I encountered an issue booking a flight on the AGODA app yesterday. Despite receiving a notification that my credit card was charged, the transaction did not go through. AGODA's customer service stated that they did not receive payment and that my transactions were declined. They advised me to contact the bank to prevent the charges. I'm unsure why the transactions were declined and need this information for the bank. I'm also uncertain if my flight booking can still be confirmed since my card was charged. Furthermore, I'm curious if AGODA will be notified of the charges despite the declined transaction.

I encountered an issue when booking a flight through the Agoda app yesterday. After hitting the "proceed to payment" button, it stated the transaction was incomplete. This happened twice despite my credit card being charged according to * messages I received. I contacted Agoda customer service, and they informed me that the transactions were declined on their end. They suggested I visit the bank to clarify the issue. I would like to understand why the transactions were declined to explain to the bank and ensure my card is not charged. I am unsure if my flight booking can still be confirmed since it appears I was charged. Additionally, I am curious if Agoda will immediately reflect any charges on the credit card, even if the transaction was declined.

I had made a booking at the Muarar 99 Hotel which got canceled due to the hotel being fully booked. Despite receiving an email confirming the cancellation and the refund, I have not received it yet. It has been almost a week since I have been waiting for the refund. When I make a payment for booking, the amount gets deducted immediately, so I am puzzled why the refund is taking so long. I kindly request Agoda to expedite the refund process. I had a room reserved at the Centennial Hotel in Spokane, Washington, but my reservation was not honored. Despite arriving at 2:30 am for a 12:00 pm arrival time, I was informed that my room wouldn't be available until 4:30 am on the 14th of November. Since I couldn't wait, I had to pay for the room again directly to the hotel, forfeiting my prepaid booking with Agoda. The hotel mentioned they had canceled my reservation and to call for availability. Now facing an emergency due to my car breaking down, I need to book a room at Motel 6 in Spokane. I had a booking at the Centennial Hotel in Spokane, Washington through Agoda on November 13, [redacted] which was not honored. I was required to pay for the room in cash despite not using my booking. Although I was supposed to check in at 12 a.m., I arrived at 1:30 a.m. and was informed I had to wait until 4:30 a.m. to access my room, which was not feasible for me. They made me pay for the room again. The hotel mentioned they had canceled my reservation and I could contact them for a room anytime. Since my car has broken down, I am seeking an immediate refund. Kindly, could Agoda assist in reserving a room for me promptly at Motel 6 in Spokane, Washington, and proceed with processing my refund.

This is the 10th time I've tried to fill out this reinvestment request, and I have a serious complaint. On November 13, [redacted], I used my bank debit card to reserve a room at the Centennial Hotel in Spokane, Washington via Agoda for about $98.00. My arrival time was 12:00 pm, but I arrived at 1:30 am. The desk clerk informed me that I couldn't enter my room until 4:30 am since that's when their new day at the hotel begins.

On November 13, [redacted], I made a reservation at the Centennial Hotel through Agoda for around $98. I requested an arrival time between 12 pm and 1 am. However, when I arrived at 1:30 am, the desk clerk informed me I couldn't access the room until 4:30 am, as they considered it a new day. Exhausted, I was given the option to pay for the night and use the room until 11 am the next day or forfeit my original booking. Feeling drained, I ended up paying $[redacted] plus a $[redacted] security deposit to the hotel without utilizing the prepaid room from Agoda.

Good afternoon, I'm inquiring about my booking at Manhattan Hotel in Baguio. I have already paid through 7/11 but did not receive any confirmation via email. Upon arrival, the hotel informed me that they have not received any confirmation under my name, Ronnie M. The front desk staff suggested getting a refund since payment was made in person. I received an email from Agoda a few days ago confirming that my refund is being processed after I provided my bank details. Subsequently, they informed me that the refund has been issued, and that I should await further instructions. However, today when I checked the refund tracking site, it indicated that the refund attempt has failed. The site advised me to update my payment method by following the instructions in the payment confirmation email. Regrettably, the link in the confirmation email has expired, leaving me uncertain about how to proceed with finalizing my refund.

I am disappointed with the lack of support from Agoda's chat service. I made a booking today that was paid for and confirmed in the application. However, the host informed me that there was no confirmation of the booking from Agoda's end. I am unable to cancel the booking as per the property's policy, and it is non-refundable. I recently booked a room at the Super 8 Motel in Midvale because their website indicated that pets were allowed. Upon arrival, I was told that cats were not permitted, despite no such policy being mentioned during my booking. I have been attempting to reach out through the website but have had no success. I was promised a refund since I didn't stay, yet the charges are still on my account. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and would not suggest this motel to anyone.

I need to cancel my booking at the Promenade Pondicherry due to a last-minute medical emergency for my guests coming from New Delhi. The booking IDs are [redacted]21 and [redacted]25. Yesterday, I requested a waiver for the cancellation, which the property confirmed they would honor. However, Agoda mistakenly stated that the property denied the waiver. Despite the property's approval, Agoda still shows the booking as confirmed. I cannot locate a customer service number or live chat option for Agoda. If both the property and I are in agreement about the cancellation and waiver, why is Agoda holding the money? I am seeking a callback and resolution to this issue.

I booked a hotel through your website Agoda, but upon arrival, the hotel is refusing to honor the booking I made and paid for online. I tried to contact your customer care number, but there was no response. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this situation. I will explore legal options and pursue charges for forgery, fraud, defamation, and money laundering if the hotel does not provide the room I booked and paid for. I am determined to fight this and will not hesitate to take further action against your company. I will consider involving the media if necessary.

I made a reservation for a room at the Super 8 on Atlantic Ave. in Virginia Beach for Thursday, December 9, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the experience was very unpleasant. Despite booking a non-smoking room, the neighboring guests were extremely loud, used vulgar language, and smoked marijuana all night, preventing me and my child from getting any sleep. I reported the issue to the hotel management, who tried to address it but the disturbances persisted. By morning, I was advised by the management to seek a refund through Agoda.

I am confused why you confirmed two reservations when Agoda emailed me saying the first reservation couldn't be processed because the payment was incomplete. I had to book another one while at the hospital. Now, I am stuck with 2 reservations. This is not right. Please cancel the studio and keep the apartment reservation valid for payment. Thank you for your understanding.

I am submitting a complaint about my stay at Hotel Inn Rossio Lisbon (Booking number [redacted]07). We booked four nights there. The location of the room was unacceptable! We only slept about 3 hours each night! Sleeping longer was impossible! Next to our room, there was an industrial fan that was constantly running very loudly. However, the biggest issue was the daily loud singing. Every day at 5:30 a.m., music with singing would automatically start under our room for an hour so loud that it would wake us up immediately. We reported this issue to the reception. The receptionist told us that he was aware of the problem and would address it. However, nothing was done. Our vacation was completely ruined by this. Did I pay for four nights at the hotel just to not be able to sleep there??? I expect a proper response from your side to avoid a negative review and legal action. Best regards, Beata Brzoza

We made the reservation on Nov. 20 to celebrate a birthday and utilize the outdoor swimming pool displayed in their information. However, upon contacting the hotel a day before our arrival, we were informed that the pool was exclusively for residents. This crucial detail was not properly communicated to us beforehand, resulting in our decision to cancel due to this misrepresentation. Despite canceling within the stated timeframe, we were unjustly charged nearly USD170 according to the cancellation policy. This situation highlights a failure in updating the hotel's amenities description and their lack of transparency. We feel compelled to raise this matter to address their negligence and the misinformation provided. Please refer to the attached photo, clearly showing the advertisement of an outdoor pool without mention of the residents-only restriction. We seek your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Subject: Concern About Stay at Majestic Elegance NOT ADULTS Only Resort I am currently in my fourth day at the Majestic Elegance NOT ADULTS Only resort, but I have encountered an issue with the booking. Despite reserving and paying for an ADULTS Only accommodation, I have been placed in a downgraded section. I request a resolution to this matter promptly.
