How Do I Request a Refund to a Gift Card from Zappos?

Zappos customers are given 365 days to return unused items for a full refund. To return the item, you will need to print a shipping label and paste it on the shipping box to be dropped off at authorized UPS locations. Wait five to ten days for your refund. If you paid with a gift card, you will be issued another gift code to be sent to your email.

Zappos gift cards never expire, and there are no service fees for using them, but you can't get a replacement for a gift card that's destroyed, lost or stolen. However, customers can get a refund back to a gift card for eligible items.

Zappos Refund Policy

Customers will have up to 365 days to return an item purchased at Zappos for a full refund. However, the returned item must be in its original packaging and unworn. Some products may also have an attached security tag that must be included in the shipping box. Otherwise, the item may not qualify for a refund.

To return an item, customers will need to get a pre-paid label first. Follow these steps:

1. Open the Zappos website and navigate to My Account, found on the upper right-hand corner of the homepage.

2. Log in to your account and look for the order number of the item you want to return.

3. Tap on the Return Checked Item box.

4. You can print the label immediately or have it emailed to you.

5. Print the label to the shipping box.

If you can't print the label, Zappos can also mail the label to you. Just contact their Support. The item to be returned should be in the original box. You can drop off the item at any authorized UPS location. It can take five to ten business days for Zappos to complete the returns process. For items paid with a gift card, the amount to be refunded will be issued to another gift card. Wait for the gift certificate codes to be sent to the email address on the Zappos file.
