What Should I Do When CVS Delivery by USPS Is Missing?

CVS will deliver orders you place online, even if you order something from the pharmacy. If you ordered something from the pharmacy, CVS will ship it to you via USPS instead of using a delivery driver. If your pharmacy order is late, you might need to contact a Post Office representative. You might also need to contact a CVS representative, as the problem could have come from either location.

CVS offers its customers a convenient home delivery service. The great majority of CVS orders are shipped by delivery drivers. However, if you have ordered something from the CVS pharmacy, it will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service for greater security. If your CVS pharmacy delivery is late, there are a number of different things that could have gone wrong, either at the post office or at CVS. This article will tell you what you should do to fix the problem.

Contacting the Post Office

If your order from the CVS pharmacy is late, you can contact the post office to start trying to figure out what happened to it. Ensure you have all of the information that CVS sent you about your order on hand when you do. You can contact a USPS agent on the post office help forum or by using the phone or email.

If the representative at the post office can't figure out what happened to your order, you should talk to someone at CVS. They may be better suited to figure out the problem than the post office. After all, the delivery might have been sent to the wrong address or not even sent at all because of a mistake by somebody at CVS.

Contacting CVS

If the post office representative is unable to help, you will have to get help from a CVS customer service representative. To reach one, you can use the phone, email, or the CVS help forum. Make sure you have your order information with you when you do.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for CVS Caremark Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like CVS Caremark in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What Should I Do When CVS Delivery by USPS Is Missing? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
