If your Venmo app isn't loading completely, try closing the app and reopening it. Ensure that your internet connection is stable, either through Wi-Fi or mobile data. If the issue persists, check for any available updates in your app store and install them. Restarting your phone can also help resolve temporary glitches. If problems continue, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

To check if your Venmo account is suspended, try logging into your account. If your account is suspended, you should see a notification regarding the suspension upon login. You can also check your email for any communications from Venmo about your account status.

If your phone number is already associated with an existing Venmo account, you will need to log in to that account. If you no longer have access to it, you may need to go through the account recovery process to regain access. This often involves verifying your identity. Once you have access, you can then decide to keep or close that account.

To find a payment using its payment ID number, you typically need to log into your Venmo account. Look at your transaction history, where you may be able to search for or filter transactions based on the payment ID. If the ID isn’t available in the interface, try scrolling through your transactions manually to locate it.

If you're having trouble logging in on your new phone and cannot change your password, ensure you're using the correct email or phone number associated with your Venmo account.
