Changing Your Weight Tracking Day Through Electronic Devices

There are two ways to change the day to weigh-in to track your progress for those who do not live near a Weight Watchers studio. You can change it on the mobile app, or you can change the day on the website.

Mobile App

To change the date on the Weight Watchers app, follow the steps listed below.

  1. Open the app on your smart device.
  2. Log into your account.
  3. Tap your profile in the upper right-hand corner.
  4. Select "Settings" in the menu.
  5. Choose "Weight Settings."
  6. Select the day of the week that works best with your schedule and save your new date.

Online

You can also change your weight tracking day online. You can change your weigh-in day online by completing the steps outlined here.

  1. Open Weight Watcher's website in your browser.
  2. Log into your account.
  3. In the upper-right-hand corner of the screen, click "Account."
  4. Choose "Settings" from the menu.
  5. Scroll to "Weight" and select.
  6. Click on "Weigh-In Day" to select a new date.
  7. Pick a date that fits your schedule and save.

Changing In-Person Weight Tracking Day

If you attend Weight Watchers meetings in person, each meeting includes a weigh-in. If you wish to change the day of the week you weigh-in, you will have to see if there is a meeting on that particular day of the week. If there is not, you still have the option to use the mobile app or website to change your weigh-in day and log your progress.
