How Do I Make a Payment Arrangement with AT&T U-Verse?

As an AT&T Uverse customer, you have the option to make payment arrangments through customer service or you can complete this process on your own by simply logging into your AT&T account and selecting the Payment Arrangement option and submitting your details. Both methods will help you to reschedule a payment if you're having difficulty paying by a specific due date. If you call customer service, you will only have the option to make a payment arrangement if you are a primary account holder or have been given these types of privileges with your account. AT&T has an option that customers can select when they log into their account which allows them to make payment arrangements. Customers can select from the options presented, insert payment details and dates and submit their rescheduled payment arrangement. Before the payment arrangement is submitted, all the new payment details are displayed for customers to review before submitting it.

Call Customer Service

You can complete this process by calling customer service if you dont want to do it on your own. AT&T customers can call customer service to make payment arrangements. You will need to be a primary account holder and you will need your account information. You ask to make the payment at a later agreed upon date.

Log In to Your Account

If you want to make payment arrangements on your own, you can simply log into your AT&T Uverse account and navigate to Make Payment Arrangements. Your available payment options will appear. Enter your arrangement choice along with the date and payment information and choose Continue. Your new payment details will be displayed for you to look over. After you've confirmed that these details are correct, select Submit.
