My 82-year-old uncle has been without u-verse landline and television service for multiple days, leaving him in a precarious situation as he has no other means to reach out during emergencies. Following a severe thunderstorm that damaged my phone and other appliances, my old phone was able to connect, but my uncle's older phone did not work after the newer ones were disconnected. I am concerned for his safety and request for a technician to inspect and repair the line promptly. It would be greatly appreciated if I could receive a valid customer service phone number to inquire about the service status and schedule for his repairs.

My U-verse connection went out yet again last night while I was watching the World Cup. AT&T failed to secure a contract with the network airing the World Cup, causing me to miss the game live. My bill keeps increasing, but the service quality keeps decreasing. I'm constantly bombarded with cheaper offers from other TV providers. I, like many others, was eagerly anticipating watching the World Cup games, only to be disappointed by the unreliable service. It's frustrating to miss out due to the poor service and still be charged a high amount.

Our U-verse DVR recording is malfunctioning. Despite multiple attempts to fix it by contacting ATT and interacting with technicians, the issue persists and has worsened. Previously intermittent problems with recorded programs freezing have escalated to every recording freezing and even disrupting the TV connection, necessitating a complete system reboot. It appears that a new cable box may be necessary, but uncertainty remains. Any assistance resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

My AT&T U-verse service is currently not working. I have no picture or access to recordings. It was functional until 8 PM on Saturday, October 21, [redacted], but later the speech and visuals were out of sync. I rebooted the system, and it was temporarily fixed. It worked again on Sunday at 10 AM but is currently not working with a message stating "AT&T U-verse not available at this time." I have rebooted it again. I was prompted to schedule a technician service due to a detected problem by an AT&T scan. I selected Monday, October 23, [redacted], for a service window between 8 AM and 12 PM but have not received a confirmation for the repair.
