Were moving to a new apt … how do we transfer our landline/ fiber to our new place which is just 3 streets away. Our account is in the name of my brother who’s out of town !

To transfer your PLDT landline or fiber to a new location, you need to contact PLDT through the contact link on this page to submit a request for service transfer.
