How do I know if my replacement vanilla gift card is on the way?

Unfortunately, there's no online tracking system provided by Vanilla Visa Card to monitor the delivery status of your replacement gift card. Keep in mind that they might require some information from you, such as the card number of the original card, to verify your identity.
