Can I return an item if it has been worn or used?

Unfortunately, dELiAs does not accept returns for items that have been worn or used. We understand that sometimes it may be necessary to try on or use a product to determine if it meets your needs, but in order to ensure the quality and hygiene of our products, we are unable to offer returns for these items. However, if you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund. We appreciate your understanding and aim to provide the best shopping experience possible.
