On Apple App Store

Accessing your billing receipts or invoices through the Apple App store is exclusively if your purchased the dropbox via it. From the app, you will find all your transaction history. You can download the document from therein.

On Google play

Similarly, you can only access the receipts or invoices via google play only if you purchased for a dropbox through it. From your transaction/ order/ purchases history, find your document of interest and download it.

Once you have access to your invoice or receipt and desire to have a copy of the same; here is how to go about it. (presumably you are on the billing tab after going through the above guide in accessing your invoice or receipts on dropbox.com)

  • Under the billing tab, find the billing history and click on it.
  • You will be presented with two option invoices and receipts tab, select your document of interest.
  • In either of the document you will find print invoice or print receipt if you choose receipt option.
  • Download and print the document.

For dropbox business team accounts, accessing the receipts and invoices is pretty easy, especially if payment is done via manual invoice. Emails are sent directly to the admin on any transaction.
