Using the Xfinity Mobile Protection Plan

To use the service, you need to pay a small monthly charge, the applicable service charge, and deductible for your claim. The Xfinity mobile protection plan covers your device under the following circumstances;

  3. If you have already made two claims, you will be directed to seek help from Assurant
  4. Take your device to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider

If your Apple phone is cracked or broken beyond repair, a replacement may be sent to you. If you receive a replacement, you must send back the original device within 10 days.
