redacted]25 I encountered a problem with my booking where the application unintentionally changed my dates from the 10th to 11th to 11th to 10th without warning. As a result, I unknowingly paid for the wrong date. When I arrived at the hotel, they couldn't accept my booking for that day and requested an additional payment of around [redacted] Dhs. Unfortunately, I had a flight to catch and had no choice but to pay the hotel again. This led to a total payment of [redacted] Dhs for just one hour of sleep following an hour of trying to resolve the issue with the hotel staff. This has been the most inconvenient situation I have faced on a booking platform. I am seeking a full refund and compensation, and I would appreciate a call back to address this matter.

I mistakenly booked a room at the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley for December 12th-13th, [redacted], instead of the correct dates of December 18th-19th, [redacted], around 9:30. Despite realizing the error immediately, the resort informed me they couldn't assist as the booking wasn't made directly with them. I reside 4 hours away and made the booking promptly, without finding a better deal. It was an honest mistake that I require a resolution for, seeking a refund of $[redacted]. I reserved a room for 3 adults, but the hotel only accommodated for 2 adults. I reserved a motel room on December 9, [redacted]; however, upon arrival, the front desk attendant informed me that my booking had been canceled as only king beds were available. Without offering any alternatives, he suggested a room at a higher rate with a $[redacted] cash deposit. He insisted the hotel did not charge any fees. During my recent stay at the Wyndham hotel with my daughter, I encountered numerous issues. The customer service was rude, the rooms were dirty and the staff was impolite. I even found the rooms to be quite unpleasant to stay in. The situation got so bad that I resorted to drinking in the lobby with my daughter. Even contemplating switching hotels at check-in due to the conditions, I unfortunately didn't have the financial means to do so. Every employee I encountered seemed to lack basic courtesy, amplifying my dissatisfaction. The initial room offered reeked of cigarette smoke, and the replacement had a grimy shower. To top it off, the airport shuttle service was very slow. I'm deeply disappointed with the whole experience and hope that some action can be taken to address these issues promptly.

Hello Agoda Customer Service, I recently received an email stating that my online payment was canceled due to a technical error on your end, even though my bank has already deducted the payment. My booking ID is [redacted]57 for the [redacted] Riverside Hotel in Malacca, Malaysia. I would like to understand Agoda's typical process for handling this type of issue. Three days ago, I received an email from the hotel saying it's fully booked and they don't offer PCR tests. I wanted to share my experience with Booking ID [redacted]43. Upon arriving at the 3-bedroom apartment, the owner informed me of plans to renovate, changing curtains, and reducing my booking from 7 days to 4 days. Despite the non-refundable booking, I decided to leave due to the situation. I hope for a full refund from Agoda as I was unable to stay for the full duration I had paid for. I am seeking a prompt refund of my money. I made a reservation through Agoda, but upon arriving at the hotel, they did not have my booking. Despite showing them all the details, they mentioned not receiving a voucher confirmation from Agoda. The hotel informed me that no room was available, even though I had prepaid through Agoda. The hotel manager attributed the issue to Agoda and recommended that I pursue a refund. I would appreciate the money being returned promptly, as otherwise, I will be compelled to take legal action against your deceptive website.
