How Do I Downgrade My Verizon Package?

A Verizon package downgrade can be done through the My Verizon website or mobile application using slightly different processes. A downgrade can be a total plan reduction or it can involve reducing allowances for some elements of your package. If you fail to downgrade your Verizon package on your own, you should contact customer service immediately via phone or live chat.
