Change or Cancel Your Payment Arrangement Online

  1. Go to https://www.verizon.com/?lid=//global//residential
  2. In the top right corner of the screen, select ‘Sign In' and ‘My Verizon.'
  3. Sign in to your account with your User ID and password.
  4. Under ‘My Account,' select ‘Billing.'
  5. Click on ‘Payment Arrangements' and then ‘Schedule Payment Arrangement.'
  6. Follow the prompted instructions to change your payment arrangement.
  7. If you wish to cancel, under ‘Payment Arrangements,' select to cancel the arrangement.
  8. You'll receive an email confirming the changes have been made.


Change or Cancel Your Payment Arrangement Through the My Fios App

  1. Open the My Fios app on your device.
  2. If you're not already signed into your account, sign in with your User ID and password.
  3. From the dashboard menu, select ‘Bill.'
  4. Click on ‘Options' and then ‘Make a Payment Arrangement.'
