The telecommunications industry has taken the world by storm. From the invention of the first commercial telegraph that paved the way for telephones, the technology industry has grown a long way. One such method is the invention of the wireless systems whereby the network connection between a sender and receiver is by radio waves instead of traditional wires.

The typical network in play is the 4G network, but telecommunications companies have come up with a faster and more efficient 5G network that they're deploying worldwide.

Telecommunication companies such as Verizon exist to provide wireless products and services to subscribers. The company features many deals for its customers to sweeten their shopping experience by saving them some money.

Additionally, clients have the option of purchasing products for specific purposes. Whether you want to monitor your kids' activities or have mobile communication when traveling, you can comfortably do so.

However, it may be challenging to keep track of receipts after making purchases. If you switch to paperless billing, you'll cut down on the piles of mail, make your residence neater, and help save some trees. Here is how you can go paperless with Verizon.

Switching to paperless billing on My Verizon account

  1. On your personal computer, launch the Verizon Wireless official website
  2. On the top right corner of the home page, you'll see a Sign in tab. Point on it
  3. A dropdown menu appears with four options; the first one being My Account and the second one Register. If you don't have an account, click on Register then follow the steps to sign up for an account
  4. Once you've signed up or already have an existing account, go to the dropdown menu as shown in steps 2, and 3 then click on the My Account icon
  5. You'll be redirected to the Sign in to My Verizon page to sign in to your business page for business accounts. Key in your user ID or Verizon mobile number in the first box, enter your password in the subsequent one, then hit the Sign-in button
  6. On the navigation bar in red, select My Verizon
  7. Position your cursor on My Bill, and a dropdown menu will appear from which you should choose Paperless Billing
  8. Review the reminders on the paperless billing overview page and then click on Continue to enroll for paperless. The process is now complete.

After signing in for paperless billing, Verizon will send a text alert or email once your bills are ready for viewing every month. But what if the DIY process above bears no fruit? You can read on to find out alternative options to use.
