eSecuritel offers a comprehensive warranty policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Our warranty covers all devices purchased from us for a period of 12 months, starting from the date of purchase. During this time, we guarantee that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. If any issues arise, we will promptly repair or replace the defective device at no additional cost to the customer, subject to certain terms and conditions. This warranty applies to both new and refurbished devices. However, it does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. To benefit from our warranty, customers are required to provide proof of purchase. At eSecuritel, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products, offering peace of mind to our valued customers.
